No phone call prior to advise of the issue - just advised on collection which gives me no time to get it fixed at the tailor regailia craft prior to a Public holiday and to attend an event (a funeral) the next day.

Owner Advised the buttons are of poor quality - they are special buttons made for these jackets. Hard to obtain!

Not even a refund offered for the payment made.

I won’t be recommending or using this business again. 1st and last time. Don’t send anything of importance or of value to get cleaned there.

Took my wedding dress and my husband's suits for a dry clean along with some blankets, and have some of my pants for alteration, very happy with the outcome!

Oh, and reasonably priced too. ☺️ You've found yourself a new repeat customer!

Friendly and efficient service. I had several pair of collectable jeans shortened and the work is flawless. These were ready quicker than expected too.  They came back pressed as an additional bonus.
But the real star of the show is a brand new Carhartt blanket-lined duck canvas jacket.  This was an online purchase and quite expensive.  Unfortunately “relaxed fit” in their parlance means it was essentially pear-shaped.  I’m not tiny by any means but this just looked ridiculous, so it had never been worn in the 2 years I have owned it.
Not an easy job to take this in but Classique was equal to the task.  They removed about 150mm from the waistline, thus giving it the classic taper.  I am hard pressed to see where the work was done as both the exterior canvas and blanket lining look original.  They also removed an annoying flap at the bottom of the back panel. Superb job and I now have another great winter jacket. Prices were entirely fair.
I will be taking all my work there now.

Love Dezzy's Dry Cleaners for their friendly and professional service. They wash my special white bed cover since 2019, and it still looks as good as new. Even if I move from Canning Vale surrounds, I'll always come back🙏🏾💕

The two marks on my dress, which you did not notify me of. Instead, you decided to just let me find them the day before my wedding.
I could have organised a rush job to get this sorted at a different dry cleaning service and would have paid for it too. But you did not do me the courtesy of calling to notify me, you simply took my money and left me with this.
I only brought it in for pressing, as that is what was advised by my dress maker who said it did not need drycleaning as it was pristine. It only required pressing.
You did not let me know of any inconvenience with the timeframe I gave you, at all. Not until I called you to express my concerns and only then did you try to turn the blame on me. The customer.
Do not blame the customer who trusted your services. That's despicable.
Not even an offer of a refund or partial refund.
Absolutely disgusting service.

Absolutely Horrendous Service - Avoid at All Costs!
My experience with this dry cleaner was nothing short of a nightmare, especially considering it involved my wedding dress. I called the weekend prior to Monday, April 28th, to specifically inquire if they could press my wedding dress for collection on Thursday, May 1st, as my wedding was on Friday, May 2nd. They assured me it would be "no trouble at all" and that the pressing would be done by Tuesday, with collection possible late that day. I confirmed I would collect it on Thursday morning, and they happily took my $100 payment upfront.
Upon arriving at my hotel after collecting the dress, I immediately opened the bag to let it air. To my absolute horror, I discovered a noticeable red, rust-like speck on the front of my dress. As if that wasn't bad enough, a closer inspection revealed a significant black smudge on the lower right side! This was far from minor and clearly visible.
When I called the dry cleaner to express my distress, their response was appalling. They admitted to noticing the stains but stated they did nothing because they were "understaffed due to someone being on leave." The only "solution" offered was for me to bring the dress back, with a maybe that they could get it done that night. This was completely unfeasible given my location and the impending wedding.
The man on the phone offered a weak apology, continuing to blame their staffing issues. He then had the audacity to say they generally need two weeks for such requests – information that was never mentioned during my initial call or when I dropped off the dress! To make matters worse, no one contacted me when they discovered the stains on my precious gown. It's clear they hoped I wouldn't notice.
I am beyond upset. To pay $100 for the pressing of the most important dress I will ever own and receive such negligent service is unbelievable. Their lack of care and communication is inexcusable.
Steer clear of this business if you value your garments, especially anything as significant as a wedding dress. My advice is to take your business elsewhere.

Have been sending my coats to this shop for a few times now, and today I picked up my coat and it had broken buttons - was not even informed this happened even though I asked the lady before leaving if everything was all good and no damage and she said yes. I had to find out myself. It's disappointing that there is no disclaimer that things like this may happen during the process. Also very disappointing how the staff handled the conversation, like am I supposed to know this is normal? I did not need a repair but I was treated unprofessionally on the phone and the lady just said they can provide $10 credit next time instead of a refund. I'd appreciate it if in the future they actually let me know beforehand that this may happen, so that I can actually decide if I want to dry clean my coat or not, instead of getting informed of it after the fact. And maybe a better customer service when things like this happen.
