After going to another Laundromat 3 miles away and losing over eight dollars in coins that got stuck in a machine and it wouldn’t give me my money back. I came here. What a change, the machines were more up-to-date. I had two very large items to wash and needed  an oversized washer.   They had plenty of oversized washers. Next time I need to wash my rug or my bedspread I will come back to this Laundromat.

I am here as we speak washing my Comforters.
I come often to wash them.
When I say this place has really went Down.
The Dryers and Washing Machines Never work now.
I Lost my Money once again bc the Dryers didn't work.
Last time I came I had to go over to the Convenience store to get my money back.
I had to Wait in there for about 20 mins bc the cashier had to leave the store.
No one else was there.
She had to come give me my money in the Laundromat.

Another Complaint is: The pricing has went up $3 more to wash.
Which I don't mind if the WASHER AND Dryers worked.
I am so Unhappy with the Quality of this place now.
It's really messed up bc there aren't many Laundromat in the area.
And the ones that are in the area are just like this one now!
This one use to be better now its Unkept just like the others!

I can Truley say this is the place usually be really clean.
It's so hard to find a Clean Laundromat.
I wash my Comforters here often.
I am also happy the Air work now.
At 1st it was out for awhile.
I also like that they repaired alot of there Dryers and washing machines now.

Old equipment and the dryers do not dry your items. The owner argued with me about the amount I spent trying to dry my comforter and it was still wet not damp but wet. I chose the location because of the convenience. They also do not clean the washers.

I never made it there I was just looking it up because I thought I was going to have to use the laundry mat but Thankgod my washer and dryer was not broken!

Super super clean, plenty of machines. Really needs better AC, but thats fine.

It gets the job done, but we could definitely use a very nice laundromat in Hiram/Dallas. Bathroom is out of order. Dispensers are out of order. Change machine has always worked. no TV and no sink.

Went to this location to wash an oversize rug and king size bed bedspread. They had one large washer. It was $8.75 to do a-load. I I had difficulty with my coins going in to the slot. I was up to eight dollars when I couldn’t get any more coins to go into the slot, the button to get it to refund my coins would not work. There was no one there to talk to. I called the number that was on a poster on the wall. I even sent a text message. Nobody responded to my message so I am out over eight dollars in quarters. I drove another 3 miles to J&M laundry what a change they had several washers that were oversized and all of them were in working condition and took my coins with no issues. Don’t go here unless you want to lose your money.   Go to J&M coin laundry you will be happy, there the machines are more up-to-date and are in working condition.

Not very clean at all, and we saw a roach. It’s affordable but don’t recommend personally

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here on and off to do our laundry for the last few years. It’s by far not the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to, but it gets the job done. It is rather small and it can get crowded on busy days. The A/C either doesn’t work or can’t keep up with the amount of heat the machines let off, so it not super comfortable to hang out in there especially during the summer. Regulars are pretty messy. Dryer sheets just get left on the floor a lot of times and the place can get kinda trashy, but the washers and dryers work well. I would suggest smelling them before you put your clothes in cause sometimes they do smell, but more often than not they’re fine. Do I wish there was something nicer close by? Yes, but this place works in a pinch and is at least close to home.

I just walked in here to start drying my clothes.  This is the first time I have been inside here to use their facilities.  So far , so good.  Folks commenting about how the place is messy or nasty and that's because the prior customers don't throw their trash 🗑️ in the trash cans.  Folks just drop their stuff on the floor and won't pick them up.  It's a good place and the mess is mainly because of customers.  Nice place to do your clothes.  👍.

They are very over price I had one suit and a coat it cost me 60.99. To be fair the coat and suit had mold on them but it was not bad but the lady there tried to tell me that you can not get mold out which is a complete lie. Had she told me the cost for the coat which was 40.00 I would not have left my clothing there.

DO NO USE THIS CLEANERS!!! New to the area and needed a dry cleaner. Used them a couple of times for a suit and a few dresses, was a little pricey and turn around time was long.  Took our duvet to be cleaned, which was going to take a while and we were ok with that as we were going to be out of town.  I picked it up with our shams and they were on a hanger with plastic.  We did wait a week to put it on our bed as I needed help as it is a king size and tying the down comforter etc to the inside.  When we unfolded it and began inserting the comforter, THERE WAS A RIP AND HOLE IN IT RIGHT ON TOP!!!!  We were so upset at it and we refolded it and I hung it back on the hanger, called them and they accused us of doing it. I went up there and took it, she took pictures and she said they always check things before sending off, they do not do any work on the premises. AGAIN she tried to tell me it was not the correct duvet, which was wrong, I told her how much it cost and KNEW someone had done it on the other end.  I AM AN HONEST PERSON AND FOR SOMEONE TO ACCUSE ME AND/OR CALL ME A LIAR IS WRONG! She was supposed to call me after talking to owner and I had to call them back.  Customer service is AWFUL!! Whoever did it on the other end at their Marietta location, knows it! If it had been on the bottom of the duvet, yes I would have them try and patch it, but it is not it is on the top!  NEVER any apology only being accused of it!  THIS IS NOT BEST CLEANERS!!

