Using my former business account but was highly disappointed. Moved from Denver back to Tyler and was a former dry cleaner owner after selling my business.  Saw this place has been here for a while and decided to try them out. Absolutely terrible job. Dress shirts were poorly pressed, has wrinkles and two items still has stains on them from ketchup. Very disappointing to say the least. Have to go somewhere else now for someone to do the job right. If a stain couldn’t be removed I was expecting a note that states “further cleaning would damage the item”. Nothing was left or noted so it just seems like this cleaners does a bad job.

Best in town for sure! My teens love starched jeans. I can take them in by noon and have them after4pm the next day without breaking the bank. Great dry clean service also!

I have used Silverado Cleaners for 7 to 8 years. My Wife recently sent in a new pair of shorts that they lost. The Manager asked for time to locate them. We waited two weeks; bought a new pair $63.00. Manager would not attempt to resolve issue. Use Silverado at your own risk!!!

Cheap prices but they don't do quality work. Recently everytime I get my clothes back the safety pin is threw the material not the button hole. Now I have small holes in the cuff of my dress shirts and suit jacket. The manager/owner is never there when I stop by.

Took 6 jeans In and only got back 5 apparently they wrote 5 and gave me five. Asked for management and apparently owner is never there, lost a pair of rock rival jeans ($160)

Highway, robbery, you might as well let them keep the clothes for the price they want to charge you. It's almost like you want to go and buy a brand new clothes. Unfortunately, she took 20% off. Where I come from? What I put in the cleaners? I would payed paid not over $50. My bill was $101 ridiculous, never, ever ever again. What happened?
To 1.99 2.99 5.99. everything was over $10.

ALTERATIONS: the other day I split my suit pants— just shredded them. I work in an office and never ever miss church so my wife quickly said “Throw those away. Don’t you dare try to patch those up and wear them again!” (Because deep down, she knows I’m male and do stuff like that.)  Well, I defiantly snuck them to The Cleaning Company. And they’re perfect. It’s like a sitcom where they killed my goldfish and snuck off and bought a replacement—that’s how perfect this repair is, despite the irreparable cobweb of disabused string I handed them. So five stars for The Cleaning Company.

And bonus points that their workflow is so optimized that they barely even ask who you are when you drive up. They’ll chat if you want, but if you don’t just roll down your back window and they’ll reach in, grab your clothes, and magically recognize them. So again, bonus stars.

BEWARE! I was brand new customer dropped off a blazer and dress and was told total cost a little under $20 for both. Today I picked them up and told it would now be $30 . I spoke to a manager and he said oh well ...it's now $30 - the quote was incorrect.
I'm furious. I would not have left my items for that amount. I'll never return. They cannot be trusted to do good business with this experience - my first experience. We all know he could have earned my business by honoring the quote but chose not too

I've been going to this company for the last 5 years. I've never had any problems with my garments. The customer service provided by Autumn is always outstanding! Every request I have with certain items always gets taken care of. I wish more places had customer like this when you walk in to do business with!

Terrible location, we definitely will never use this place again. We were told 1 thing at drop off and then another at pickup. Nobody has a clue why is going on at this location and definitely can’t schedule and deliver what is being told. I would suggest staying away from this particular location.

I will never use this cleaners again!! They aren't cheap and the staff is rude!! I brought 7 pieces of clothing in earlier this week and it cost me almost $82. The next day I decided I wanted my BRAND NEW dress from SPINOUT to be pressed for an upcoming event. I had just tried on this dress 2 days prior and it had been in the plastic hanging bag since I purchased it. When I went it and told the lady that I just needed it pressed, she told me it would only save me 20% doing it that way. I told her that was fine and she then proceeds to tell me this if there's any spots on it at all, they'll have to launder it. I tell her it's brand new and just came out of the bag that I purchased it from and she says other people have said that too and it had spots. RUDE! So my daughter goes to pick my dress up today and the SAME LADY says tell your Mom the thread was messed up in that spot when she brought it in! I know for a FACT it wasn't! It cost $18 something to have the dress pressed and they mess it up and they're rude! Never again!! On another note, the new location on Old Jville by The Little Gym is amazing! The staff is SO NICE and goes out of their way to assist you so KUDOS to that location!

Four pairs of jeans hem an light press.. $64.96 Took 9 days to get back..That's $16.24 for each pant legs.. To hi for me want be back....

Took a shirt and it came back missing the original plastic collar stays(not a huge deal). Had to take the same shirt back in and this time it had metal stays in it. I asked for them back and was told they would leave a note for the future. You have to leave a note to keep your employees from stealing? In addition to that I had dropped off a garment for alterations and not only for it take a week longer AND $10 more than I was quoted but it also just didn't look good. The seam wasn't straight and even though they had to move a button, they didn't make a button hole. Bottom line... not very professional so if it's a garment you really care about, look elsewhere. I know I will.

My dad went there for over 20 years until he passed. When I told them the news I received a hug and prayer. Has always been our go too
