Mrs. Sandy and Mrs. Ann are so helpful every time I come into the store and drop off my clothes to be cleaned. Not only do I bring  my clothing in but I have also taken comforters and some household goods and they came out fantastic! Every time I drop off my items these ladies are extremely friendly and always have a smile on their face. I couldn't ask for better service and will continue to remain a reliable customer with Lyerlys Dry Cleaners!

I recently dropped off a few items that were scheduled to be ready and picked up on a Thursday.  When I arrived, half of the items were ready but they were missing a suit that had been taken elsewhere for cleaning.  The truck that delivers the cleaned items to their locations was supposedly on the way but it was 530 pm, so traffic was not ideal.  I waited awhile but didn't need the suit immediately so asked about getting it delivered so I didn't have to make another trip into the store.  They let me know they don't deliver from this location, but a gentleman in the back stepped out and said he would deliver it himself.  Sure enough, an hour later he showed up at my house and delivered the suit on his way home.  He wouldn't even accept 5 bucks for the trouble.  I think it's important to acknowledge a local business that goes out of their way, literally, to make things right.  Needless to say, I'm a satisfied customer and they've earned my business.

Folks, this place is phenomenal.  In a world where everyone expects Grade A service for Grade F pricing, Lyerly's is above the fray.  These folks send an email when they will be in your neighborhood.  They provide a bag, a door hanger and they pick up and deliver - no questions asked, without excuses - when they say they will.

I want to list names, but that might not be prudent.  I am simply a loyal customer because of 2 people.  I don't think they are the exception; I think they are the rule.

This company represents the standard for how a locally owned, family run business should be operated.

Bottom line, my day is busy and I can't always run the errands that I need to handle during the day.  Knowing that my laundry is going to be picked up, processed professionally and returned without excuses --- well, that makes my day!

They have ruined a new linen pants that I brought just for pressing. It’s been almost 2 months, pant is somewhere is la la land and they are refusing to pay for it. I get a different story every time I stop by. These people are horrible and their employees will lie to your face.

All the 1-star reviews?  Wow.  They are totally right.  I can't believe a owner would behave this way.  Insulting to their customers - LITERALLY SWEARING AT ME.  Avoid this business!  Owners doesn't value her customers!

Brought a dress in for dry cleaning.  Dress was ruined during the process - see photo.  Employees and manager tried to re-do the cleaning, but it didn't help.  Was then referred to the owner for a resolution.  After finally getting in contact with the owner (Ann), she swore at me, called me a derogatory name and told me I was being impatient.  Continuing on, I was told this is from a manufacturing defect, and direct quotes from the owner - "we don't have problems with items that are not defective" and "it is your dress and you have to deal with the store it was purchased from."

So the cleaners took ZERO responsibility.  Told me to find the receipt from where I bought it and deal with them.  Hope everybody who uses this cleaners keeps every receipt!!!

Been 45+ days since the original cleaning, and I've reached out a couple of times - voicemails and texts are not acknowledged.  Still have not received any of the promised "supporting documentation" from the owner to prove this was a manufacturing defect.

Now we have a $250 dress that is ruined.  And the owner wouldn't even refund the cleaning charge.

Take your dry cleaning elsewhere!   There are plenty of other nearby options!

KB cleaners do a very nice cleaning of my dress shirts, suites, and sweaters.  Also, the drop off time to pickup is very fast. Just a couples of days.  I find the front staff very friendly!

This place ruined an expensive blouse by getting what looked like an oil stain on it the size of a tennis ball with splatter marks and it had a tacky feeling to it. They said they could fix it and when I went to pick it up a second time they handed it to me like everything was fine. I checked it before leaving and it was not fixed. I gave it back to the girl and she said she would leave a note for the manager to call me. The manager never did. I called back and was told it couldn’t be fixed and so obviously I wanted to be refunded for the blouse and the cleaning fee and was told the owner has to handle that and that they would leave a note for her to call me. Weeks went by with no phone call, even though I was calling at least weekly to get an update. Last week I received phone calls from an unknown number one day; it said “no caller Id” so I didn’t answer. They never left a voicemail and called as late as 10:53 at night. A couple of days later I was reading the reviews on this place (that are very accurate) and saw where someone said the owner called them from an owner number so I thought if the no caller Id happened again I would answer. Today after I tried calling the store again with no answer, I received a call from a “no caller id” number so I answered and it was the owner. She said there was nothing she could do about my blouse bc what happened to it didn’t happen at her store which it 1000% did (read the other reviews for similar stories). She said the stain was from an adhesive and that they use all green chemicals. She got short with me and said she had been trying to call me to which I responded if you’re referring to the 1 day I had missed calls from an unknown number with no voicemail after the weeks of me trying to get in contact that’s unacceptable. I told her the only reason I answered this unknown call was because I saw in another review that she calls from unknown numbers. She said she’s talked to Verizon about this and she doesn’t know why it happens and that it’s a glitch- interesting story. Then she said she would file an insurance claim for me if I had the receipt or could get it from the store. It’s been over a year since I got the blouse and I don’t have the receipt. After my experience thus far with the lack of customer service and the weeks it took to even get a phone call, I can’t imagine an insurance claim process with this place would do any good.

A few years ago they damaged an heirloom cocktail dress and I had to make the repairs.  I gave them another chance this year and now they have damaged an almost new wool coat (that i need this winter) and there is no resolution.  I have called the very nice woman at the front but its her manager who is non- responsive and has a full voicemail.  I would not recommend KB Cleaners.  I would be happy to change my review if someone would contact me regarding my coat.

Stained my brand new linen shirt, made me wait a month for a “do over” then tried to charge me for the extra cleaning. Then had the window slammed in my face when I tried to show my receipt that i did pay for the shirt initially. Will not be coming back.

And what’s even more disappointing is how I was treated despite both me and my family coming here for business. I do not recommend this business if you want to feel respected.

BEWARE - This has got to be the worst dry cleaners I have ever done business with.  They have ruined 3 dress shirts and 2 suit pants.  I am unable to obtain any restitution or cooperation from these individuals.  In addition to ruining our clothes, they are rude and unprofessional.

Overpriced. Questionable billing practices.  Charged me almost $100 to clean 2 summer dresses. The ticket stated they were evening gowns, one dress was midi in length, and the other was above the knees.  When I called, I was told they charge more for "more stylish dresses."   I would stay far away....

My boyfriend has continued using this place for the past 6+months (even after they lost two of his shirts and have still failed to find/reimburse him for them) because it’s a minute from our house, but after my experience today we will be using any other cleaner. The women working when I went to drop off his shirts was neither friendly, nor helpful. And when I requested to pre-pay (which my boyfriend does every time) she didn’t want to be bothered and told me that wasn’t an option.
