Picked up my clothes after work today and just pulled them out of the sleeve when I got home. There’s a tear in my suit jacket that wasn’t there this morning. Pretty upset about that. Also, the customer service from the girl that was there @ 4:30 on 1/18/24 was subpar to say the least. She didn’t make eye contact with me the whole time I was there cashing out. It’s the same all around town so why should I expect more from this place… smh

***Follow up: I just wanted to let everyone know what’s been happening since my post. The owner responded quickly on GOOGLE and I’ve been in continuous correspondence with the manager, Sabrina, in an effort for them to remedy this situation. I changed my rating because I’m very impressed with their efforts to solve my problem. They’re sending the jacket out to get fixed. Thanks Best and the Management team!

Two panels of very heavy drapes were brought in. They did a great job. They initially told me they are running two weeks out, but I got them back in three days. I am so happy!
