I went into Pike to wash my comforters like I do every month.  I usually use the big washer so I can put 2 comforters at one time.  It was out of order when I walked in and I had an employee (little heavyset woman) who worked on the 14th July at 3:45 pm tell me a particular washer will work for my comforter.  I proceed to put my comforter in the washer and when it was done the comforter had some white film all over it.  I was then told by the skinny employee that it wasn’t their fault.  I asked can you put some coins in to re-rinse the comforter to see if it gets the white film off it and she states she has to call and talk to her manager.  So the heavyset and skinny women goes all the way to the back to call her manager when I know there is a phone to call at the desk from a previous issue I’ve had with them.  Then they both come back saying the manager didn’t answer and she’ll let me know when she calls back. Smh!!!  Last straw and I’m done!!!!

Coat dropped off 11/29. Told it would be ready Tuesday 12/2. Went at 5pm on 2nd. Not ready. I told them I will be back Friday. Not ready. Came Sunday 12/7 after 3pm. Not ready. I asked for coat back. Still in same condition. After being told a special spot service was needed. Which I was not aware of it needing. Also. In 12/2 young lady told me they had cleaned it but still spots. This boat has not been touched! I wanted to patronize a local business, but not one who is not transparent on what  items need and a realistic timeframe of when my item will be ready. Unfortunately, I will not be back. At this age, you get one time.

I called to get the cost to wash 2 area rugs. Both washable rugs that just needed a larger machine than my washer at home. I was quoted $30 each (total of $60 for both) on the phone and gave them the sizes. When I went to pick up, the rugs were not folded and handed to me bunched up AND was charged $225 for both! Both rugs did not need extra care or anything besides being washed and dried. The girl at the register could not give me the reasoning of the cost difference.

I am local and read on these same reviews that they do alterations. I took some dresses, only to be told flatly that they DO NOT DO ALTERATIONS. Not even a hem, all I needed was zippers switched. It is odd to me how some people get some services and others do not. I politely took my items to powder springs to a seamstress.

They were friendly and quick to respond to me. My coat looked great.

Had not issues, I don’t care about bringing smiled at, I care about the service good service period-and my garments were cleaned as expected and were ready when they said it would be.

For three years I have consistently received friendly, quality service. Owners are kind and reasonably flexible with pick-up dates— never rude. I like the matter-of-fact directness I get with any questions; owners are experts at what they do.

I take all of my dry cleaning/laundered shirts here. They’re always very friendly and honest.  If you have a question about a garment being dry cleaned, laundered, or altered, just ask. They’ll be honest.  I’ve not had something done and they’ve been just as friendly. They’ve also hemmed a pair of jeans for me. Turned out perfect.  Also, replaced a zipper in a dress for me that had a lining.  I almost threw the dress away and my mother said, “ No. Let me take it up there and see if they can replace it.”  They did and they did a BEAUTIFUL job.  That was a couple of years ago and the zipper is STILL holding up in that dress! I will continue to be a loyal customer to them!

Super rude. Told me that my patches that he sewed on my uniform “weren’t going to be perfect”. Way over priced for an “imperfect job”. I do not recommend these people to anyone. If I ever get my uniform back that I’ve had to carry back three different times back because they were completely unacceptable, I will not be back.

Fast service getting a suit done for my boyfriend. Used them up until I moved away. Loved this place.

I dropped off my comforter for cleaning on a Friday, the woman working behind the counter advised it would be ready for pickup the following Wednesday by 5:00pm. When I went to pickup my comforter on Wednesday it was not at the location, the owner asked me to return the next day. I went back to the business Thursday afternoon to pickup my comforter. When I removed my comforter from the bag it was placed in I noticed several snags and rips all throughout my comforter, which were not visible due to the way the comforter was placed in the bad. I took the comforter back to the place of business only to be told by the owner the damage didn’t occur from his machine. I explained that I’ve only had the comforter for 6 months, those snags were not there when I dropped the item off, to which the owner insisted in his 15 years of business he had never seen snags like that before from his machine. He refused to take accountability for the damage, and only offered to reimburse the $40 fee that was charged for the dry cleaning service.