I go to this Cleaners on a regular basis. They are always so wonderful and sweet to me. I often bring over very challenging items to have altered and they always do such an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great service and reasonably priced. She did a great job with the alterations on my suit coat. I have not yet used their dry cleaning but what I will say, with the way some customers can be (per the unreasonable negative reviews) I understand why people need to pay up front. The work speaks for itself. Its good quality and ive been to quite a few alterations and dry cleaner shops being in the military and having to get uniforms altered and dry cleaned consistently.

Upon moving to Dallas in the spring I found the closest cleaners to my home ,BEST is literally a few blocks from my home.
I took my comforter in to have it cleaned , when the woman told me $50.00 I was shocked , so I told her it was to expensive , not the price I am used to paying .
After a year here I went again this time willing to pay the price as distance was convenient , I this time took in my daughters wool cape in figuring I could get both done again for convenience.

Horrible experience! I took in a quilt and comforter that are irreplaceable! I paid $100 for the quilt at a major craft a store, over fifteen years ago and it’s very special to me. I had already washed it and put fabric softener in it, so it smelled fresh and clean. I repeatedly told her NOT to wash it!  All I wanted were a few holes mended and where some of the patchwork seams were coming apart, to be sewn back together. Everything was noted on the ticket. (‘No dry clean. Mend holes only. Paid.) When I arrived to pick it up, it was in a plastic bag, so I could tell that it had been dry cleaned. When I pulled the plastic off, it no longer smelled of Downy but smelled like chemicals. I was furious! I tried to discuss it with her and all of a sudden she acted like she no longer spoke English. Which is funny, because my husband had been using her for over ten years and there was never any language barrier with him. Secondary to that, the chemicals bleached the color out of the back of the blanket and NONE of the repair work had been done. Holes were still there. She refused to fix them unless I paid her again! (I had pre paid my ticket and had it in hand.) I’ll be honest….it ended in a screaming match and a tug of war back and forth, across the counter like two kindergartners! Next is my beautiful ($350) and also irreplaceable comforter that was literally ‘melted’ within some of the seams. And still has stains on it!!
I told her I was not paying for it again either. The ticket clearly showed it was paid and she tried to say that wasn’t her handwriting. My son is up there right now, trying to pick up a suit he needs for court tomorrow and she can’t seem to locate it. Unfortunately, he had taken it in, before knowing what happened to me. It’s a custom suit that we paid $250 for. She never offered a resolution, she never offered my money back….nothing. At this point, I am having to dispute everything with my credit card company. I will NEVER step foot back in this place again.

Second time I’ve paid to have pants altered and they can’t seem to do it.
Brought in three pair to be altered from 33 1/2” length to 31” length only one pair got altered but charged for all three.

I was pleased with my clothes cleaning. I was not told before hand that it would be $20+ more than the time before with the same exact items 4 pants and 7 shirts. She said it was because of the size she charges $3 more per shirt.

Terrible experience here brought 4 shirts and a pants here. Picked up the clothes and all the shirts shrinked. Haven’t tried the pants on yet. I came in with one of the shirts on so she can see and all she could say is they never shrink, she asked me to bring in the other shirts and I tried on that she picked out so she could she and it was just like the others. I took a comforter in for its first cleaning had ticket for pickup and pickup was delayed however not an issue I then returned was able to grab bag with comforter nicely folded and returned home well here we are time to change bedding again and to open bag and reveal that the comforter picked up has several holes and burn marks on it even the tag is burnt to the point that it is hard like plastic I reached out to contact the cleaners and explain what I just noticed for her to answer and tell me she don’t know sorry and hang up on me I honestly believe mistakes can happen and it can be fixed but to rudely hang up in someone face is just utterly total disrespect

