There are two ladies who work there: an older one and a younger one.

When I dropped off my suit, the older lady basically was stone cold and didn't really make eye contact or smile or say almost anything. Made me feel like my business was a chore.

When I picked up my jacket, they were both there and, again, were totally stone-faced and not that friendly. Also, the place smelled like cigarrete smoke.

I would give them one star, but at least they cleaned my jacket quickly and gave me the right one. lol

Frank's has been good to me! I've taken everything from my tailored suit, to just nice pants/shirts and they always get them cleaned up and very nice. I like the quality of work.

Disrespectful, rude and lack of customer service.   Very unfortunate experience with Franks and advise no one to go there.  Don't ever "STORE" an item there for "storage" does not mean they keep it.
My mother had a beautiful custom made mink made for her in Hong Kong which we stored there.  After my mother passed in 2016, I received and paid the storage bill in 2017.  I did not have a place for the fur so I kept it at Franks.  I never received another storage bill; they did not call me or mail a bill although they knew our address.  Last October I called to ask about the coat, pay the bill, and pick it up in November on my trip from out of town.  I was told they would get back to me.  I called repeatedly and did not get an answer.  In November on my visit I finally walked in.  Only then did an employee call me back and say that Zachary was looking for the coat, perhaps in Pittsburgh.  Again many calls and no return calls.  I emailed the storage receipt and last bill paid and an appraisal of the coat (value of $5000) to Zachary.  After sending twice he acknowledged he received it but no more details about the coat.  Again I called repeatedly and got no where.  The phone wasn't answered or went busy or they did not return my messages.  I had a friend go in and ask about the coat; they were told they may have "donated" the coat.
Finally today, I called and Frank answered.  He said he knew all about the coat... "That coat is 50-60 years old and its not worth anything; it was hanging around here for years and you never paid the bill;   we no longer have it; you can sue us but its not worth it."  Then he promptly hung up on me.  I called back and he would not answer the phone.

I brought in my silk wedding dress with an ink stain on it and Frank personally took care of it. It was unbelievable! I am elated he was able to work his magic on it. He was kind, honest and accommodating. Excellent service.

Can't recommend this place enough!  Was looking for a place in town that could help my folks out with their laundry needs.  My stepdad is the primary caregiver of my mother and he was frequently becoming overwhelmed at the amount of laundry he needed to do just to stay afloat. I made the mistake of starting with their competitor next door who not only did a poor job, but also called me to give me a lecture about how soiled the linens were. Odd, considering that is EXACTLY what their ad promised. Anyway, noticed Grapevine was right next door and decided to give them a call. The manager got back to me right away and assured me they could handle my family's needs. It's been almost 6 months as a customer now and we couldn't be happier. Not only are they fast, convenient, and efficient, but they are extremely affordable! Forget the competition and go with GRAPEVINE!

We we have been able to get the Tracy Tiger Mascot cleaned a couple times now. It was a good turn around time and  they were able to clean the feet right up.  I was able to get it delivered directly to me for FREE. Wow, what a convience this was for me.

They ruined a new, never been worn suit that I bought at Sak’s Off 5th in Chicago. Called it a “cheap suit” for which they bear no responsibility. I’m out $500.00!

There business sense is non existent.  The staff is unknowledgeable about leather and the customer service is abmysal. The owner doesn't take responsibility for her business or the actions of her staff. Unfortunately here you don't have a no stars option.
