It was a little hot and stuffy, but when the weather gets hotter, they'll turn on the air conditioner, right?
The inside of the washing machine was rather clean.
I took out the tangled hair by hand and started doing the laundry.
It wasn't cheap to use the machine.
And I used 3 washing machines, and even though I started with the same conditions, one of them needed 10 more minutes.
I don't know why.
The dryer turned the temperature on the highest level, but it seemed like it had a medium temperature.
Anyway I'll visit again.

Conveniently located in my local area, this laundromat was a life saver when my washing machine was out of service. I went on a Tuesday at 3.15pm and it was pretty quiet. A good selection of machines ranging in price from $7 to $15, depending on your load size. The dryer is $6 per load. The dryers are very roomy, and the medium temp I chose was only 24 minutes. There is also an XL dryer for $9 per load. A pet washer and dryer is also available. BYO your own laundry powder etc and it’s card only, no cash.

I cut down 2 days of washing to 2hours, I liked that a lot. Also managed a very large matress cover that wasn't possible at home. Only disappointment was one load that came out sodden. Had to pay for new wash as it was too heavy to get to my car. Avoid washer #5. Perhaps I overpacked it with two cotton throws, a fluffy dressing gown & another small blanket! Go lightly. Nice & clean.
Also thought I could open dryer and then restack to get remaining 5 mins..alas, not so! Would come again.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but was very disappointed when I took my daughters wedding dress in two days after the wedding for dry cleaning, waited for the ‘specialist’ to have a look at the dress (which I admit was very dirty around the bottom & train from the unfortunate rain on the day), but after it was ‘assessed’ I was told the price would slightly increase (which I accepted without hesitation) but they were quite confident that they could clean it (I was very relieved but understood there’s no guarantees). BUT when I phoned over a MONTH later & was only then told that the specialist decided she could not clean it I was so upset that they had waited all that time & no one thought to reach out until I phoned them!! David did try to assist in finding someone else to clean it, but then when I went to the Herdsman Dry Cleaners to pick the dress up (& my other cleaned items), I was met with the most hostile woman & received the worse customer service I ever have! (PLEASE NOTE…both ladies I met behind the counter at the Como store were lovely & very helpful) Very disappointed with how it was all handled.

My absolute saviour during winter for drying clothes! Open 24/7, which is super convenient. They have three sizes of washing machines – 7kg ($6), 9kg ($7), and 14kg ($12). I’ve never actually washed my clothes here, but the drums always look clean and would be great for big loads like bedding. There are 12 dryers, though they can fill up quickly on weekends and during rainy season. I love that you can pay by card as well as coins – totally hassle-free. The owner is helpful, and the place is kept clean most of the time. Perfect spot in an area packed with student accommodation.

After washing all whites at this laundromat I now have grease marks (black) on our whites that includes quilt, sheets, pants and shirts.  All the owners could offer was a $14:00 refund, seriously this owner does not care about clothes.

I wouldn't recommend taking anything of value here. I took a rug to be cleaned after it had been soiled by the dog. I was apprehensive to give them the job but they reassured me it was fine.

I got the rug back with so many pulls, the rug had a completely different look. When I called to question the pulls before payment, I was told that it was out of their control, that the machine they put it through had caused them. I was told they can't predict there might be pulls. Despite them cleaning rugs often and advertising as much, I was not given any heads up prior to cleaning. When I was told they could fix it, they cut the pulls, effectively cutting pieces out of the rug. They didn't call prior to cutting the rug to give me the option.

At no point did I sign a waiver or disclaimer, it was just assumed I would know the risks.

Very poor communication. None of the staff can answer, they have to speak to the owner. I overheard the owner in the background of one phone call trying to avoid having a conversation with me. Disappointed as I would've liked to be kept in the loop if things would go south.

I have used Truclean more than once and ea h time, I’ve been happy with their standard and also of the service they offer.  They are also reasonably priced.  I have found them to be the best in the Booragoon/ Winthrop/Kardinya/ Myaree area.

Whatever you do, don't take your wool quilt to be dry cleaned here unless you want it to stink like solvent for days. Regret coming here, they've ruined my expensive quilt.

Took my wedding dress there to get dry cleaned. It was completely ruined when I picked it up; torn, frayed and unwearable / sellable. When questioned they said that “this often happens and should be expected”. I quested why they didn’t call me to inform me prior to picking it up and got a blank stare. Still charged me for the dry clean despite this. Would NOT recommend taking anything of value here because aside from the horrific dry cleaning, their customer service was sub par and it was clear they had no care to make up for the damage caused.

I got a dress altered by Matt who did a wonderful job. I don’t live in Perth so I couldn’t get it altered until I arrived, which I needed the dress for a wedding the next day. He got the alterations done without question and did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend him enough and I will definitely be going back there!

After hiring gown and accessories from Hush Hire Boutique in Subiaco i needed to drop everything here to Cloud Nine. Really easy to find. Great friendly service and dry cleaning fee for my long sequined gown was VERY reasonable. Would use again
