Anne at Laundra is a miracle worker - I couldn’t recommend the team more for wedding dress cleanings! She did amazing work with my Elie Saab designer wedding dress. The team tested chemicals on sample fabrics from the designer, then cleaned inch by inch for weeks and weeks to ensure my wedding dress was/is spotless! It had been dragged through puddles on a rainy day and food stains down the front, now you can’t see a trace of any of that and it’s as good as new. They offer services for storing and preserving the dress as well! This is an incredible service for an incredible price!

Not sure what kind of cleaning they did, but it took 3 rounds and stains from a linen jacket haven’t come out. After the first try they haven’t even realised all the stains were still there and I had to bring the item back. After the second try they felt they may be able to clean it still. The stains were simple dirt on two areas. They’ve also refused to refund even just a part of the cleaning fee, especially considering it took several weeks and the jacket is still unwearable. The refund was refused in a rude manner.

Excellent customer service.  Able to clean 2 suits within 48 hours…!!  Great to have this local dependable service with dry cleaning done on site. A great experience and first class customer service. With a last minute business trip scheduled, Doug turned around a dry clean 2piece suite and 4 shirts in less then 24hrs(dropped off Friday and collected Saturday). It was a pretty big task being an incredibly beaded / sequined dress, however, the team took on the challenge with just 4 weeks to go including a full take in at the back, adjusting the strap across the shoulder to become a detail lower down, putting in a new zip, repairing all the damaged areas / missing sequins, and moving the hidden bra cups.

The team are extremely talented, the customer service was outstanding, and I will always be so grateful.

They even squeezed in some alterations to my 'evening' dress at very short notice too!

I went to Jokoto Tailoring as I needed to shorten the length and sleeves of my wedding dress. I also needed one of my flower girls’ dress to be lengthened. Kerry was so friendly and patient. She listened to my concerns and preferences, and was also so creative in finding a way to lengthen the flower girl’s dress and making it look pretty. The dress fit me perfectly on our wedding day, and I can’t thank Kerry enough! The shop itself is really cute and staff are lovely and welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back for any alterations in the future!

I needed a suit jacket sorted last minute for a funeral, and even though they were super busy, a lovely lady still managed to help me out. She really went above and beyond, very kind and professional. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for better service!

Visiting Cheltenham for just a few days and needed clean clothes. Went to the Spa Kleen with no change and no detergent. The owner was very helpful: provided me with the required change; helped me purchase detergent and loaded/unloaded the washers and dryer for me. The price was very reasonable-far less expensive than I would have paid at a hotel!  The laundromat was very clean and the owner was delightful to chat with during my time there. I highly recommend Spa Kleen.

Highly recommend. Very professional and friendly service. I had a stone coloured suit from Reiss, stained in transit through Evri. As my size was out of stock, I couldn’t order a replacement and my only option was to opt to have it dry-cleaned in the hope it could be fixed. Spa Kleen did a brilliant job and it looks great. Service done beyond expectations with a good turn around time. The lady I met was very friendly and of good humour she made the service exceptional.

The Laundry Centre is excellent. There's all you need for laundry, self service, ironing, dry cleaning and even collection & delivery! Self service is very affordable. Machines work well and come in different sizes, small, medium and large.

Full service prices are a bit higher but that's completely reasonable considering the service you get and the time you save.

How good is this place? Having had an unexpected very late night and not feeling like doing the mountain of laundry I had to do , I bagged it all up and dropped it off at the laundry for a service wash. It was my first time going to a laundrette so was a bit nervous, but the self-service was super easy! All the instructions were clear, they take card and cash, and there’s more than enough washer and driers. I used the small machine which took approx. 40 minutes, and then same with the drier as minimum card payment was £4 for the drier (£1/10mins). Altogether spent £9. I was worried that a 40 mins tumble-dry wouldn’t be enough for my huge load but the drums are HUGE and it dried them all completely. The laundrette itself was very very clean and modern. Just remember to bring your own detergent (although I think they might sell it there).

