I brought in 5 items to be cleaned and restarched. One of the items was ready three days after I was told it would be which turned out to be a Monday. The other 4 items I was told would be ready by the following Wednesday. I waited until the following Monday and was told that they couldn’t find my 4 other items and that I would be refunded for the clothes. These items were custom made and were worth $200 a piece. When I was finally told that they were found and ready I had to pay $20 for them. I’m sorry but I won’t be going back. I don’t get clothes dry cleaned often. I’ll just find another place. I won’t be going through all of this again.

I dropped off a highschool uniform that we didn't realize we would need the next day.  The staff was amazing on calming my panic and getting the uniform back to me clean before we needed it. I was willing to take it back dirty but they made it perfect for us.   Thank you so much!!

This laundromat is fantastic! As someone with a busy job, their wash and fold service is an absolute lifesaver. I dropped off a mountain of laundry and towels, and they took care of everything for me.  The clothes came back perfectly clean and folded, and the towels were fluffy and fresh. Honestly, they did a better job than I ever could!

The price for the wash and fold service is incredibly reasonable, especially considering the time and hassle it saves. Plus, the laundromat itself is bright, clean, and well-maintained – not sketchy at all.  They have free wifi and a friendly staff member on-site during business hours.

I’m a female truck driver, I looked for laundromat since November 2024 I couldn’t find one in an area that I was comfortable going in, most of the places I saw were to close to the street I didn’t like the fact that all eyes were on me. I have been washing at the truck stop at Love , I went there today it was occupied cause there’s only 2 washing machine and 4 dryers. Anyway I googled laundry in Macclenny, Fl  I saw some other and I saw Amazing Suds, I said to myself I will check it out, to my amazed it was very beautiful and private to me in a sense I didn’t feel like I was in a middle of crowd.

I asked a young man in his 70’s to 80’s  he was a gentleman. What time of payment do the machines accept,  he took me to  young lady in the office  she was very wonderful, she explained to me how to pay by cash or by card , I used my card which I was looking for.

The place is very clean and nice the temperature inside is fantastic , for me to write a review saying all the great things about the place, it got to be very good cause I usually buy brand new washer and dryers in my house to use.  It’s located on a shopping plaza between a Winn -Dixie and Tracker Supply store

Paid for $20 extra for 5 loads to have added extra rinse and wash to each cycle.   Won’t let you activate “extra” features after you pay.  Spoke to attendant. Zero refunds available for service NOT provided.  Paid for “super wash” + “extra wash” received 17min wash cycle on COLD

Timed 5 machines for same settings varied by 6 minutes wash cycle.   Such a rip off

This laundry mat is always so clean. The washers and dryers work great and the prices are decent. Cash and card accepted. The staff is great!!

If u r not a resident there i would not recommend this place.  Once you start the washer DO NOT OPEN IT or you will have to pay again.  There is no start button.  And if there isn't anyone working there they will not refund you unless you go back and even then they will give you hell.

The cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. Please disregard old and outdated reviews. Brand new, fast and efficient washers and dryers. The woman that works there is so nice and friendly and helpful. She should get a cash bonus.

Fantastic laundromat! Updated with the latest washers and dryers. The washing machines are a little pricey but it's worth it. The double sized washers can hold a tremendous amount of clothes. For example I washed 3 small dog beds, 3 small rugs, 4 comforters and some odd mid sized items in a single load! The dryers dry very fast and evenly. Vending machines are available for  detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. They also have vending machines for snacks and drinks. You can operate the machines with both change and cards. Overall every experience has been quick and all laundry has been fresh and clean. 5/5

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I read all of the fantastic reviews, brought my beautiful, white curtains in and they came out worse than I brought them to Andrew's. I will never ever bring my things here. Ever again. He's nice but you can't ruin expensive things and just expect being nice to fix it. I want my money back.

I took some uniform items here.  The owner is very friendly and accommodating.  The service is very quick as well.  It was a next day service but he was very meticulous with my items.  He showed me how to take off some buttons that were on the dress coat so they wouldn’t be damaged.  I’m not an avid dry cleaner so he taught me a bit as well.  The only reason I would say 4 stars is because one of my shirts were still stained.  For all I know it is a stain that can’t be removed.  I would have just liked a heads up that it was still stained.  I didn’t notice it until I got home.  But the other items were great so I would still highly recommend this place.

Have been going here for several years and always had excellent dry cleaning and especially excellent customer service!!  Michael is the best!  Everyone please keep him in your prayers as he is going through his cancer treatment- you’ve got this Michael!! ❤️
