The customer service here sucks! My first experience there was very lackluster. I have a quincenera dress that needs cleaned. The representative looked at it and said I'm sure we can get it done but it's coming to take 4 to 6 weeks before it's ready because we send we everything out to be cleaned so it will take awhile. What i heard was we are a big conglomerate and don't do personal care, we're a big business.  So I have them a sweater to clean instead.  I received a notice saying it was ready and when I went by to get it there was a sign on the door that said BACK IN 10 MINUTES.  OK, ten minutes from when?? There was no time indicated on the handwritten note. So i left disappointed and on a schedule.
I came back a few days later to pick up and when I shared with the associate that I had been there a few days ago but there was a sign up to come back in 10 minutes she said,  Well did you come back in 10 minutes?  I said to her,  how was i spar to know when the 10 minutes started??? There was NO TIME down to indicate when the 10 minutes began or was over!! What a rude thing you say, like it's my fault they had a sign up with no time on it.   I told her I will never be back, paid and left.
Who cares if they clean, they have horrible customer service and are a big corporation who doesn't do the personal touch.
Never again.

This place is the BEST! My husband had a tan color suit jacket and pants that had what appeared to be motor oil on them, and I had taken them to another cleaners that could not get the stains out. Apple Cleaners in Shiloh, IL made his suit look BRAND NEW❤️❤️❤️

Apple Cleaners are incredible! My clothes look amazing! They had awesome customer service. I called after the fact (5hrs later)to see if I could get one of my items faster and they immediately put in the order! They were kind and attentive. Thank you! 😊

This the second time I came here and they not open up today is 11/15/25 and the time is 9:15 am and they are still not open up this is so inconvenient especially if I have to take a flight out of town. Who is in charge of this cleaners?

The convenience of getting a text when my order was ready before the given pick-up date allowed me to combine errands to save an extra trip. And I was pleasantly surprised to get a coupon attached for my next visit, which of course I immediately used. I just love a bargain!