Needed to get some suits dry cleaned, so I looked around and read a few reviews and thought this was the place to come.
I was VERY disappointed in the service. I was told to come back on Friday after 4pm as the items would be ready to collect. I went in on Saturday morning at 9am to discover they couldn't find my items on the rail, they went out the back and they hadn't been finished and was told I had to come back after 4pm that day.
I had no apology, both people who served me on the Tuesday when I took the items in and on the Saturday were rude. I had no Courtesy call to say my items would be delayed and no explanation.
I will NEVER use this place again, dry cleaning is over priced and service is rubbish. Much better service and cheaper prices at the bottom of Gloucester rd.

My husband and I wanted to get three sets of curtains dry cleaned. I popped over at 9:15 am as it said someone would be serving online but there was a sign saying someone would be in at 10am so I carried it all home and back again later. Fair enough.

The worst experience happened when we arrived again later, we rang the bell and no one came so we rang again. A lady appeared with no hello or apology who was chatting on her phone. She didn't acknowledge us at all. We tried to say hello and engage in a conversation but she just ignored us and took the bag we put on the counter and placed it on the scales. We tried to ask about how long things take to dry clean. At this point the lady just ignored us and spun the computer screen around to us, presumably for us to choose something but she didn't talk and carried on chatting on her phone. She then walked to the back of the room with her back to us.

We were so shocked at the rudeness and awful customer service that when she turned around and walked back to us we just asked for the bag back and said we'd be taking our services elsewhere. She just said okay.

Outrageous! It was Friday morning and I would highly advise her employer having a chat as they missed out on a lot of money there.

Paid £7 for a large wash and £3 for 30 min tumble dry which did the job. There was a lady there who was friendly and helpful. Free WiFi, clean and nice atmosphere, extra bonus was the 80s music on the radio.

Visited this place as my local one that shall not be named (but is located on G road opposite the galli!!) Did a poor job cleaning my gfs dress. So glad I did the people running it were friendly and the price was so reasonable. The items came back perfectly clean will be using these gys from now on 😁

Mistakes happen; took a not inexpensive wool mattress topper to be dry cleaned. It got mistakenly washed and tumble dried and went from king size to pint size. On returning to identify a solution was met with a bit of front line defensiveness as to its submitted condition/size but James (the owner/manager?) stepped in and was quick to admit liability for the error.

James has my gratitude and respect for remedying the situation without drama nor hesitation, and with the added courtesy of refunding the original cleaning charge.

It's tough for small businesses and it's to his credit that he operates a business to this high standard of customer satisfaction.

Regency Dry Cleaners

I don't want to be overly critical as it's a small business that I've been to a few times and I've been happy with the results. However, this was the first time I took in a high end suit jacket to get cleaned and whilst they did a good job with the cleaning, the lapel had been given a crisp press along the full length of the lapel, totally removing the shape and roll of the lapel, and changing the buttoning point of the jacket. Otherwise they did a good job, but if you have do have nice tailoring just be careful and maybe have a quick conversation before hand to make sure they understand not to press out the shaping in the lapels. Thankfully i was able to fix it myself so no permanent damage was done.

Feel awful leaving a negative review but would have appreciated this information before we went to them (we recently moved to Cheltenham) and don't think anyone should be treated like this - both in service and customer service.

We did not have a good experience with Regents Dry Cleaners when we paid them to clean and box my wedding dress for storage.

They were very nice when I went in initially but when we went to collect it, the dress had been wrapped and boxed for storage and we were told it had 'come out fantastically'. We fortunately checked it when we got home and it was not clean at all. We took it back in to show them and request a refund. At that point the dress had been significantly delayed and some red flags were raised so we wanted to go elsewhere. The person there agreed that it was not clean but the owners were not available and would need to call us to discuss our options. No one called us so my husband returned to enquire and collect the dress, which they had suddenly been able to clean quickly without permission. I respectfully complained about the way we had been treated. They charged over £330 for this. In response, they sent a barrage of new, false and irrelevant statements claiming the dress was delayed because of the specific box I had chosen, it was my fault because I enquired about when I could collect it over a month after we were told it would be ready, it was in bad condition, I had not used their tailor and they found out I was planning on selling the dress. They also did not return the silk hanger it was on when I provided the dress.

It was overall a really upsetting experience.

I’ve recently had my wedding dress cleaned here and the results were great, the dress was beaded with lots of marks from the day and it now looks brand new again! Very impressed.