I’ve attached images so everyone can see the damage that was done to my comforter. Save yourself the money and hassle and go to a trustworthy business, not a place like that that ruins your items, tries to hide the damage then lies about it.

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I came here to get my daughter uniform dry cleaned and alterations.  I explained to the clerk, I needed the uniform by Tuesday.  She ensured me that it would be ready.  When I went to pick up the uniform, it was not ready.  The clerks attitude was very unapologetic.  I explained to her I need the uniform and showed her my ticket that clearly stated Tuesday.  She then told me to come back around closing and it would be ready.  Which it was, but if I wouldn’t have came up there, my daughters uniform would not have been ready.  They should not make promises that you have no intentions of keeping just to get business.  I will never use this place again.

I recently moved to Douglasville and was in search of a nearby cleaners. This one was not far from my house and figured I’d give it a try. Initial contact with the gentleman up front was very cordial. I explained to him what I needed done and he promised it would be ready by 2pm Monday. I explained to him that I was leaving him with ALL of my work uniforms and if he could not promise me that they would be back by then I would go to a next day cleaners and pay more. He promised they would. When I returned on Monday shortly after 2pm one of my uniforms was missing. I explained to him that I was short a uniform. He then went to the back and found a piece and tried to hurry up and press it. I explained that I was missing the shirt. He then counted the pieces saying it’s all there. I explained to him that the shirt that was missing was a special shirt (funerals) and that it was left with him. He proceeded to argue with me and stated that I just didn’t want to pay (while he was shaking my credit card in his hand) I asked him why wouldn’t I want to pay if he had already charged my card. The older lady then came from the back and told me “it was just a stupid shirt”.  I then told him that he should not run his business in that way. Losing customers items and then arguing with them. I’m sure he will find that shirt and will not even call me. I will admit that I did use explicit language when he accused me of not wanting to pay. Now I’m short a funeral detail shirt and hopefully I can get one in time by this weekend.

Bottom line: make him go through every piece while you are at the counter when you turn your stuff over to him. He sucks at counting and living up to his business promises to his customers. As for me I will never ever go there again or recommend his cleaners to anyone I know. All he had to do was look for my shirt.

I will NEVER recommend using this business for alterations! I came from out of town for Thanksgiving and dropped of a dress that I was so excited to wear for our family holiday. When we picked the dress up it was so short that it will now be a top....I was devastated. When the owner returned a couple of days later I went up there due to not receiving a call after I left a note about the destruction of my dress. He wanted to keep the dress and all I wanted was my $25 back for the alteration that was too short and not even straight so I could take it somewhere else to maybe add a ruffle to the bottom. Needless to say, after asking for my dress 3 times with no avail, I got very ugly and took my dress! He said he would pay, but I want my dress to still be a dress! Poor customer service and very shotty work. My mother and brother use them all the time....or at least did before today!

I have had a couple of minor issues with this company.  Mostly having to do with a woman who is very rude.  I had a tradeshow to attend in Chicago from 11/28 - 12/1.  I dropped by clothes off on November 18 to have them dry cleaned.  I also asked for an alteration to some pants.  I show up on Saturday (right before my flight) November 27.  I need all my suite for the tradeshow.  I get to the site and they tell me that they haven't finished my alteration.  They had the pants for 10 days.  No call, no nothing.  I had to frantically find a suite on the Saturday after Black Friday.  My wife got a big frustrated with the lady who runs the place and she never apologized and instead yelled at my wife.  I think I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I've been in this area since 2018, and never knew this jewel was here! This is the CLEANEST Laundromat I've been to in ATL or it's surrounding areas. Johnathan is an amazing attendant. He takes perfect care of everything, and is meticulous with the cleaning. It smells amazing, and I'm never going anywhere else to do laundry. This is THE place hands down!!!

While the laundromat is a very reliable place of service the employees are the exact opposite. My clothes were in the dryer when they decided to close earlier than the time provided even though there was no holiday to affect the operation times. I’ve called almost everyday and left voicemails which tell me that someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours which is false. They don’t check their phone at all and if they cause any kind of inconvenience to you they don’t care to look your way. Hopefully they’ll find more responsible staff to operate their business if not someone is bound to be done wrong as I was. I’m disappointed and hope that they’ll take their business more seriously and treat their customers with at least some form of humility. I’m sorry but that’s incorrect I can show you my call log. I called your establishment at 9 because I was parked on the side of the building. I put my clothes in the dryer at 9:30. I’m not trying to go back and forth over reviews so if you could find a time to call me back from my voicemail that I left I’d like to talk about this because the information you’re telling me is incorrect. The dryer was not done because I could see it running as the dryer door was shaking and moving.