Great prices and relatively quick service and never had a problem before today. Dropped a brand new shirt to be laundered and pressed and came back with a stain that wasn’t present prior to dropping it off. They attempted to remove the stain (they created) and could not do so. After asking for a credit for future dry cleaning, they proceeded to then say the stain was already present. When asking to speak to the manager, he promptly played dumb and sent his wife back out to basically say just deal with it. I will just take my business elsewhere seeing this establishment has zero “Accountability”

BEWARE! I am new to the area and went there to get a pair of pants sewn. I had been told that they over charge men compared to women going in for the same thing. Which is normally reverse. I needed a seam about 1in sewed, it was twice the price of where I normally go. I dropped it off Thursday and was supposed to be ready Friday the next day. I couldn't make, so I went in on Monday as they are closed Sunday. They could not find my pants and both the man and woman keep asking if I picked it up Friday. I asked them if it showed in their computer that it had been picked up and paid for? They told me no!  Finally the lady went into the changing room and pulled out my pants wadded up, and they had not been mended yet. She was handing them to me asking if I still needed them fixed. She sewed them real quick and then still wanted full price. Any where else would have cut it in half or given it for free. She took $1 dollar off .
Point of this is review is they will lose your stuff and over charge you especially if you are a Male. I would not recommend that anyone cross the threshold of their door.

I needed a comforter cleaned and repaired. The repair was fine, however, the same stains were on it and it smelled worse than when I dropped it off. They stated it was cleaned but I have no idea how it was.

This place has the best consumer service and the quality of work is consistent. I pass 2-3 other cleaners just to get here. I am very well pleased at all services at this location.

They constantly leave stains on my husband’s white shirts when there wasn’t a stain when we take in. Constantly having to take clothes back for them to redo. Today I had to find my own clothes because they didn’t know where they were.

Decent prices, can use their coupons (if u can find any). Alterations were spot on. Haven't really had any issues thus far.

Been using them for the last 2 years and mostly ok. Had one experience where my husband's shirt was ripped but I couldn't prove that the dry cleaners was responsible. Also, one Saturday afternoon I hadn't bought my clothes for a while and had about 30 items but the sales person seemed annoyed. Not warm and welcoming at all.  Looking for a new dry cleaner close to our house.

They have a Temporary Hours posted but the old hours are still up. The lady working turned off the light earlier than 4:00 the new Temporary Hours. Then she said I already closed the computers.
Once I get my clothes I will NOT be returning there.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!

I have taken clothing to Cents-ible Cleaners for about 4 years. It seems that over the last couple of years the cleaning has gotten worse. Our clothing has come back with spots like it was splashed with something and whatever it is won't come out. I took my husband's wool coat there in March with lint on it and I asked that they get the lint off of it. I literally tried picking it up at least 4 times until July when they finally told me that they had to change the filter on the machine to try to get it all off. But this is the very last time I'll be taking anything there. I just noticed one of the shirts I recently picked up. My husband wore this shirt one time to dinner. I took the shirt, along with 5 other shirts and 5 dress shorts to be cleaned. All of the shirts except one came back fine. This shirt had spots that they tagged as "special attention", meaning they were unable to get them out. Instead of bringing it to my attention when I picked it up, they just took my money and sent me on my way. How "Cents-ible" is that? There was another white shirt that wasn't damaged, so what happened? These spots or stains aren't in an area where he may have gotten food on it and I know they would've been noticeable when he put the shirt on, so I know they weren't on the shirt prior to him wearing it. I spent $51+ only to have one of my items stained and not able to be cleaned or worn again. Thank you so much for ruining the shirt, you all did an AMAZING job!

Terrible service. Time after time I continue to bring my Dress shirts, Make a point on asking for starch. Time and time again without any  starch.  Some items  doesn’t even appear to be cleaned. Shirts Returned burnt  on their press, Excuse is that they must be old. Not only will they not credit you, For destroying your clothes and for not  having you made an effort., there are hidden extra Environmental charges. Overall, terrible place to bring your fine clothes . They do not stand behind their work, nor would you be credited for anything damaged?. Beware

I own a professional catering business. I dropped off seven monogrammed aprons and a party dress that I had wore to my daughter’s wedding. They charge me  upfront went back in a week to pick them up.. They could not find them said that someone else had picked them up. I assured them that they hadn’t that I had a copy of my receipt and what I had dropped off. I was all but called a liar. I told Chris, the owner that I had $350 in the aprons $250 in the dress would he make it good? And he accuse me of extorting money from him! Two years later this week, One of their employees Found my dress and aprons, I confronted him about them, And he assured me it wasn’t at his fault, He can’t help what his employee does!!!! I asked him at least give me the money back on the laundry, which was $84 And they still had the ticket on them where I Paid that amount, He told me eight dollars was fare! Beware, When you leave your items here, it’s a gamble when you’ll get them back!!!