First time using regency dry cleaners. Informed the staff I would collect on the following Saturday and was not informed closing time is 1pm on a Saturday. The items to pick up included a suit for a wedding the next day. Upon heading out to pick items up I realised they closed at 1 and subsequently called at 1.15 to see if I could still collect. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude, unapologetic and unempathetic. They stated that they would have to drive back to the store and could not do this as it would waste 30 mins round trip of their time. I explained it was for a wedding and I was not informed of the early close. Despite this encounter, the items were cleaned perfectly. Whilst I accept that I should have checked the times online, one would assume that a business would be open until 5pm on a Saturday. I would suggest highlighting this to any future new customers who state they will collect on a Saturday. Given the telephone conversation I feel the need to provide this negative review - a business owner should ensure they are professional at all times, and this encounter was quite the opposite. I will therefore not be using this dry cleaner for their services in the future.

Park Launderette

The key step missing from the instructions is that you need to turn the dial on the washing machine to get the right temperature e.g. 60 degree hot wash.  Some of the washing machines could do with airing out; they don't smell too fresh.  I like the location of the launderette.  There are plenty of coffee shops nearby if you don't want to wait for your laundry.

We paid £32 and our clothes does not smell fresh! This is not acceptable and we require a refund to re-wash these clothes.
We also paid £4 for number 15 to dry our duvets and it did NOT start. It basically ate up my £4 without any drying??

This is overall a nice laundromat. 5 small washers (£5 wash), 4 large washers (£9 wash) and 6 dryers large enough to dry a king size duvet. The place is fairly clean although could be better and there is only two small tables to fold clothes and one is under where the soap and fabric softener are dispensed so it was coated with laundry soap powder and the other is under the pay station (so in the way and the stuff on it gives the impression it’s not meant to be used).

The machines were easy to use and I really appreciated the contactless credit card payment option (without an extra fee).

Just across the street is a cute little parklet with benches to enjoy some fresh air while you wait. There are also plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

One of the frustrating things I encountered was that there was a laundry soap dispensing machine but it only accepts coins. So if you think you're going to be able to do your laundry without cash you better have your own soap. Also, the machine does not sell dryer sheets, only laundry soap and fabric softener.  When I bought the laundry soap the box got stuck in the machine and I couldn't get it free with even my small hands. It would have also been nice if there was an unscented laundry soap option.

Important to note that the last wash is at 20:00 (8 pm) even though it’s open until 22:00 (10 pm). The sign says that the water supply cuts off.

They do have WiFi and the code is posted on the wall. However, after I logged in it didn’t actually work to connect to the internet for me.

So overall, the best option I could find near the city centre of Bristol.

Not had one bad experience the year that I’ve been using the dryers here. Opening hours are generous, price is reasonable and machines work well.

Everything is simple to operate, and any broken machines are promptly tended to. Thanks for providing a great service!

Absolutely shocking, ruined my leather jacket which was in excellent condition and only need the lining cleaned.......what was returned was a jacket that is ready for the bin!   My advise is don't take your leather goods there......

They sent me a letter saying that they wouldn't do anything and despite a couple of emails from me and a promise to come back to me they never did.....least they could have done was offer some compensation but apparently the 'computer said no'.

This is the best in Bristol when it comes to dry cleaning. Always a friendly welcome, incredibly knowledgable and skilled staff and an all-round fabulous service on cleaning, plus the price is incredible too!

I take a few pieces here that are hard to look after, be that beading or sequins, samples or vintage items, and they always go out of their way to check or maintain previous notes to ensure they get it right.

They’ve removed stains I thought were unsalvageable, tidied up horrendous pilling, created cleaning routines for unmarked items with no cleaning instructions and even un-shrunk my favourite wool jumper that snuck into a hot wash at home, which I thought was a total goner.

I did leave a somewhat positive review initially but I have to change it as the service hasn't really been great.

I took 2 suit jackets and 2 work trousers to be dry cleaned and re-ironed on the creases. 1 pair of trousers came back to me with dirt at the bottom which I had to wipe off my self. I have also just looked on one of the pairs of trousers and they have ironed in a completely new line down the front as the picture shows. Really quite bad from a dry cleaners. They charge more than the competition too.

The one good thing was that the girl at the till/desk was friendly and helpful but honestly I have to say Johnson's inside Asda just 5 minutes away does a lot better of a job and a lot quicker. Can't recommend this place unfortunately.

