Change machine works sometimes. If you go bring your own roll of quarters. Washer machines leak and create a safety hazard. Bring your own toilet paper too, sometimes bathroom has some and water does not work in sink. But out of the two laundromats this one is the cleanest.

I was kind of surprised pulling up at all the small bits of trash littering the property. My gross out, when I went to load my clothes into the washer and every washer I opened up smelled like mildew bad. I had to open a few before I found one I thought was suitable but I was really surprised at the amount of trash INSIDE the place. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned inside in a day or two at least. Also, I may be wrong but I believe it's the most expensive to wash in town. Alot more so than my usual one that now closes early. Although it was pretty late at night, there was a lot of people there. I counted eight cars. A couple of creepers, couple of families, some loners like me, and judging by his behavior, a likely budding cereal killer was possible. I was anxious to leave.

Water all over the floor, someone put soap on floor and looks like kids played in it. Hasn't been clean like it use to be.

The equipment is fine and I feel safe there but there’s always a lot of trash outside so it makes me wonder if there’s even an employee??

This place is filthy… And overpriced. Looks like the machines don’t ever get cleaned.

If I could I would give them a minus 10 for quality of work and customer service I would. I am attending my father in laws funeral tomorrow so took long coat in to be cleaned a week early to make sure everything was in order. Just went to pick it up and still covered in the same hair as I brought it in. Was told they could clean it again but wouldn't be ready until Monday. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told " won't a lint roller get it off and still expected me to pay" . Very poor quality of work and beyond worse customer service " at a very stressful time as it is. Highly advise to use another cleaners if you care about quality of cleaning and customer care

If you want your clothes halfway done. Then this is your place! Took my daughters Hoodie in to get cleaned. Never had a problem before. Payed for it and took it home. When she went to wear it. Front was clean but,the back side had stains. Took it back. Got the run around. It took a month and a half. To get it back. With stains! No I'm sorry. No we will give you a refund. No nothing!  How come you can get mud off the front but, forget the back side? Don't get it! And the older lady .Can we say rude? Going else where.

My dad always went here for his dry cleaning needs. On this particular day, it was the last day of them being open because they were closing for good. Always nice people and quick and easy service!

We drive from palestine to get all of our suits done.  They are always clean and well pressed.

Took my clothes in on a Thursday and had to wait till Wednesday afternoon to get my clothes and they lost a 80-90 dollar pair of pants and still haven't resolved the problem a week and a half later

Make sure you get your ticket when you drop off items! First experience here was terrible. I called on the phone before I even went in to ensure prices and that they could have items ready for pickup in 24 hours. They said yes and prices were good. Husband had a business trip in a few days, dropped off some slacks, suit items including some ties around 4pm on Thursday. They said items would be ready for pick up the following day only from 5-6pm and if we couldn't make that 1 hour window they were open Saturday. I confirmed verbally with them in the store the Saturday hours they had posted online which were 7am-12pm. They confirmed. My husband's flight was that morning and was going to pickup at 7am. Door was locked. Hours outside said different than what's posted online. He waited until 8am. Picked up some items but ties were missing.  They proceeded to say we never dropped off ties. Had to show them their own ticket displaying 10 total items. They called Tyler which is apparently where all of their cleaning goes and then said Tyler was too busy to check and would call us back later. My husband insisted to call them again as he had a flight to catch and this was getting ridiculous. She calls again and the ties are still there in Tyler as they were entered as a separate ticket. We were then told we had to go to Tyler ourselves to pick them up. They did not charge us for the ties but this was completely out of the way and meant my husband had to change his flight, rental car reservations, and cost a day of travel time! They do not give you ticket automatically so if you do decide to use them make sure you ask for the ticket copy and definitely do not trust their 24 hour process or delivery times.

One time they put my husband's jeans on some else name so it took them 2 day's to find them. Nd then another time I dropped some jeans off again and they lost them. I never got them back.

By far the most expensive place I’ve ever took dry cleaning to. I travel for a living and almost every piece of clothing I have is starched.

Lost 5 pair of Jean's in 2 trips, I'm told I can have in store credit. Not a place I want store credit in.....
