Wow!! Outstanding customer service!!  My father has been going here for years for dry cleaning and loves the whole team - they know him by name.  While visiting, I had an issue with an item I dropped off to be pressed and I was directed to speak with the manager.  Emily was kind, empathic, and offered various solutions to make things right.  Mistakes happen and the way she handled this exceeded my expectations.  Ownership and kindness is such a rarity in today's world.  I am very impressed and beyond grateful for the way in which I was treated and the remedy options given.  Highly recommend!

Wonderful!  The attendent,Ollie, was just as kind and helpful as she could be.  She helped me turn the machine back on when I forgot to add detergent. She reminded me that I left clothes in the dryer. She keeps the place clean, and the change machine worked. If I have to go to a laundromat, this is the only place I'm coming!!!!

Best Laundromat Ever. My wife and I have been traveling the country in our motorhome for the past year and we visit a laundromat one a week. The is the best one we have seen. It is huge, sparkling clean and reasonably priced. Megan, the attendant, was very helpful and was continually cleaning the hole time I was there.

Prices are extremely high. 30% price hike and they blame it on the utility company. Washer times are off, about 15 minutes extra. You can not use cash. Down the road about 2 miles, the prices are extremely cheaper. It is 24 hours,  so that's a plus. But the price and payment method is not worth it. You are better off investing into your own appliances.

Awesome place, family friendly, and very clean, nice owner and nice workers, machines are great and work nicely, and they have a reading corner for children which keeps them occupied while parents do laundry. I will be returning.

So-so laundromat. Really expensive and they charge extra for hot water. Really??????? Washers start at $6 for regular cycle with warm water. Next size up is $9.50 for regular cycle with warm water and 50 cents extra for hot water. Then it jumps to $13.50 for next size up. The smallest washer is somewhat the same price as others but the next two sizes ip are way more than other laundromats I’ve been to. Place is relatively clean. Several washer were out of order. Overall I think I’ll go somewhere else in the future.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for like 7 years because it’s close to my house. It was always decent in the past but has gone way downhill the past like year. My clothes come out dirtier than when I put them in! It says the machines are sanitized after every load - then why are some of my clothes coming out with bleach spots - 2 shirts ruined from bleach spots (one of them brand new never worn). I can’t figure out why my clothes come out so dirty. I’ve asked to have lint traps cleaned and everything. But there’s hardly anything in the lint traps. I don’t think they trap lint at all and just continue circulating it. I’ve made several complaints and even showed employees how dirty my clothes come out but they’ve done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Instead of fixing the machines, they spend money on adding card readers n such and still jacked up the prices about 6 months ago. I’ve spent about $50 a week there for the past almost decade but I’m done now. They don’t listen to customers or fix the issues and I’m tired of having ruined clothes and having to lint roll literally everything when I get home. Also, they always have several machines down. The same dryers have been out of service for the past year. The same washer doesn’t drain the fabric softener compartment for the past year. I’ve bought wool balls and fur zappers and so many other things to try to combat their incompetence but nothing works and they don’t care so I’m finding a new laundromat. I don’t care if I have to drive across town if it’s going to save me the headache of all my clothes still being dirty.

Dropped my suit off at 7:10 AM this morning and it was promptly ready for pickup by 2:42 PM this afternoon. In and out each time in less than 2 minutes. That is service you can’t beat! I will continue to give my business to them and recommend you do to!

Best laundry mat in Springfield. Very clean. Change machine takes dollar bills and gives $1 coins which make starting the machines much easier. It also does quarters too. My only wish is that the facility was larger since it has got quite busy.

I’ve been stationed here for three years and was nervous with the quality of service my uniforms would receive here. I’m a happy to say it is excellent. However that’s not the purpose of this review. I received a call last week that I left something in my pocket and should come pick it up. Absent minded as I am, I forgot and didn’t. When I arrived to drop off for cleaning today, the host gave me an envelope of what I forgot to pick up. I had no idea what it was and forgot it was there. I open the envelope and it’s $40 in cash! I was in awe. Someone could have kept it and I wouldn’t have remembered. I’ve PCS’d and left several items in my career. This level of integrity deserves recognition and I hope whoever laundered my uniforms receives a bonus. 5 star store. Any business can provide you service. Not many business will do it with integrity.