From when  I first went  into the shop  to make  enquiry,  regarding removing  and cleaning  my swags and tails curtain,  George was very, polite and helpful.  When Derrick  removed the curtains,  he was a master at work. When Derrick  and George returned  to rehung they curtain. They  were very careful  and professional. Direct Dry Cleaners

Had my wedding dress dry cleaned here. It was second hand, so had some dirt that needed to be washed out. The original marks have been removed, which is great, however, it came back covered in thousands of red and blue fibres and hairs. These were not present before and are very noticeable on the pure white dress. The lady at the shop said she "didn't know how it had happened" and provided me with a free lint roller, which I appreciate, but I've just spent an hour trying to get the fibres off and I'm not even halfway through all the tulle. I didn't expect it to be returned with a different type of dirt to what it arrived with!

Went into store today and the lady who served me (didn’t catch her name) was so lovely. She told me my dry cleaning would be free of charge due to the circumstances. I was really shocked by this gesture(in a good way) and was reassured I will receive the item back before the funeral. What a lovely thing for the company to do and what a lovely lady who served me.

I visited this store and few days ago and was served immediately by a lovely young lady called Porshia. I required a repair so she advised me when Kirsty, their colleague who does alterations, was in and to pop back then. Her attitude in customer service is exemplary, eye contact at all times, a pleasant smile, easy relaxed demeanor and attentively professional.

Yesterday I called in with what needed repair: a pair of ladies black gloves, with Thinsulate material inside and a slight fluffy outer material. These belonged to my late mother who very kindly gave them to me a few years ago. Despite being male, I have small hands and they fit perfectly and are the warmest gloves I've ever had. I do an outside job on a forklift and they are irreplaceable.

Again I saw and spoke with Porshia who happened to be next to Kirsty.

Again, her customer service was outstanding and I couldn't ask more from someone who makes you naturally feel important and valued and that your issue is her top priority.

Kirsty equally is truly welcoming and attentive and very helpful. She has done work for me twice before a few years ago and her work is perfect. My late mother used to be a seamstress and made wedding dresses so I know excellent quality work when I see it.

In all respects Kirsty serves you with enthusiasm and very careful, detailed care is given to whatever you give her. And her price is also very good and I have not hesitated to entrust these very valuable gloves to her both from a sentimental and purely everyday practical level.

I have nothing but praise for them both, and I don't give praise lightly, only where it is justified and deserved.

Not good dry cleaning service. Leave your coat on Monday, you would be told to collect on Friday afternoon. Furthermore, they run the coats 'in a load' meaning with other people's coats and if other items are full with animal hairs, when run together, your coat is getting hairs as well.
I was told by the lady that apparently, they have to brush off the coats after a dry clean cycle as they collect hairs. This is poorly and shows that their one machine is not cleaned often enough.
Had they not been the only dry cleaning shop in a radios of 10 miles, I would have not been using them at all.
PS: recently, their single dry cleaning service increased from £8 to £13 for a long coat but the quality has not improved whatsoever.

I had a very disappointing experience. I called in advance and explained what I needed help with and if it was doable. They said it was and asked me to come in with the dress to get it measured, so I did. When I arrived I had my toddler with me who was asleep in the push chair. One of the ladies very kindly helped me down the stairs.
It wasn’t an overly warm welcome and everyone who worked there seemed very quiet. I told the lady I had called earlier and was told to bring the dress in, she told me I’d have to try the dress on but I’d need to wait as there was someone in front of me. I waited for over half an hour as the lady in front of me wanted about 10 different outfits taken in and had to try each one on. Eventually it was my turn, I tried the dress on. One of the ladies came over and took a look at the dress and assumed I wanted the length to be shorter. I explained it was the bodice that needed altering, She looked at the dress and said there was nothing they could do. She said nothing else which made me feel quite awkward. I was surprised after the phone call we had in the morning I was told it should be an easy fix. She said there wasn’t enough material to do what needed to be done and said she was sorry and walked away. I got changed feeling very disappointed and confused and left.

I then got in touch with another trailers called City trailers who were absolutely brilliant. They told me to come in. I was seen as soon as I arrived, i tried the dress on again and they said they could sort it out for me no problem. It was an easy fix and there was loads of material to work with. They were all very professional smiley, happy to help and offered plenty of solutions.
It’s such a shame that Nuray Tailer weren’t able to offer the same professionalism or experience.

