Horrible Experience - Charged $17 for a regular shirt because it was Louis V.  And said since it was designer - but didn’t charge extra for peter millar or evisu etc. would not go back at all you should be charge based off material not name brand.

I love Courtesy Cleaners. There are closer cleaners to where I live but I drive 20 minutes. Yeah they are that good!

The staff are always kind and professional. Great communication. And I have never had any problems.

Recently, I brought in a ridiculously large, handwoven blanket and they TOOK SPECTACULAR CARE OF IT!!

Totally not competitive, in regards to the
pricing, compared to neighboring dry cleaners . This dry cleaners should consider displaying the prices (i.e. $8.00 dry clean per shirt and $15.00 dry clean per dress). This establishment really should inform customers of the inflated prices at this establishment, beforehand.

After trying several dry cleaners closer to our house, I ventured a little further out to Courtesy Cleaners based on their reviews online. Other cleaners have damaged our clothes and reimbursed us over $600 so I’m optimistic about Courtesy and so far they have done a good job.  Good customer service as well.

1st time I’ve used this dry cleaner and they were amazing! Also very kind and the job was well done. They came highly recommended from others who work for the same big company (located near that location). I was very happy that they now can do it within 24 hours. Dropped it off around 4pm and picked it up at 5pm the next day. Also you get a 6% discount if you pay cash.
