Love the people there! They are super nice, but the dry cleaning really was done poorly. Clearly, no one is checking the work once it is completed. $60 for three suits after a 25% off coupon is not worth suits, coming back wrinkled and over pressed, causing damage. Won't be coming back to Tide.

My Tide Cleaners (Alden Bridge) is wonderful. The attention to detail and courteous staff are very important to me. The staff is very helpful and considerate and friendly, visit after visit. Glad I found this one. I have been taking our dry cleaning there for a year and a half now.

Everyone is friendly and helpful with any cleaning emergencies or tough jobs.  My clothes look like new when cleaned at Tide Cleaners, Alden Bridge.

Recently visited the Research location and was warmly welcomed! I dropped off my son’s jeans to be pressed for his first FFA show. They had some red dirt stains, which were completely removed, and the pressing was excellent. It was his first time wearing heavily starched jeans, and he thought it was funny that he could barely get his foot through the leg! Overall, a fantastic experience.

They have started to use the plastic tags to hang multiple shirts.  Not only is it the most annoying thing ever it's an absolute environmental nightmare.  Im in oil and gas, and nowhere near a left-wing environmental freak.  But these plastic tags will eventually make it into the ocean.  No matter how many times you request that they quit using them they constantly ignore you.

Dropped off 3 suits at 8:30am on a Monday and she told me it would be ready any time after 6:00pm that same day. I called to make sure and she said I would receive a text when my order is ready.  I never received the notification text of my order being ready, so I decided to just pick up everything the next day.  When I arrived Tuesday at 1:30pm, they said that my order was incomplete.  They "misplaced" or could not locate two of the suit jackets!  The mgr called two different locations to try and locate them with no luck, then told me they should be on the truck and will be arriving within an hour. Hmmm.  I was skeptical because my order was promised to be done the night before and here they were still missing.  After two more hours passed, I called to see if the jackets ever arrived and finally they did.  I was offered a discount, but I believe those two jackets should have been free of charge (we still had to pay).  I wish they would have been honest and communicated the delay to me and kept me informed instead of me constantly calling or making multiple trips there.  We had a flight out early Wednesday morning and needed those suits for this trip.  This experience was draining and left me with no peace of mind. I won't be returning.

I have used Tide Cleaners for probably 15 years. Excellent care and service. My clothes are very well cared for. I would not trust anyone else with my clothes. I didn’t give them 5 stars because they recently stopped stuffing the sleeves of my nice blouses and blazers.

Clothes are picked up and drop off at approx. the same time, every time. Our driver has never once not picked up our order despite us not being consistent every week….which is impressive since my door isn’t easy for him to see from the street. Clothes always come back clean and perfectly pressed without fail!