I've had two items of clothing altered recently - neither was a simple job: a shirt needed an entirely new neckline; Nuray did it using fabric from the trousers that matched it. They did an excellent job and I've had loads of compliments on the outfit.
The other was a dress with pockets that needed an adjustment to make it a bit bigger across the chest - again, it was done by taking fabric from elsewhere on the dress. This was again done imperceptibly, and the fit is now perfect! (On both occasions, the work was done in good time and at a reasonable price.)

I got a corset top dress taken in & it was done so beautifully & professionally. I needed the dress before a certain date & was given it back less than a week later. All the ladies who work there are so lovely and the shop itself is great. It’s very reasonably priced as well, I’m very happy with the outcome & would highly recommend!

Nuay Tailors were like a bit of a guardian angel for me. I walked in with holes in my jeans, rips in my shirt, and the look of someone who hadn’t quite kept it together, threads coming loose in more ways than one. They just got on with it, patching up the clothes, neat little stitches pulling everything back into place. And somehow, in the way they worked, calm, careful, like it mattered, they patched me up too. Not all of me, but enough to feel a bit less frayed at the edges.

So thank you, for fixing what you could, for the kindness when I needed it, and for making the world feel a little softer for a moment.

I have been using Nuray for a wide range of tailoring services for many years and not just clothing. I am sure they are trying their best, but only room for improvement is for much more accurate planning of drop off and pick up timing. There tends to be 15 - 60 minutes variant, but not that bad. The owners are good and will work on it, I'm sure.

I had no issues with the contactless payment option.  Everything worked as planned.  This location is very clean.  Only possible issues is anyone waiting for their clothes to be cleaned can't charge a phone as there are no outlets available to users.

Unfortunately I'm another one that is owed money. Machines have taken money from my card and machines haven't started. Several phone calls and emails and still noting. Was even advised I moved my card to quick and didn't follow instructions. Be careful if you loose money in a machine it's impossible to get back and seems to happen a lot. Owner was very argumentative and rude on the phone. Won't be going back.

Easy to use and instructions to washing masine and dryers. There was a lady that was helpful. Did s full load of washing with in a hour. £5 for 9.5kg load of washing and 50p every 18mins for dryer.

I read and completely understand that some people had bad experiences here, but I cant say the same about mine. Needed urgent laundry done for my trip, and I wasn’t disappointed. The machines all worked well. Drying and washing was surprisingly fast. I got to pay with card and it also worked very well. Overall I personally had a very nice experience and I hope it keeps up that way!

Laundry machine worked fine - when it came to drying, it charged me twice without the machine starting. The assistant managed to help me somewhat, but was unable to issue a refund. Upon calling the head office, i was met with an answering machine. The assistant in store said 8d be waiting all day - very frustrating - in total i paid 11 pounds for drying and only recieved 5 pounds of drying time. No refund in sight. Be wary that this could happen to you here, there is no real help if your money goes missing.

The week of my wedding, my dress had poor alterations by another seamstress and needed the cups removing. They were able to squeeze me in and do the job within 3 days for a bargain of only £12. Great job, thank you!

Quoted £20 for tailoring a school blazer and charged £35 upon collection. There were no unknowns in this task, so almost doubling the price is not okay. Very disappointing.

I brought in a completely white shirt for dry cleaning, but it was returned with a slight pink tint. I suspect they mixed it with other colored items. The funny thing is, they said it was nice and clean and that the pink also looked good. Got a refund, but the £200 shirt is ruined. Really disappointed with the service!

Took my 3 years old Burberry jacket (in immaculate condition) to be dry cleaned with them. It had a little white stain on it. First it came out with substantial amount dirt from the cleaning process on it. After second try, it came out as it was 15 older jacket, yet the stain remained but only fainted this time (which I was OK with) Pictures are trying to point out the wear that their cleaning process may cause to fine fabrics.
I did seek for reassurance for the extremely gentle care of the jacket this caliber prior to giving them the job. According to them, they are apparently doing Burberry and Armani all the time, so I was not worried.
The Chinese lady in the shop eventually blamed me for the damage they had done to my jacket, which I find outrageous. During this transaction she made me feel like she was avoiding the responsibility of producing quality service, and after care, and did it in very unpleasant manner to say the least. She did fling the fee that I paid for the cleaning at me, but it is very little compensation for the damage caused by her service. The jacket is worth £1,400 when new.

