My dress was ruined to the point I can’t fit it and Chris will not
Acknowledge her mistake to even refund my money. I went in to get the zipper replaced bc it kept sticking. She suggested a corset stating I needed more room. Bc I am not experienced I went with her suggestion to get my dress back and now it’s too BIG!!!! I went to someone else and was told they can’t fix her terrible work. The dress was brand new cot $100 and now I can’t do anything with it and she won’t even respond. Terrible service will never go back.

BEWARE! I had an awful experience at Best Cleaners and want to warn anyone considering bringing their luxury items here—DON’T. I brought in a large order including three handbags and a pair of suede Birkenstock slides. Among them was my Louis Vuitton purse with vachetta leather. I was initially told that my items would take extra time because they were being “outsourced to a leather professional.”

I patiently waited two weeks to pick up my items, trusting they were in the hands of someone knowledgeable. Big mistake. When I got my items back, I was absolutely horrified. My Louis Vuitton was completely ruined—its vachetta leather was darkened, burnt-looking, and destroyed. My Birkenstocks were also discolored beyond repair.

When I reached out to discuss the damage, I was met with a dismissive, cold, and unapologetic response from the owner. She took zero responsibility and instead blamed the “age” of my items—as if high-quality materials suddenly burn and discolor on their own! What’s even worse is that their response completely contradicts what I was originally told. If my items were truly sent to a professional, why does the owner’s response sound like Best Cleaners handled them directly? Were they lying from the start?

To add to the horrible customer service, the owner never called me back despite my multiple attempts to get answers. I had to continuously reach out to her, only to be met with a rude, unprofessional attitude. And if you think this was a one-time bad experience, look at their other 1-star reviews. This isn’t the first time they’ve ruined someone’s items.

Pay close attention to how the owner responds to bad reviews. They act sweet and professional at first, but the moment there’s an issue, their attitude flips. Instead of taking accountability, they become hostile and defensive.

DO NOT trust Best Cleaners with your high-quality items. They lack the knowledge to properly clean luxury goods and will refuse to take responsibility for any damage they cause. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing.

If you’re looking for clothing alterations IN GENERAL look no further, Chris did an amazing job!

I came in with my navy blue work pants that were 2 inches too small in the waist and I couldn’t wear them comfortably. These pants are one of my favorite pieces in my closet and I was told by multiple people that it is too hard to make pants bigger. I had began to give up hope when I stumbled upon Chris Park’s store… I also came in with my Belgian military surplus pants that have always been my favorite but two inches too big in the waist. Long story short, Chris reassured me that she could make my navy pants bigger and my camo pants smaller, no big deal. I handed the pants over on Friday and got a text on Monday saying they were done (two days earlier than she originally estimated)! They came out amazing and fit me sooooo well now. She also did all of this work with a broken wrist, which is incredible and I am very grateful. I recommend Chris (Best Cleaners) for all clothing alteration needs.

The Alterations were $28 per each pant plus $6.50 for her to put in a new button slot on my navy pants. I think the price is very reasonable considering the quality of work and repair. She accepts Cash app, Zelle, cash money, and card(although there’s a 3% fee). She even lets you pay half or a third at the initial transaction and then the rest once your clothes are ready.

Plus Chris is a very kind and interesting person who is a joy to speak with. We spent probably 30 to 40 minutes talking about our lives and experiences with Jesus Christ. She also collects and sells houseplants too!

Overall, 5/5 stars and I would recommend Chris’ services to anyone !

She ruined my 3 gowns by fading them. She took no accountability and said that I should contact the manufacturers. Definitely disappointing for this to be the cleaners in our neighborhood. The drying cleaning price to dry clean my 3 gowns was $47.00 my full bill was $84.00. Now I’m out of $84 dollars and my 3 gowns are ruined and I can never wear them again. She literally went back and forth with me with no empathy or resolution.

She handed me my items as if nothing was wrong with them. And when I brought them back pointing out that she ruined me gowns, she said it’s nothing she can do, because they don’t guarantee your clothing won’t fade. I’m appalled that she did not bring this to my attention.

I also just read another review where she damaged someone else’s items and took no accountability.

Stay away unless you want your items ruined. You will literally pay her to ruin your garments.

I was pressed for time with getting my son's  prom suit done. I drove 2 hrs to best cleaners because someone had told me they could get the job done. Not only did she do an amazing Job tailoring the suit to fit my son perfectly and pressing it to perfection, she got It done in 4 days! She is awesome and I  will definitely be back.

First visit and I’m impressed!
My first experience here was genuinely pleasant. The lady at the register was so sweet and super helpful, great customer service goes a long way! I really liked that I didn’t need to keep up with a paper receipt (though I held on to it anyway just in case ☺️). Everything is conveniently tied to your phone number, which makes pickup a breeze. My clothes were ready the very next day, quick, easy, and efficient! I’ll definitely be back.

Horrible. They messed up several of my pants by creasing them when I clearly stated no creases. They didn’t get any of the spots out of my duvet even after I left it for the second time.

Absolutely horrible dry cleaners, 0/5. This location should be ashamed of themselves. Multiple delays after “machine broke” after confirmation that my elderly father’s clothing would be ready by two separate dates. ZERO COMMUNICATION, and then had us drive to another town and wait in line at a sorting facility to actually get our NON dry cleaned clothing back?  Then also was a hassle to get a refund, sorting facility did not refund us like we were instructed, then had to drive back here to finally get refund. Pathetic and shameful location, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This location should hire competent management, or close.

I use this cleaners regularly. Facility is always clean. Employees are nice and helpful. My clothes or comforters are always ready at time stated. I have never had an issue and I’ve been patronizing them for over a year (almost weekly)

They do a good job, even though the cleaning plant is not on premises and they ship your clothes to Chicago Heights for cleaning, my overall experience was good.

Watch out! This place will steal your clothes. The owner Quinn Myles is unreachable and will not dignify you with a callback. When I notified front counter workers of the missing garnment, they was unwilling to search for it. I've been coming here for year's and am surprised and disappointed!!!!  .SHADY...

Friendly, reasonable prices, helpful & patient. They also accommodate customers who need fast turnaround on their clothes. I left Pride Cleaners due to confusing price structure & poor customer service. Old school charm is so refreshing!!

I Star for Taking ,,,$20.50 & Not Cleaning 2 Coats! They did not smell clean or looked cleaned! So since my coats weren't ready as scheduled on Friday I came back Saturday for pick up so I guess they steamed them quickly! So Sad

Terrible... I wish there was another word for it. My son's clothes did not look ironed. Worst part is all the design on my daughter's African dress GONE!! I would NEVER return or recommend this place. They never answer the phones either 😰😰