Just. Don't. Do. It!  They have RUINED Two pairs of pants and one shirt within the last year. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I am leaving this because of my husband He put in a brand new suit that was just supposed to be pressed. Apparently it was too high and inside the pocket it’s stain the outside of the pocket and then they say they can clean the soup jacket, of course and it seems to me. The jacket looks faded. They do not want to pay for a new suit which my husband went to purchase a new suit which he already had a new suit. I feel that they need to reimburse him back. His money was Farris fair times a hard right now. For everyone. Business sneaks in extra charges and fees hoping you don't notice, then sends you on your way. When you finally realize, he tells you to not come back to store. Story below:

Dropped a few shirts off for $18. After arriving home from picking them up, I noticed I was charged $42. I went back and spoke with the owner thinking this was some sort of accident or mistake. He told me the extra charge was for my shirts being "too slim". I'm a size Large, and by no means a skinny guy, so not still not exactly sure what he was talking about.

Long story short, I kindly offered to pay the original price and be refunded for the extra charges. He told me to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, and to never come back to his store. I'm still blown away a business could be ran like this.

If I could give this a zero star I would do so.  DO NOT do business with Best Cleaners. I will do whatever I can to shut them down. One of my daughters took a dress in there 1.5 weeks ago. They took it in too much in the waist and removed the hook and eye out and didn't replace. When she went back to get it, they promised to fix it and told her to pick up on Monday. She went back in on the day they asked to come in, and they had not worked on it and told her she didn't give them enough time. She told them she would just pay for it and take it (which I thought was generous given they didn't do it correctly in the first place.) They said it would be $80 and then charged her $195. When she told them that is not what they just said, the owner took her dress and said, "This is my dress mine now. You'll need to find another one by Friday." She finally got the dress and left, but PLEASE do not support this business. We are left with a dress that is too tight now and no time to fix it. We gave them the ability to charge the amount they first said, but would not. We disputed the charges and will NOT be paying a dime, but I don't want you our your family to go through what she went through.

I was charged $72 to hem 2 golf skirts.  Not difficult material. Also called and told them right after I dropped them off and they couldn’t quote me a price, that if they were over $20 each to not do them. They never called me back.  Hope their dry cleaning is more reasonably priced.

My experience with Best Cleaners was horrible!!  My wife dropped off and article of clothing to be altered and was given a quoted price for the work.  A couple of days later when she picked up her clothing, the price had increased 8 times the original quote!  When she asked why the dramatic price change the owner of the business came to the front and began to scream at her very loudly.  My wife was frightened be the owners actions and violent language towards her.  She asked for her clothes back and that the owner honors the quoted price.  The owner (Mr. Kim) again shouted at her and said that the only way to get her clothing was to pay the fee.  This was clearly extortion!!! We have never had a business treat us this way and my wife was very scared of Mr. Kim the owner.
Please take caution with this business and the owner (Mr. Kim) they are deceitful and unscrupulous.  I will never return to Best Cleaners and will advise all of my friends and family to stay far away from the business and the owner.  With the way he reacted with a simple business matter, he is clearly unhinged and could strike out at the next customer that has a disagreement with his business.

Dropped off my née police uniforms off to be pressed only. 5 pants and 8 shirts. 98$ at pick up.  Wow !  Thought it was a mistake and returned the following day to ask about price. I should of ask when I dropped them off but I did not. She said that the price is correct and yes they are higher than most places.  My Sargent told me to use his guy from now on. They charge about 35$ to press. I will not use them again.

This is such a great cleaners. The owner is kind. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed perfectly.  He probably doesn’t remember giving me a box for my wire hangers that I like to return, to the cleaners, but it has travelled with me to a few states and I still have and use it. I’ve returned after years away and it’s the only cleaner’s that I will use.

I left an expensive Croscill comforter with Ritz Cleaners on Dallas Hwy to be DRY cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, the woman at the desk gave me money for a refund, saying I'd been overcharged. The reason, she said, was that they had laundered my comforter instead of dry cleaning it. I told her I had requested dry cleaning. She said that "they" saw the label, and it said to launder, not dry clean, so they were following label instructions.

EXCEPT, I had removed the labels. There was no label to instruct them. They lied. Had I been feeling better, I'd have made her show me the label, but the truth is, this woman is not the one that made the decision to launder my comforter, so why ruin her day? I'm guessing she has to deal with this a lot.

