I usually use the wash and full service now. The individual on the weekend Janie, she is wonderful. Give her five stars across the board. However, the people that are there during the week I believe her name is Vanessa. She's extremely rude and extremely condescending and always has an attitude. Whenever I come in today I went to go pick it up. I forgot my ticket but and she said it wasn't written down on on that on the ticket space and I was like okay. Was like I believe it was $60 and she was like okay. Well then we have to reweigh and I was like okay fine. I stepped away for her to reweigh it and I informed  her that everything was weighed at once. If you separate it might change it a bit. She began raise her voice at me saying it don't matter. She separated it out and it weighed in at 40lbs and 14lbs and she saw and shorted me $6. She got an attitude with me when I called her out for only handed me $40 change. I was like I would like to have my $6 please.  She refused and said you said it was 60lbs! That's not how this works, Vanessa insisted to weighing it again and saw it weighing 54lba. I repeated I would like to have me $6 back please. She got an attitude and then started yelling at me. She pushed me when I started to take a picture of the scale weight.  You owe me $6.

Now I come in usually on the weekends with Jeanie and it is Always a pleasant experience. I usually tip on top of my price since they are doing a service.

However with Vanessa, I am not tipping anyone who is rude, harassing, and assaulting me! I simply wanted my change which she was refusing to give me. Even called over another costumer and lied on how to read the scale. I took a picture of the scale. Now $6 isn't anything to be upset about truly and I wasn't going to worry about until she got an attitude with me and confirmed that the items was 54lbs, not the 60lbs I thought it was. The rates are $1 per pound.  Mathematically $100 - $54  = $46.

My gas dryer went out in the middle of drying. I got to the laundromat at 8:15p. I had 2 loads to dry and 3 to wash. The attendant looked at me as if I were inconveniencing her. After bringing only one load in, she locked the door. I asked if they were closing because I had more clothes in my car that I needed to get out. She said, "uh, yes, we're closed now". I asked her what time did they close because the website said 10p. She said, "that's wrong, I'm closed now and didn't even want you in here, but you're in here now, so.." I was only able to dry the 2 wet loads. This is very frustrating, because she never gave me a closing time and even the sign posted near the door clearly says LAST WASH AT 8:30P. Very rude.

This review is for belleville East laundry! Next to Little Caesars! You can look at the stuff on the wall in my pic to confirm it’s this location. Barely enough big/bigger washers : and the dryers don’t get hot at all for them to charge you for them. My clothes didn’t dry ! But it was quiet in there and not too crowded when I went . And the owner’s response was rude and funny lol. It’s your laundry I’m referring to with the candy machine that’s empty.

Went here all the time 25 years ago when I lived on Brookshire Court behind it. It was good back then, but lately the workers employed have attitudes, and are not very courteous especially when you need help. I stopped going here and started going over to Jessica's farther down 161. I hope you find better employees who actually help people, not criticize them for doing 10+ loads of laundry, not all of us are rich enough to own a washer and dryer, or even have washer/dryer hookups!

I’m not going to lie, my coat was ruined. The reason for the 4 star is because the owner took the best care of me. It appeared that the tag on my coat had warn out and when being dry cleaned, the machine was put on the incorrect setting for this type of coat. My coat shrunk and was entirely ruined without a doubt. Luckily there was one coat online for sale. The owner agreed to refund me the dry-cleaning charge and even had the replacement coat sent out to me. They apologized profusely for the mistake, took ownership and just like that, I had a new coat sent to me. The fact that the owner took the time to call me back and address matters within a timely manner meant so much to me. It showed he really cared. This coat meant a lot to me and was a limited edition. He knew the right thing to do and did just that. I will be back to do business with him because I know I’ll be taken well care of. I can spot a great business owner and it was a pleasure to meet and do business even though the outcome was quite unexpected.
