He & his worker were both punctual, did a really good job & one part of the cleaning was missed.
I contacted him about it & he came early around 7:30am the day of my inspection to rectify the issue.

Everything looks new so it's clean, but the 5.9% surcharge for paying with card is highway robbery when the base cost is already on par with other automated laundromats who either don't have a surcharge or have a much lower flat rate surcharge. Bring change instead.

A more inviting seating area without large shoe prints on the chairs would also go a long way during the wait.

I had a great afternoon here. Turned up with a mountain of washing despite it being a busy day was able to find enough machines to get it all done at the same time. The payment options are great and I loved that I could select multiple machines at once. Unfortunately there is limited parking close by, which made getting my load from the car inside trickier especially as it was raining -  however a Woolies trolley made life a lot easier.

Without a doubt the best laundromat around. I travel past Belconnen just for this laundromat, nothing compares. Various sized machines, it will have all that you need. Plus it was air conditioned, which was a very nice plus.

Have been going to opal alterations for years. They provide great service and spot on alterations for especially for specific requirements.
Required an invisible zip into the right leg on several pairs of pants, professional or casual wear. Zip blends in and can hardly see it, does what it's supposed to. Have more to bring in for the same process.

Provide touch ups and repairs in a quick turnaround and have an after hours pick up service from the front of the store.

The workers were so lovely when altering my linen pants and did a great job. I got the length taken up a fair amount and wished to shorten the crotch as well, however this would require the waist to be shortened as well and would end up costing $80… it seems extremely expensive and I understand inflation and wages rising but that’s ridiculous. Otherwise, great service and really friendly but did end up costing $30 for the length taken up 2 inches….