There is another reviewer stating Ritz Cleaners did the same thing to their comforter (and the reviewer said it was ruined as a result). Luckily, mine was not "ruined," but it doesn't look as nice as it did-- kind of worn and old-looking now with some pilling of the fabric. To be fair, I really don't know if it would have come out looking better with dry cleaning, but when it was cleaned last year, it WAS dry cleaned and looked almost new afterward. As the comforter is only 2 years old and used only half the year, I had reasons to expect a better result.

If you REALLY want your item dry cleaned, I suggest you don't go here. They'll do whatever works best for them, no matter your request or what you pay for.

I’ve been using this dry cleaners for years. I left an order with them and sadly forgot about it. Today I finally remembered to pick it up. It’s February. I dropped it in November. Bless. it.
The super kind man who owns the dry cleaners handed over a $20 bill that was found inside my husband’s pants. I was astonished. I had no idea he left cash in his pants and never would have known had the owner kept it. I will never go anywhere else!

Been twice in the past week, dropped a shirt off late in the afternoon and was told that it would be ready after 3pm the next day. Dropped 7 shirts off on Friday and they had them ready to go by saturday. Great work and pretty remarkable prices on dress shirts. $2 - $3 per shirt, I received a better price when I brought 7 shirts in.

Terrible Customer Service! I have clothes cleaned here fairly often (due to their relatively fast turnaround time).I needed to drop a few pieces off and a staff member (an older woman) that I have never encountered was working. When I pulled up, she didn’t provide a greeting whatsoever. No problem. I gave her my phone number while I reached for my clothes in the front seat. She yelled at me “What’s your name?!!”. I said  “ Excuse me.” She yelled in a very belligerent voice, even louder this time “What’s your name?!!!”. I stated plainly to her “You really shouldn’t speak to customers in that manner”, then proceeded to drive off. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for speaking disrespectfully to customers. There are many dry cleaners in the area and customer service goes a long way.

Brought a Loewe jean shirt in to get altered however wasn't expecting much from the experience. What I was met with blew my mind. Not only was the service amazing, timely and completely pleasant the alterations were done beautiful and the shirt fit me better than expected. 10/10 I will always recommend !

First Monday 6/3 I drop my WEDDING dress off just for a steam press. The lady at the store said she could do it. I come to pick it up on wed 6/5 and then she tells me she’s waiting on the guy I thought was weird when I dropped it off at her store. So I waited he comes drops off my dress to her in a plastic bag. I get it home take the bag off to realize my dress in not steamed it is in fact still wrinkled. I express that I’m not satisfied, over the phone she tells me “what do I want to do I called her to complain know what do I want her to do”! So I tell her I want a full refund and she tells me the guy needs to see it to give her money back for his work. I take my dress back just so he can see what I saw and anyone with eyes that my dress was not steamed. I go to pick it up and she tells me she’s not giving me a Full refund because the guy did what he was supposed to. Below will be pictures of what he did. The guy who does their steaming told me to hush as he was telling me what he did. Both were completely unprofessional and I expressed to her that she shouldn’t have given my dress to anyone else when the outside of her store says wedding dresses! She also didn’t let me know she lets others do her steaming jobs, had I known they would not have gotten my business. The husband finally stepped in and told her to give me a full refund. I’ll never go here again and I hope no one needs their wedding dress done , because they don’t do that there no matter what the outside window says!! I should’ve known when she kept telling my dress is too long , because if she couldn’t handle my dress the outside should say just short dresses!! Need I mention again this is my wedding dress and my wedding is in 8 days!!! Pictures below of the work I paid for!!

Service is great very kind and nice. I had a cushion that was very dirty and when I went to a cushion specialist he said it was 100$ but here they said they would do it for much cheaper so I went and do it here. The lady in there made sure my designer cushion was kept clean.

They refuse to provide itemized receipts, making it impossible for customers to understand what they’re actually being charged for. They repeatedly insist on billing for “dry cleaning” even on shirts that clearly do not require it. Add random "upcharges" for polyester, shirt size, etc. and you will pay over $8 for a shirt to be washed and pressed! Although the quality of their work is good, customers ultimately end up overpaying — in other words, customers are  truly being taken to the cleaners.

Awesome prices and phenomenal cleaning. They've cleaned button up shirts for my husband's work and also a large winter wool jacket. Both were dry cleaned very well and customer service is 5/5.
