I took two sets of draperies in to be cleaned. There are now snags all over each set. IF they cleaned I can’t tell.  The spot that I had them mark on one panel looks like it wasn’t even touched. They are now ruined!

Be sure to inquire regarding prices. Over $6.00 per shirt and $8.00 for pants with a week or more for cleaning. Should be same day for these prices. Not at all worth the cost!

I took two suits that had to get dry cleaning I was going to a wedding in New Jersey The price was fair to quality of the work was outstanding and they were there when the guy said they were done very nice friendly people

Terrible ! They destroyed both my outfits. My skirt shrunk and my dress is as good as garbage. No concept of costumer service.  The staff is rude and simply doesn't get it.

They have torn several shirts of mine, and their dirty pressing machines have left stains on my shirts that were not there when I took them in. Three out of five shirts always come back with a little card saying they couldn’t clean it for this reason or that. Hard to understand how they are still in business.

$400-$500 worth of brand new suit pieces lost or damaged in a fire over the summer. I gave them 3 new suits to clean and after a week delay they finally returned 1 piece from each different colored suit (wasn’t even returned a full set) and the other 3 pieces gone. I’ve tried contacting over and over about a reimbursement but Jessica left the company after the whole issue and gave me a generic company email that no one responds to. I used Door 2 Door for the first time last month and they are fantastic people.

Horrible! Don’t waste your time and money!
1. They have lost over $500 worth of my laundry.
2. They will not give me the owner’s phone number to resolve, I repeatedly ask how they are going to handle the situation and they shrug it off that they have not had a chance to talk to the owner. This approach of theirs is disgusting.
3. Horrific customer service, rude, couldn’t care less.
4. They issued me a credit for three of the items missing, but it does not come close to the $300 that I spent to purchase on those clothes. I have now made the decision not use them again and they will not issue me the balance of my credit.
5. And yesterday was the final straw when they would not let me drop off laundry because they were short staffed.
6. I often spend over $400 a month to have my clothes professionally laundered and this company does not deserve my business.

Awful service.  The two so called female employees are rude.  They have failed to be  device oriented.  They are late on returning cleaned items by more than a week.
The red headed human is rude.
No sympathy for the clients whose items are late.
They threatened to call the sheriff if I did not leave, simply because I voiced a complaint.
Most businesses would be embarrassed to have to call the po po.  Not them   Very creepy he/she threatening people with police arrests.

They have had the sheriff there over ten times because of late issues and poor service.
Tells you a lot about the owners, employees and their service.  IT SUCKS!

Worst service ever !
The experience and unprofessional behavior is disgusting.

Nothing is done on time and the two ladies who work there are unapologetic for their rude behavior to the customers.

They have had such a bad reputation over the last 6 months that the County Sheriff has had to come out to settle issues between customers and the workers.

That speaks volumes that the Sheriff has been called to that location over dozen times.

Never use them, they are terrible people and their service is awful

Stay away from Waters.  They lost my suit jacket I dropped off 10 days ago.  They told me it’s not lost, sometimes it can take 3 weeks to get dry cleaning back.  I wish I had my suit for a wedding I am attending but I don’t think I will.

I brought in a tux on a  Tuesday to be dry cleaned. It was promised back that same Thursday. Went to go get the tux on Saturday for an affair that my husband was attending that night and they were unable to locate the tux. The person behind the counter working at the Hilton head Island superior cleaners really was not all that concerned about the loss of my tux. There seem to be no sense of urgency on her part. She even invited me back to the area where all the dry cleaning was being stored and said that I could look if I wanted to.

My tux was finally located about 3 1/2 hours after I initially left the dry cleaners.  No exclamation as to what happened, no offer to help me get my dry cleaning, nothing. I would’ve had to drive 30 minutes back to pick it up. No offer to comp the dry cleaning no offer to bring it to the superior cleaners closer. Finally went to go pick  up my dry cleaning and was told I had to pay. I expressed my distaste for the way things were handled and felt that I did not need to pay. The lady behind the counter, the same lady from Saturday, said the manager said that I had to pay for the service which was the dry cleaning.  I asked for the manager and the owner to call me. I have yet to get a call from either of them so that I can speak with them about the unprofessionalism of their worker, the lack of their customer service, the safety issues that their workers allow their customers to be in by going to look for their own dry cleaning, and lack of a deadline that this company seems to have.

Obviously they don’t care about customer service or inconveniencing their customers at all. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.The sign out front says new ownership better specials better prices… If this is a new ownership if I were the owners I would go ahead and sell now why they still have a chance.

If there were a "zero" star, I would use this.  Completely ruined my husband's tuxedo shirt by pressing the pleats wrong and shirt came back with a stain that wasn't there when I brought it in.  Pointed it out when I went to pick it up and they resubmitted.  Shirt came back with pleats pressed even worse and stain was still there.  No refunds--credit only which I will never use.  Sent to Door to Door and they fixed all the problems and were cheaper by almost $2.  Sent an email to them and they never responded.  Will never use again.

I frequently use dry cleaners - 1 to 2 times per week.  I made the mistake of choosing Superior Cleaners while on vacation in Hilton Head.  They completely ruined one shirt - refused to reimburse - and the others looked as if they had aged years.  I should have believed the other online reviews about Superior Cleaners.  Look elsewhere if you need a dry cleaner in Hilton Head.

They tell you same day cleaning is on the same day and to pick it up at five but when you show up at five they're closed

Very convenient, My clothes are done the way I like them.
