Filthy. Overpriced. Wouldn’t let my dog use this toilet. Looks like this every week. Even when the owner is here “cleaning” (I’ve honestly only ever seen her move laundry carts around and sit in her car smoking and blasting her music out back).  No WiFi or tv as advertised on windows. She just left up signs from 2 owners ago. Hours aren’t posted anywhere (it’s 24 hr if you need to know). No laundry supplies for sale. Counters are covered with months worth of dust. Usually very warm inside. Only gave one star because that was the lowest option. Unfortunately there’s no other laundry facilities anywhere near here. So forced to use this one.

Great store! I’ve taken in a lot of garments here and usually I feel like everything is always right on time if not early! Ladies are always exceptionally nice there!

Friendly and courteous staff.  They did a great job on my son's JROTC uniform.

I brought a suit in to have it cleaned on Thursday and let them know that I needed it for Saturday morning. They said they'd have it to me Friday no problem. Apparently my suit code had a small separation in the seam. Probably an inch long. So it's their policy to not dry clean anything with a hole in it. They didn't let me know until pick up. If they let me know in the morning I could have taken it anywhere or even repaired the tiny hole. Now I have no suit for my function Saturday morning. Thanks a million.  Plenty of apologizing but their process is garbage.  They had my telephone number and my email address. They could have easily let me know in the morning when they found it.  Never again.

Absolute BEST dry cleaner we’ve ever had! They are always so nice and helpful and always super quick to get our clothes ready. Chad, the owner is top notch! The true definition of great customer service. I also had my wedding dress preserved there and they did a great job. We’ve recently started using the pickup/delivery service which has been the best thing we’ve ever done! As a customer who has lots of dry cleaning for our job, this has saved us so much time and stress trying to get there which is a 45 min drive. Town & Country Cleaners did an amazing job on my flower girl dress that has been hidden away in the closet for over 20 years. The staff were super friendly & the manger Chad was absolutely fantastic! Chad ask me the story behind my dress & was great at communicating with me about it. The service that I received was amazing, I just knew that I was going to be paying 3-5xs as much as I did based on customer service alone, but to my surprise the cleaning was extremely affordable. Dream on if you want your clothes to dry... highway robbery at 25 for 3min. Clothes will cost your first born and ALL crypto to COMPLETELY DRY go to 34th Street laundry= the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! & NICEST ATTENDANTS IN TOWN.
I walked in and immediately out of tower laundry - Pathetic.when u know quality u recognize its absence. Never again 🤣

The old owners had someone come and clean through out the day and that made a very BIG difference!!!!! Reasonable prices for the washers. It looks very trifling when homeless people are coming inside to sleep!!!! Beware of your surroundings at all times in this area!!!! Update 7/19/20 They have installed cameras and the owners keep it nice and clean and I don't see the homeless sleeping inside anymore!!! The new owners are doing a great job.!!!!

Selection of regular and high capacity machines. Dryers .25 for 3 minutes. Clean. They offer wash dry fold.  Attendant gave us soap since machine was down.

After touching a bunch of quarters to wash my clothes, I wanted to wash my hands before transferring items to the dryer. The bathrooms were locked. I saw 2 water fountains. So I went to my car and put some soap on my hands to at least wash there. Then the fountains wouldn't turn on. Instead of worrying about someone stealing a drink of water or stealing the toilet bowl, these things should be available for customers. I won't be back after this nonsense.

This business has changed ownership in the last year and I wanted to give them time to get in the swing of things before calling them out on the catastrophe that this laundromat has become. They still have wifi..open 24 hours, charging outlets for your mobile devices, HOWEVER, The friendliness, kindness, CLEANLINESS and  overall wonderful vibe this place once had-around the clock IS OFFICIALLY GONE. The difference is literally.. NIGHT AND DAY. You would think the new owners would have acknowledged AND STUDIED the LOVE, CARE AND KINDNESS the last owners showed to their customers..But nope. This business is dead in my eyes. The customers are talking about it every time I go in there.  If you go in the late evening or at night, the place is DISGUSTING..I have never seen this business, like this.  It's just a nasty, unkept, laundromat with basic attendees.  They aren't even friendly or kind to their customers AT ALL. The value of the service and equipment is no more. That's what brought ppl in to start with. You can do your laundry much cheaper and have a better experience ANYWHERE else. Avoid this business if possible..because if you knew the business & it's previous management/owner..you will be saddened at what it has become.  It's devastatingly obvious how the old owners made this place so awesome.  They were truly good people.

I haven’t been to a laundromat in decades, but I came here because I needed to wash several comforters. I came at 10am on a Monday and I was so impressed at how clean everything was. The attendant was constantly sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting. I was able to use the big washers and dryers without a wait. One of the dryers seemed to be drying slowly, but I switched to another dryer that dried really quickly. I was worried about coming here because of the surrounding areas, but that wasn’t a problem at all. I can’t say how it is when the attendant isn’t here, but I’d definitely recommend this laundromat.

I went in on 1-20-24, to wash my large blanket the place is pretty new.  The machines are new and clean attendant was helpful.  No quarters needed you buy a $1 plastic debit card and load money on it.  5 start super clean.

First time using this laundromat and it's my last. $72.75 to wash 3 loads of clothes? That's not what I agreed to when I put my debit card in card reader on the machine. But that's what they are charging my card. Calling my bank now.

Wasted $30 and 4 hours of my time only to end up taking my clothes home still wet. Now I’m having to hang them throughout my apartment to air dry. The machines may look nice but in terms of functionality, the dryers are garbage. (This is the Tower Road location)

I had a queen comforter that needed washing and came to Spin City at Tower Laundry today.  It was incredibly clean clean and had lots of choices in the way of washers and dryers but better than that I met Elonda who offered me courteous assistance and educated me on the best size of washer and dryer to use.  She offered the best customer service I’ve had in a long time anywhere.  I hope the owner knows she is a Gem!

The cleaners must have changed hands from the previous owners.  The current cleaners shrunk my favorite cashmere cardigan and ruined a brand-new silk dress by pressing out the permanent pleats.  They refused to compensate me in any way and pointed to the flyer on the wall that said the customer is responsible for any damage. I had to buy another dress for a wedding, at my expense.  The owner's attitude and that of the staff was condescending and rude.  They will not stay in business long with this type of customer service.