These people lost 3 pairs of my pants that I turned in for cleaning and then refused to give me a refund for the cleaning of those 3 pairs of pants. The cleaning for each pair was excessive at $9.85 per pair! This means I am out $29.55 for the cleaning and $120 cost to replace the pants! These people cost me $149.55 and I got no compensation for that!! They said they would call me back when they found my pants, but I received NO CALL!! I had to call them to find out that they lost my pants. INCOMPETENCE!!

UPDATE!!  The home office contacted me and sent me a check for $180. Excellent consideration.

This dry cleaners is convenient, with their drive thru feature. I do not have to get out of my car to drop off or pick up my cleaning. The clerks are always courteous and friendly. I did recently drop off a medium weight, hip-length coat to be dry cleaned. It had a small rip starting in the lining, I noticed. It was only about 1" long. I asked if they did repairs and pointed out the small rip in the lining, and was told they did not do any repairs. And, I just picked up my coat, and they did a beautiful job, as usual cleaning it. It seemed a little pricey compared to what it usually cost to clean that same coat in the past. But, prices are higher everywhere these days. Was a little unexpected. But I highly recommend this particular dry cleaning establishment.

I use them i believe since 2003 when i moved in the area. my special old comforter always clean to store for the summer and winter coat too. Todd brought the comforter to me one year, i do not live in Springfield, when i had a tough time.

I want to share something very upsetting that happened to me on August 3rd around 8:00 p.m. at this Coin Laundry location.
I went to wash my clothes, as I always do, with my two kids. A man from the staff was at the door. While I was putting my clothes into the washer, he approached me and spoke in a way I didn’t fully understand, but I continued and started the machine.
Then, he came up to me in a very rude and aggressive manner and told me to leave the place, even though my clothes were already washing. He said I could take them out and go, and insisted that I was not allowed to be there.
No explanation. No respect.
I’ve been using this laundromat many times before and never had a problem. But this time, I felt humiliated and rejected in front of my children.
What I experienced was discrimination. And I won’t stay silent.
No matter your background or race, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

I got a ankle length casual dress which I needed dry cleaning.  When I called in, they said it was $16 but when I drop it off, it was $27.  The lady said their prices just went up.  Kinda overpriced for one dress but I accepted it anyways.  Well when I picked it up, the 2 areas I really wanted clean were still there (dirt on the bottom and makeup on the front).  Honestly I can’t tell if it’s been cleaned, cuz it really looked the same.  I asked the lady and she said they used chemical spray and they tried to clean as much as they can.  It’s the SAME.  I didn’t give her a hard time but I’m def not happy.  I’m not coming back, I can’t trust this place at all.  Hell I just pay $27 for them to put my dress back on the hanger.

Came right at opening when there was barely anyone here. The place was clean and everything looked brand new. The total I spent was $18 for two loads of laundry, which was quite reasonable compared to what I’ve paid at other laundromats.

At MacArthur store 8.09 am the older lady that was working  there was very rude to me for no reason I won't be back.07/20/25

The place is clean and reasonably priced. It is a bit small and very busy anytime I go. It’s often difficult to find an open washer, as many are left unattended and full of laundry that is finished and waiting for its owner to return. Aside from that, the machines work well and the prices are very reasonable. I can usually do two large loads for under $15.

I went in after 3pm just staring to pick up.  2 ladies were very helpful, then the next shift was starting and again all 3 were polite answered all my questions even joked about a few things, made the afternoon go by without dreading doing laundry. The owner, An older ornery lady in a grey dress is one of the most rudest disrespectful business owners I’ve ever encountered. I watched a lady ask her about possibly gaining employment and the owner went on to rudely tell the lady that this is her business and she doesn’t give anybody anything. It was the way she expressed her self as an owner of the business that disgusted me. The owner moments later went to go take a laundry cart the same lady was using. The lady explained to the owner that she would need the cart as her washer was minutes away from being done. The owner rudely said, with a smile on her face, "it wouldn’t make a difference no way ma’am. As the owner, I will take it if I want it” she is a sad excuse for a business owner ive ever seen. I just picked up my dress for a wedding I’m in and I’m SO impressed and grateful. When my dress arrived from an online store it was very late and very large. With less than a week to spare, I called Thams on a Saturday, got in that Monday and she had it done by Wednesday! I needed to leave for the wedding by Thursday so this was a RUSH job and she was clearly busy. Nevertheless, the quality and pricing of her work is SPECTACULAR. The dress fits so well, the work is expertly done, of course, and it was a very affordable fix. She was so easy to work with, very kind and accommodating (especially given how busy she was) and, most importantly, very skilled at what she does. I’m just so grateful!! 10/10 experience and I will go to her (hopefully with less rush) for any other tailoring work.