I would advise anyone to take extreme caution if getting high quality brand fabrics cleaned by this shop. I also recommend to be prepared for business customs related to far Asian culture rather than good British standards. This shop might be able to take care of little alterations and materials that do not require extra gentle care.

All the staff are very nice, I took in my large curtains to be taken up and they did them very quickly it was a superb job, I shall be visiting them very soon with me tailored jacket. Thank you all so much.

Extremely disappointing – damaged wedding dress, no responsibility

I brought my wedding dress to this dry cleaner on 8 May 2025. After the first clean, the dress was returned with visible stains still present and loose buttons.

I made it very clear that I did not give permission for the dress to be cleaned again, as I was concerned about further damage. Despite this, they cleaned it again without my consent.

After the second cleaning, the dress came back with new stains and the corset was damaged, with loose threads and a compromised fit. I was told someone would contact me about my concerns, but no one ever followed up.

The dress was in their possession for over a month, and because of this delay and its condition, I lost the opportunity to sell it to a serious buyer.

When I submitted a complaint, I received a dismissive and threatening email rather than a resolution.

This was a special, valuable item, and the way it was handled was unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone—especially if you’re trusting them with something important.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received at Smarty’s Dry Cleaners in Bath. I was assured by a staff member about the service they offered and strongly stipulated my request and was assured this could be carried out. I trusted the information as a customer and used their service based on this  information but was totally misinformed and misled. When I collected my garment and addressed the problem to the owner, I was promised a call back the same day. I called every day hoping to get some clarity over a two week period, but no one ever returned my calls—despite being continuously told they would.

This is the second time Smarty’s has messed up. Previously, they ruined a pair of my trainers. Although they did rectify that issue more efficiently and fairly than this time, it still speaks to a lack of consistent quality and care.

Totally poor service, with zero accountability or communication. I will not be using Smarty’s Dry Cleaners again, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with their expensive items.

The staff are friendly and helpful They handled a delicate item of clothing with care and returned it looking fresh and well-pressed. Turnaround time was quick, and they kept me informed throughout.

Having brought a camel coloured coat to Andy that had unknown origin stains on, my request was that he do his best. He was honest in his assessment never promising he could restore it. I was delighted at the outcome. It looks amazing once again. I have since challenged him with another winter coat with suspected food stains on back of skirt. Again he exceeded expectations Thanks Andy.

Andy at Chatams was amazing ! I needed a spare key cut and called in here as it was handy and offered reasonable prices. There were some difficulties in cutting a key from the one we had but Andy persevered with several attemps until he succeeded. A very happy customer.

Andy did a great job sorting out my favourite white linen shirt, which I’d thought was ruined by a huge red wine stain down the front. Andy completely got rid of the stain and it’s as good as new, for a good price. Thanks!

We always go to Andy's Chatams Dry Cleaners shop for cleaning our suits, expensive jackets and long dresses, and the results are always amazing! This last time, I need my very long and difficult material dress cleaned and ironed (after a long wedding where I stained it heavily). I (stupidly) had dried 3 white tops over wooden chairs so had wood gloss stains across them. I have two of the white tops back so far and the stains are completely gone! Just waiting to pick up the final tshirt. Thank you Andy :)

I cannot recommend highly enough the service from Ellie, director of retail and Louise in the Hungerford branch.  I emailed late on a Friday as I needed a rush job and they bent over backwards to help me.  Superb quality dry cleaners, Hungerford branch is excellent.  Loyalty card scheme which is great.   You won't be disappointed.

Very convenient dry cleaners right next to Sainsbury.  Had a few little white fluffs on my suit after picking it up but it looked clean and was a reasonable price, as far as I'm aware.

super friendly, super fast, super soft

after five days of traveling, we needed laundry done for the second half of our trip. the hotel was not able to provide the service, but elaine at smarty helped. i brought 3 loads in the morning and got them back the next (even the same afternoon was an option), clean and pressed.
best of all, t-shirts, socks and underwear felt like new. better than washed at home.
