I was very happy with my experience at CD One Price cleaners. It was very quick. I left it one day and I needed it quickly andI received it the following day. The cleaning was done very well. There were no more stains on the inside of the dress so I was very happy with my experience.
The customer service is also very good.

I've been going to CD for a while.  However, I recently took 2 shirts and 2 pairs of dress slacks there. The shirts and one pair of slacks were fine. However, my Zanella slacks were destroyed with their chemical process. My pants seemed like they had been burned and had shrunken. The pants could not be closed and were several inches shorter. I'm finding another cleaners that I can trust all and especially my more expensive items with. Really disappointing, can't repair whatever their chemical process did to my slacks.

Please don’t use this location. I brought in 3 pair of jeans. Two pair were returned to me wet with stains. The jeans were starched. Why would you starch and press jeans without them being fully dry????Finally the zipper on the third pair of jeans was pressed while in the downward position.  Now  I’m no longer able to zip them up. Terrible service.

The cleaners in Country Club Hills is way more PROFESSIONAL than the one in Chicago Heights. I went to the one In Chicago Heughts this am to pick up my order of 90.00 plus. When I dropped it off I requested that the price tags still remain on two items as all it needed was pressing. As I picked up my order today,  I noticed the price tags were missing and there was a spot on the leg of my pants. I pointed it out to Julie the customer service person and she took them to the back and came back with the spot removed. However she was still dragging my pants. As I told her that she was dragging my pants she got very rude with me and said, "that's what the bag is for". I told her not to be rude with me as she was dragging my clothes on the floor. I asked to speak to a manager, she stated he was not there and she didn't know when he would return. I don't know what her issue was today as I have never experienced this kind of negative behavior from her in the past. I was still talking to her and she turned around and literally walked off while I was still speaking. I told her that was not professional of her and I left. I brought an outfit to the one in Country Club Hills and Mr. Ray (manager) took care of me. He pressed my clothes and repeatedly apologized for Julie's behavior and unprofessional demeanor. I will not go back to them because I spend too much money on my clothes for them to be ruined when I received them from the cleaners.  The pants outfit had a snag in them upon me picking them up. Again the tag was still on the pants and the dress. Neither piece of clothing had ever been worn. Thank God for Mr. Ray... His store will receive ALLof my business from this day forward. I just want to say that this cleaners has always done good work. However they went above and beyond to help my wedding day be successful! The alterations were done so fast and so beautifully! Also reasonable in pricing! They even stayed open later to accommodate me getting off work so that I could have my dress on time. I highly recommend their services!

My first visit/order went fine, but my second trip was a disaster. After marking my two pairs of pants for a few minutes, the tailor stated that my order would take over a week. When I asked for at least one pair back sooner, she refused. I canceled my order. The tailor then yelled at me, followed me to my car, and kicked my door. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this tailor at all costs.

Top Dry Cleaning hasn't failed me yet. The new owners are hands-on, and they give the best service to any and everyone who walks into the facility every time I am there. Keep up the good work.

I LOVE Classic Cleaners. The woman who runs/owns the establishment is super friendly and always helpful and accommodating. She does a great job as a seamstress and that complements and compliments the excellence of the business' main role as a cleaner.  I use this cleaners for all related needs.

The lady in this establishment was VERY rude and ignorant. I took my dress in to see if it could be repaired and the lady treated me like I did something wrong. First of all,  when I walked on she was on the phone and stayed on the phone for a few more minutes. When she FINALLY finished her call she gave me this stupid look like disturbed her!!!! I'm asking her how much would she charge me to repair my dress. Never looked at the dress, never inspected the dress just sat her behind in her chair giving me dirty looks. I've been calling this cleaners every day for over a week now, and no answer. Just terrible business.

Poor customer service and even worse cleaning service.
They ruined my blazer. They bleached the collar and bled red onto the  white patches on the blazer. I showed the manager and he start a ting like he doesn’t understand English anymore... then he says he’ll see what he can do, but he going to charge me for it. Charge the customer for your mistake?? This is the only cleaners and tailor that I go to. Great customer service,  dress shirts are always crisp and clean and she makes sure that the collars stand up properly.  The price for getting items tailored is very reasonable.