Got here around 8:30am on a Thursday morning. Just me and one other gentleman doing laundry. This laundromat is small, but very clean. Smells nice in here, chairs aren’t sticky or gross, floor is clean and dry. Machines look new.

Coin machine worked great, gave me about $40 in quarters over the course of my stay. I used three of the mega washers for $7.75 per go. Got about 3 loads shoved into each. Used two of the medium $5.75 washers, which held about 2 loads each.

Very happy with these machines. Went out for lunch, came back around 11:30am and there’s maybe 4 other people washing now. Still a pleasant experience, though I didn’t have access to a large machine.

I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve moved to the Douglasville area a year ago and this laundromat is just a few miles away so I come here often. The only problem I have is I have lost money because a machine wasn’t working properly. The worker stated he had no cash on the premises to give him my name and number and someone would contact me regarding a refund with 24-48 hours. I never received a call. I  left numerous voicemails and their message says they will contact me in 24-48 hours.  No one calls! The second time I need a refund  it was the same response no money on site leave name and number again no one calls me!! I want my money back please!!!

My washer needs repair and I had to visit the nearest laundry mat and Im very happy it was this one!! Johnathan is the best employee!! He takes care of this location as if he's the owner.  If I ever get a laundry business, I will take Johnathan as my employee and pay him DOUBLE!! So to the owners, give this man a raise ASPA! I trusted him with my wedding dress that was made of beaded silk with lots of hand stitching. He hand washed my top with great care and WOW! The top and skirt are now so bright, clean and de-wrinkled! I was even surprised to get it early. The pricing is great and fair; the cash discount is a plus! I recommend and will return!

I recently took my son’s pants to be hemmed here and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Jaclyn did a phenomenal job—her attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. The hem was clean, precise, and professionally done, and the pants fit my son perfectly. She was also kind, professional, and clearly takes great pride in her craft. dropped off a white suit jacket with 2 year old red stains all over the lapel. Lee Cleaners were able to get 99% of the stain off in 2 days!! You would havre to know something was there to be able to see the stain. for $15!! will be coming back here for every dry cleaning need!!

Dropped off a suit and my daughters JROTC uniform and needed it fast.  They were able to get both cleaned by the time I needed them.  The owner and I chatted for a while about life.  Very friendly.  They also have a seamstress.  I have some clothing I am planning on having altered and look forward to having some of my items altered.

This is the only cleaners we use. They are super friendly, affordable, do a great job and have an awesome turn around time. We are moving this week and this will still be the cleaners we use.

Went because of the good reviews but my experience was totally opposite. Went to have my shirts starched when I got them back they were so wrinkled I took them back inside, they promised to redo them and when I came back they were just as bad. I haven't been back.

We went to this dry cleaner for the first time and for some reason it was the worst experience I have ever had. They have shrank $300 in shirts and  did not care one bit. I will never advise anyone to use them at all. I don't usually post bad reviews but this one had to posted. I couldn't bite my tongue on this one. Of I could rank 0 star than I would.

Added a clasp to my skirt so I could wear it. Dropped off Saturday 10am and picked up at 2pm! Thank you

I left my daughters dress for 3 months to there place on chapel hill rd everytime they would tell me 1 week when I would go back dress was not ready . I finally told the owner I wanted my dress back and he told me to come back in 1 hr since the dress was not there I went for it and found this place very nice women I asked her if it was the same owner since she told me that they had another place she said NO I trusted her to my surprise I came for the dress and behold same man from the other place. Lousy Job he took my card handed me my dress and it was nicely wrapped when I opened to check it this is what I found he stated it would not come off he was quick to charge my card

