Have been sending my coats to this shop for a few times now, and today I picked up my coat and it had broken buttons - was not even informed this happened even though I asked the lady before leaving if everything was all good and no damage and she said yes. I had to find out myself. It's disappointing that there is no disclaimer that things like this may happen during the process. Also very disappointing how the staff handled the conversation, like am I supposed to know this is normal? I did not need a repair but I was treated unprofessionally on the phone and the lady just said they can provide $10 credit next time instead of a refund. I'd appreciate it if in the future they actually let me know beforehand that this may happen, so that I can actually decide if I want to dry clean my coat or not, instead of getting informed of it after the fact. And maybe a better customer service when things like this happen.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but was very disappointed when I took my daughters wedding dress in two days after the wedding for dry cleaning, waited for the ‘specialist’ to have a look at the dress (which I admit was very dirty around the bottom & train from the unfortunate rain on the day), but after it was ‘assessed’ I was told the price would slightly increase (which I accepted without hesitation) but they were quite confident that they could clean it (I was very relieved but understood there’s no guarantees). BUT when I phoned over a MONTH later & was only then told that the specialist decided she could not clean it I was so upset that they had waited all that time & no one thought to reach out until I phoned them!! David did try to assist in finding someone else to clean it, but then when I went to the Herdsman Dry Cleaners to pick the dress up (& my other cleaned items), I was met with the most hostile woman & received the worse customer service I ever have! (PLEASE NOTE…both ladies I met behind the counter at the Como store were lovely & very helpful) Very disappointed with how it was all handled.

I recently scheduled an ironing service with WestCoast Laundry. While the pickup of my laundry went smoothly, there was an issue with the drop-off. We had agreed that the laundry would be left in a secure location outside my home, as I would be at work during the scheduled delivery time. Although the driver attempted to contact me, I was unable to answer the call while at work. I returned the call nine minutes later, but unfortunately, the driver did not respond and chose to return with my laundry instead of leaving it as agreed.

However, when I reached out to Julia, she was incredibly understanding and took immediate action to resolve the situation. She went above and beyond to ensure my laundry was redelivered promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. I was very pleased to receive my laundry perfectly ironed and freshly scented. I would highly recommend WestCoast Laundry for its excellent service and convenience, though there is room for improvement in the delivery process.

It would've been a nice to let you know before hand or add in their website before booking that there is specific time for pick up/drop, and there are no exceptions.

Although I had my refund back, it was only after 2  days of waiting that they advise the timing and due my work schedule had to cancel.

I had a suit and an old 1980s wool greatcoat dry-cleaned here, and I wasn't sure about what dry cleaners to use until I saw the great reviews for this place, and I can say, they are definitely deserved!

The suit looks perfect, as can be expected, but I was most impressed at the work done on the greatcoat. While there appeared to be some marks that have persisted after the thorough clean, the greatcoat was really grotty when I dropped it off, and it's practically immaculate now. Can't wait for winter so I have an excuse to wear it.

While I'd say the service was quick and rather inexpensive, I haven't used a dry cleaners before so I have no frame of reference. What I can say for sure though is the woman working there is giving 110% in her job. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and bursting with energy (which I guess she needs because she seems to be absolutely flat out). And I gotta shout that when it came time for me to pay the $104.90 for work, she said to call it $100, just because it's a better number.

I'd give 6 stars if I could!

For any management reading this, give that woman a raise asap!

Amazing place with Amazing staff! I had a suitcase with really bad scruff marks on it and even though they hadn’t done it before they were very enthusiastic to give it a go and they did a great job! Would definitely recommend going especially for unconventional items! The price was also really good!