I brought my clothes to this cleaners. They told me I would have to pay extra because it was dog hair on my clothes. The extra was almost like paying double the price. I tried to compromise with her but she refused to work with me. She treated me like she didn't need my business.

My dress was ruined to the point I can’t fit it and Chris will not
Acknowledge her mistake to even refund my money. I went in to get the zipper replaced bc it kept sticking. She suggested a corset stating I needed more room. Bc I am not experienced I went with her suggestion to get my dress back and now it’s too BIG!!!! I went to someone else and was told they can’t fix her terrible work. The dress was brand new cot $100 and now I can’t do anything with it and she won’t even respond. Terrible service will never go back.

BEWARE! I had an awful experience at Best Cleaners and want to warn anyone considering bringing their luxury items here—DON’T. I brought in a large order including three handbags and a pair of suede Birkenstock slides. Among them was my Louis Vuitton purse with vachetta leather. I was initially told that my items would take extra time because they were being “outsourced to a leather professional.”

I patiently waited two weeks to pick up my items, trusting they were in the hands of someone knowledgeable. Big mistake. When I got my items back, I was absolutely horrified. My Louis Vuitton was completely ruined—its vachetta leather was darkened, burnt-looking, and destroyed. My Birkenstocks were also discolored beyond repair.

When I reached out to discuss the damage, I was met with a dismissive, cold, and unapologetic response from the owner. She took zero responsibility and instead blamed the “age” of my items—as if high-quality materials suddenly burn and discolor on their own! What’s even worse is that their response completely contradicts what I was originally told. If my items were truly sent to a professional, why does the owner’s response sound like Best Cleaners handled them directly? Were they lying from the start?

To add to the horrible customer service, the owner never called me back despite my multiple attempts to get answers. I had to continuously reach out to her, only to be met with a rude, unprofessional attitude. And if you think this was a one-time bad experience, look at their other 1-star reviews. This isn’t the first time they’ve ruined someone’s items.

Pay close attention to how the owner responds to bad reviews. They act sweet and professional at first, but the moment there’s an issue, their attitude flips. Instead of taking accountability, they become hostile and defensive.

DO NOT trust Best Cleaners with your high-quality items. They lack the knowledge to properly clean luxury goods and will refuse to take responsibility for any damage they cause. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing.

If you’re looking for clothing alterations IN GENERAL look no further, Chris did an amazing job!

I came in with my navy blue work pants that were 2 inches too small in the waist and I couldn’t wear them comfortably. These pants are one of my favorite pieces in my closet and I was told by multiple people that it is too hard to make pants bigger. I had began to give up hope when I stumbled upon Chris Park’s store… I also came in with my Belgian military surplus pants that have always been my favorite but two inches too big in the waist. Long story short, Chris reassured me that she could make my navy pants bigger and my camo pants smaller, no big deal. I handed the pants over on Friday and got a text on Monday saying they were done (two days earlier than she originally estimated)! They came out amazing and fit me sooooo well now. She also did all of this work with a broken wrist, which is incredible and I am very grateful. I recommend Chris (Best Cleaners) for all clothing alteration needs.

The Alterations were $28 per each pant plus $6.50 for her to put in a new button slot on my navy pants. I think the price is very reasonable considering the quality of work and repair. She accepts Cash app, Zelle, cash money, and card(although there’s a 3% fee). She even lets you pay half or a third at the initial transaction and then the rest once your clothes are ready.

Plus Chris is a very kind and interesting person who is a joy to speak with. We spent probably 30 to 40 minutes talking about our lives and experiences with Jesus Christ. She also collects and sells houseplants too!

Overall, 5/5 stars and I would recommend Chris’ services to anyone !

She ruined my 3 gowns by fading them. She took no accountability and said that I should contact the manufacturers. Definitely disappointing for this to be the cleaners in our neighborhood. The drying cleaning price to dry clean my 3 gowns was $47.00 my full bill was $84.00. Now I’m out of $84 dollars and my 3 gowns are ruined and I can never wear them again. She literally went back and forth with me with no empathy or resolution.