I don't know who's keeping this place in business but I was better off washing and ironing my own clothes. Decided to try a different cleaner closest to my job bad idea. Clearly my clothes wasn't washed at all.when I complained the lady in front just said nothing but I have to wait until the manager comes in wich would be 5 hours later.  The way the spots were on my clothes she couldn't even argue with me she eventually told me to take my things and go. Although I wasn't charged I would have much rather received a decent dry clean. Never have I ever received a black shirt with the amount of lint on it also my never worn white pants had stains on them clearly they weren't washed. If you call this Dry clean I can open up one with no knowledge of dry cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!! If I could give zero stars I would!  They damaged my shirt that I wore only once and would not give me a refund or repair my shirt.  The woman stated because she didn’t see anything on the floor or in a special bag she will not assume responsibility.  This shirt was dry cleaned two weeks ago.  Are you telling me you did not use that special bag for two weeks?  That you have not cleaned your establishment in two weeks?  DISGUSTING!  They should be shutdown!

Worst customer experience!!!!!!!! My son took his whit prom suit here that got stains during shipping and they didn’t get the stains out, wasn’t even going to say anything about it, and when I pulled the suit out and discovered the stains were still there in the store they said oh yeah we weren’t able to get the stains out and they didn’t offer any discount or compensation. Then the suit was damp like they put it in the washing machine. Never again!!!!!

DO NOT use this cleaner.  In the past I had a pair of very expensive pants ruined when they placed extra creases down both legs.  But this week we took a $200 comforter and they completely ruined it.  The directions said to wash in cold water, gentle cycle. When we picked it up my wife  was devastated. The filling had lumped together in big ridges and the white background was no longer white. The fabric was creased beyond recognition and it smelt awful. I asked for compensation or even my fee for the washing to be refunded, but the owner was adamant. NO!!! Comforter set is now on it's way to Goodwill but we are now $225 out of pocket with the fee they charged.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my repeated experiences dealing with the manager at this cleaners. I have been a loyal customer for over two years, primarily because the location is convenient to my home and I can easily stop by after work. Unfortunately, I now plan to go out of my way—an extra 10 minutes—just to avoid this business.
The posted hours of operation clearly state 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, on multiple occasions, I have arrived between 6:00 and 6:30 PM to find the doors locked and the lights off. Specifically, I’ve stopped by around 6:15 and 6:30 on at least three separate occasions, only to find the store closed. I’ve tried calling repeatedly, left voicemails, and have never received a response.
On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, I stopped by at 6:20 PM and again at 6:40 PM—both times, the business was closed. Strangely, when I returned at 7:00 PM, the lights were on and the store was open. I went in and spoke with the manager to express my concern about the repeated early closures. I explained that it’s extremely inconvenient, especially when customers need their clothing for the next day, and I politely suggested updating the hours on the door if they’re unable to stay open until 7:00 PM consistently.
The manager’s response was dismissive. He told me he has other businesses to manage and that he’s sometimes late, and there’s nothing he can do about it. I acknowledged that delays happen—this is Atlanta traffic, after all—but I made it clear this isn’t a one-time issue. The store is consistently closed before the stated closing time. I reminded him that I’ve been a long-time customer and asked only that they honor their posted hours.
Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager was rude and showed no concern whatsoever for my time or loyalty as a customer. I was genuinely shocked by his attitude and lack of accountability. It’s disheartening to know I’ve been supporting a business that clearly does not value its customers.
I will no longer be returning, and I intend to file a formal complaint with the Georgia Department of Law’s Consumer Protection Division. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate that the success of this cleaners is built on the support of customers the manager so clearly disregards.

I have been taking my clothing’s here for a few years now for cleaning or altering...missing buttons etc. Due to COVID I didn’t really have a need to frequent much anymore due to not going anywhere. When hubby asked me to drop off some clothing recently, it was then I realized how much I miss the guy that works there. His service is the absolute best. I care that my clothes turn out well but honestly I frequent this location for the service. The guy that is always there is so warm and kind to people. He’s truly a breath of fresh air since great customer service is so hard to find nowadays. I appreciate this business and I certainly appreciate the service. Now that I’m back to work I’ll be able to support the business more often and I’m glad too.

Showed up to bring my cleaners as a first time customer and they have hours posted that they are open at M-Sat 8am it is 9:45am and they are closed. No signage or anything to explain why they are closed. Bad business.
