I went here to collect a parcel safe place drop off (didn’t know this happens at news agency too)!! Was pleasantly surprised how well stocked this new agency is ..great little spot for some unique things to buy. Love their bookmarks !! Helpful and friendly staff.

Terrible service. I had booked a parcel drop off to return an item. I had triple checked the address and was still sent away. They man on the counter was extremely rude to me and snarkly made a comment for me to go to the post office despite me showing him the email confirmation that I was using a parcel drop off point and it couldn’t go to auspost.
He just shrugged and sent me away.

One of the staff members was extremely unhelpful - sending me away twice saying that my package from DHL was not delivered. Refused to even check the delivery number in the system. A second staff member came out on the second occasion I tired to collect it, after again being sent away by the original person (and after I had checked delivery with DHL) and this one found the parcel no worries. I appreciated the helpful staff member, but went away feeling quite upset about the overall experience. Will not use this as a future pick-up for parcels!

I went here yesterday at around 1pm and found an empty shop - no staff behind the counter or in the store at all. After at least 5 minutes, two other customers came in and we were all there waiting. Finally, a young girl came out of the back room with headphones in, walked up, no apologies, and served us.
I have tried to contact the manager as this is beyond a customer service issue, as it’s a security issue too but couldn’t get through.
Hopefully someone trains the staff in the basics - like actually working!

Service is disgusting at this news agency.  They have always trouble to find the parcel. Not organised at all. I went to pick up my parcel yesterday, and the lady at the counter asked me to find it from back side of the counter. She couldn't find it and she was keep serving at the counter and ignoring me. Because serving at the counter was easier than finding my parcel. So, still don't have my parcel's . And it's not only 1 parcel , it is bloody 2 parcel .should be same size, from same courier company. The parcel item costs more that $200. And it is very important for my kids. I don't know what to do. But I'm willing to take this to the further step legally. If they can't find my parcel then i'll take legal actions.

I'm not sure why this place has negative reviews. To my surprise a tub if washing and a wash, dry and fold was only $30 and available same day. Cheaper than the laundry mat in Ainslie.

Excellent drop-off service for bulky items like blankets and doonas. They also handle suits and shirts—perfect for anyone who’d rather not do it themselves. Don’t worry about the old reviews—this place is fantastic.

It was recommended to me by a dress designer in Manuka and I was very pleasantly surprised when I got my bill - infinitely more affordable than the service I had been using in Kingston!  And the owners are lovely people 👌!!!

Garran Dry Cleaners did the most fantastic job dry cleaning and boxing my wedding dress. They managed to get all the stains out and keep the fabric looking as good as new. And the staff were so lovely and helpful! I cannot recommend them more.

I have used Morgans Group to clean my carpet for over 20 years. They always do a fantastic job. Lawrence was easy going and a delight to work with. He was on time, very helpful and efficient.