She handed me my items as if nothing was wrong with them. And when I brought them back pointing out that she ruined me gowns, she said it’s nothing she can do, because they don’t guarantee your clothing won’t fade. I’m appalled that she did not bring this to my attention.

I also just read another review where she damaged someone else’s items and took no accountability.

Stay away unless you want your items ruined. You will literally pay her to ruin your garments.

I was pressed for time with getting my son's  prom suit done. I drove 2 hrs to best cleaners because someone had told me they could get the job done. Not only did she do an amazing Job tailoring the suit to fit my son perfectly and pressing it to perfection, she got It done in 4 days! She is awesome and I  will definitely be back.

My fiancee and I came into Normans looking for tuxedo rentals for our wedding. What we thought was going to be smooth and easy, turned into a nightmare. Just about everything that could go wrong did. From them promising to cover sizes and colors for our larger groomsmen, and then the colors varying drastically, to one of the groomsmen not being able to even wear the pants and have a shoe that the sole separated from as he was dancing.

Our ring bearer came in for a final fitting only to find his pants were shorter than they had measured for. They claimed to also cover my rental as the groom but then say we owed money due to a cancelation that they knew of.

They are extremely shady here and the service was terrible.

Do yourselves a favor and stay away if you value your time and money.

Was way over charged for 1 six inch zipper, 6 inches of elastic placed on each hip, twill removed from a dress and dry cleaning. 270$ was the grand total. I use to do business with them but will not return. Sorry Sam you are a decent guy but I feel I got shafted!!!!!!

My daughter bought a second hand dress. I did not trust anyone to clean it until I met Sam at Norman's. Since it was last minute, Sam came in on a Sunday to ensure dress was done on time. He made it look new. No idea how he did that because it needed a lot of work.  He also cleaned the most beautiful veil ever. Here is a picture of my daughter. The wedding turned out perfectly partly due to Sam.  My husband and sons tuxes fit perfectly, too.

Sam is hands-down the best cleaner I've been to in the south west suburbs. I had very bad stains from my leather strap that got on my jacket and had different cleaners deny me altogether, not even wanting to attempt to get the stains out. Sam got it out and was done even sooner than he had promised. I will be back.

I WANT EVERYONE TO BEAWARE OF SIGNATURE CLEANERS!!!  I have Never Ever in my life  dealt with Mean, Anger, Owner, physically.
Here is my story...
I walked in the cleaners and said Hi! Owner called wife.  He had a paper he was working on w calculator.  I had heavy coats in my arms and I asked (nicely, my voice was nice the whole time) the owner, "Sir, can I plse put my heavy coats on the counter. (The other counter filled up). He said, "Throw them on the FLOOR! (Mean) I said, Sir I cant throw these on the floor,  plse can I put them on the counter. He walked around and said,  Get Out!!!!! "I Said GET Out!!" I said, Huh, . Why?  He went behind my back, pushed my left shoulder hard aa he was pushing me out the door!

I called the police. Police is doing a police report. Ambulance came.

I used to be a Certified Nursing Asst. The owner is an Anger Man.  I wanted to tell you as I dont want anyone experiencing anything I went through.

I am a Happy Go Person.  I love helping ppl and will all my life.

Owner made a massive scene over a parking spot, screaming at everyone nearby and upsetting multiple people. Absolutely would not support someone so unhinged, foul-mouthed and rude.

Needed a new zipper slider for my North Face winter jacket which I've had for years & still in good shape. Didn't need anything fancy, just a decent replacement & they delivered. Price was affordable, which I so much appreciated.

The owners are RUDE, and I took it as racism.
They told me to take my business elsewhere.  Please do not support this place because why talk  to you customer like this, even if you do excellence work ethics, you still need a excellent bedside matter.  Do not give them your dollars spend your money where it is appreciated.

Ruined my Ralf Lauren Pant worth over 200 dollars they ruined the color of the pant and now I can’t even return the pant. Also when confronting the owner he got very mad at me and almost assaulted me.  I would recommend not going to the shop, save your time, and take your business elsewhere. Never going here again.
