I hardly ever need a dry cleaner so I was disappointed when I pulled up and saw the time that the store was attended. Then I looked closer and saw there was 24/7 access. The kiosk was so easy to use. It is a wonderful option for dropping off at your convenience. It can even be used to pick up your clothes whenever you want. Great job on my suit coat too.

Phenomenal dry cleaner and top notch service! I always take my clothes here to be dry cleaned or even laundered when my washer went out. I had to get a dress hemmed for a wedding, and my toddlers dress and pants as well. They did an amazing job and it was ready sooner than expected! Bonus they kept my kids occupied while the seamstress was fitting me.

6 months ago I wrote a raving review for the folks at Alpine. I am not one to write terrible reviews for people but unfortunately we have been forced into this one. I get married in less than 2 weeks and they ruined my wedding suit and my mother’s dress for the wedding. Both were tags on and brand new. They had to remove the tags and threw them away! When confronted about the dress issue, they refused to anything about it. I could understand if the dress or suit had been worn before, but both are brand new tags on. It is unacceptable that a business would not own up to an issue this bad, especially with customers of so many years.

Speed and amazing work, needed them a day before the wedding and they delivered without any issues.

Over the years, I have used several of the dry cleaners here in Longview...I have had various situations occur over those years. Everything from ripped shirts, burnt clothing, missing buttons, even missing clothing...not to mention some of the rudest customer service I've ever received.
