WASFO OnDemand Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services

I used this business for the first time today and absolutely recommend them.  Pick up and delivery back with No issues at all.  Clothes came back packaged up in a neat bag they supplied . Appreciate that because in Texas I had to buy one of their laundry bags. Only difference I see between this one and a company I used in Port Orange and New Smyrna was $1 per pound here is $1.99 per pound.  But hey it’s still saving me from standing in a laundry mat  in this RV park  doing them myself.  So yeah I’ll pay it.  And my questions were promptly answered when I did my first order.  So if you’re in Miami area give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed. I think it was Marcos that answered my questions but not exactly sure of his name.  But anyhow I appreciate him.

It is shameful, that the temperature yesterday 09/29/2025 was (82 Degrees) inside the Laundry.
I have been a loyal customer, but this is more than I can take.
My wife almost fainted, other ladies that were there, were in Fatigue Mode, and swore never to return.
Why are you chasing away your customers ? (I don't get it)

The lady is not nice, and it says that close at 5 pm, but I went twice around 3:30 pm, and it was closed and has a label saying "I am at the Pharmacy ", I went second time it says  "I am at a doctor's appointment." I was with other customers and they said  this is Hialeah.

The Laundr-o-mat Coin Laundry & Dry Cleaners

Misleading NOT open 24 hours I came at 9:00PM the open sign was on and outside there is a big sign that says open 24 hours. Completely misleading and false advertisement. I had a lady that worked inside stop me and tell me they were closed. There was another couple who wanted to wash clothes as well and they could not.

This facility states that they are open 24 hours. HOWEVER, they are misleading. I went at 10:30 PM to a 24-HOUR laundry mat since it was the only time that I was able to go, and the open sign was on. The moment the employees saw me get off the car she rushed and turned off the open sign and avoided interaction. The point is she was rude and the owner(s) needs to correct  their advertisement. Clearly they are losing out on business with this foolishness.

Location is not open 24/7. Sign is on but they have a paper in window stating closed while the staff are washing laundry.

Don’t advertise open 24/7 when it’s not what a waste of time.

Has been complete renovated. Now is clean and neat. All new equipment

Best laundry I've been in Miami by far, new machines, plenty of room, the down side is the staff. They talk loudly and ALL THE TIME, it's like a Cuban social club.

Oasis Laundry

Derreck and Beth were great... came off a Cruise Ship after 10 Days at Sea ... had two full bags of laundry...called Oasis based on a recomendation from Hilton Hotels. The Driver, Derreck, showed up within a couple of hours and picked up our bags... and, Derreck returned to drop off our clean laundry two or three hours later! Very reasonably proced service. Excellent.

Poor customer service. Asked for change for a $20 bill,  lady told me she didn't have the key to access her office. She basically said to put the $20 into the coin machine. I had 1 small load so it made no sense to get all that change. I then asked to use the rest room, again I was told she had no key. During my wash I noticed she came in and out of her office attentending to select people. Extremely poor customer service.

Wow...where do I begin? My husband and I had a whopping 150+ lbs of laundry we needed washed & folded. I contacted three separate services (including Sudsies) who quoted me anywhere from $5 per lb up to $15 PER CLOTHING ITEM. We thought getting this all taken care of by a professional service was out of the question. I decided to do one more Google search & found Oasis Laundry. I was immediately connected to the owner himself, Derek, who was super helpful answering my questions and quoted me only $1.99/lb with free pickup & next day delivery included. Not only was the driver who picked up/dropped off super friendly and efficient but the nicer garments were returned on hangers and  everything was spotless and smelled good. We have several indoor pets and were worried about the cat hair that can sometimes linger even after being washed. We didn't find a single spec of cat hair or dirt anywhere! The clothes arriving folded and separated was so helpful in us getting everything put away as well. With how inexpensive the service is, we will absolutely be utilizing Oasis on a regular basis to get our laundry done. Since we do not have a proper washer & dryer in our condo, going to the laundromat has been such a hassle over the last 10+ years & I wish now we would have found Oasis sooner! It's also nice knowing we are supporting a family owned business. If you want affordable hassle-free laundry services, this is your spot! And, to make it even better, they have an easy-to-use app you can use to schedule pickup. Highly recommend Oasis Laundry and thank you again to Derek for helping us get our laundry situation under control again!

We have always taken our clothes to this dry cleaner and have consistently had great experiences—until today.

Last week, I dropped off several items for alterations. When my husband picked them up, we noticed the altered clothes were incorrect: the items were the same style but a different color, and one pair of pants was noticeably longer than the other.

To make matters worse, after paying a significant amount for these alterations, the clothes were returned dirty and poorly pressed.

I called to explain the issue and spoke with a young woman whose only response was, “That’s odd” and “That’s weird,” with no attempt to resolve the problem or offer a solution.

I had to put a star to be able to share my horrible experience with this place… but really it deserves 5 skunk’s… I took a Hugo boss t-shirt to be hem and dried clean, when I went today to pick it up the owner Adrian that was there. I asked let me see how the hem came out. It totally indescribe-able how bad a job. I mentioned to the owner how sloppy the hem was they even tore the fabric at spots. He bragged that he had sent it to the tailor he used for 40 years. ( Note I was a customer of the previous owner and he has not own that cleaner for more than 2-+ years). Keep in mind I have a degree in fashion design and Architectural technology. So he does not know I know tailoring. Anyhow instead of offering to correct the work he called a worker who proceeded to speak bad about my article of clothing. Calling it old and worn. ( note only wore 3 times because it was too big, long). Anyhow I said I was not going to pay for it, and they told me not to come back). I Showed my coworkers they said they ruin it. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business bureau and looking to take all action possible. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!!! My advise!
