Duvet that comes out full of black spots, ineffective spinning, pitiful for €12!

Catastrophic, my duvet came out full of brown marks...glues from dirt residue. Pay 10€ to finally have to start again elsewhere.
What poor maintenance of the machines and no one who answers the available phone number.

Disappointed, I used it to wash a duvet.
My comforter came out full of hairs. And lack of spin. Machine maintenance should not be done regularly.