I was told my pants couldn’t be hemmed and showed me another’s and how it had slipped stitches and “I don’t have time to change the needle” I only went there cause it was close to home. I then went to the Seamstress off Stevenson ave and was told it was no  no problem. To me if tham can’t change a needle then she shouldn’t be in business.

I had Peerless out to clean my carpets and AJ did an outstanding job. He took the time to ask where my trouble spots were, worked them out completely, and even put up corner protectors so his hose didn’t scuff my walls. He gave me pads to protect my furniture, was very professional, and got everything done quickly.

Our great room carpet looks fantastic now. I honestly couldn’t be happier. The cost was extremely reasonable. I could have rented a machine and bought supplies myself, but for just a little more, AJ did a far better job than I ever could have. The value for the money is incredible.

Peerless was referring to me by a neighbor, so I reached out to them, once I learned how close they were I jumped in the car and drove over. Met a lady and she took my information and told me either Jody or Jennifer would reach out to me within 2 days. They did just that and we scheduled an appointment, so they could give me an estimate. They came checked the place out and told me 24 hrs. They would send me an estimate. Sure enough they did, I confirmed with them, yes let’s proceed, they checked there schedule and gave me a date and time. They showed up exactly on time and proceeded to give me back my life. These ladies were outstanding, the place looks like it did before the grease fire. I can’t thank them enough. My biggest pet peeve is dirt, so to have soot on everything was driving me crazy. Don’t get me wrong, I still have to have the kitchen painted, but now the ball can start, because it’s clean.

I went to them with a white pageant gown with heavy beading that needed cleaning after being worn. They do great work in a timely manner. A little pricey, but they're always very friendly and accommodating, which goes a long way. I recommend them often.

I've tried them three times.... First time was perfect (Pair of pants hemmed). I took my wedding dress, and the seamstress clearly didn't want to shorten the length. Seamstress gave every excuse: from prom season to costs. I took my dress elsewhere, as I was uncomfortable and thought they might ruin my dress. I went again for a jumpsuit fitting and was quoted an outrageous high price. They clearly only want small/minor jobs.

They did a lovely job altering my dress! A little pricey (150$ to take in the sides) but quality work!

Dropped off a pair of jeans to see if they could do a  one day turn around since I am traveling through the area & it was something I’ve been wanting to get done. The gentleman accommodated me & did a wonderful job with the stitching & patch work. I was very pleased & highly recommend this alterations location for your needs. My dryer broke down and with a family of eight I needed someplace I could trust. I came here last Saturday and did two weeks worth of laundry for eight people in less than three hours. I got to meet both Kevin‘s who were very helpful, friendly and hilarious. Even though I have my own washer and dryer at home I will be back when I have a lot to do or some blankets. Love the big capacity washers and it’s very very affordable.

I found this place by sheer luck as I live on the other side of Springfield. Now, I always go there. It is so very clean and well staffed. I can buy laundry cleaning products without worrying about a machine  not working to provide them. The staff are super helpful and friendly. There are large washing machines that fit my throw rugs. The most important thing to me is that it is always so clean.

I come every Saturday and Miles keeps this place spotless! He also makes sure to help you find an open washer if they’re busy. The cleanest laundry mat in Springfield. It takes me only an hour to do laundry which is super convenient on a busy Saturday! I wouldn’t choose any other laundry mat but this one! 🫶🏼

If there were six stars, I’d give this place 7 because of Miles. Walking into the laundromat when Miles is on duty is less like doing chores and more like stepping into a five-star spa that just happens to revolve around spin cycles.

Miles didn’t just hand me quarters; he handed me hope. He didn’t just point me to a dryer; he pointed me toward a better future. When my sock went missing, Miles found it before I even knew it was gone. I swear he has a sixth sense for lost laundry. The man folds towels with the precision of a master origami artist and explains the difference between delicate cycle and permanent press with the wisdom of a monk who’s seen eternity.

At one point, I think he actually made my whites whiter than the concept of light itself. NASA should be studying this guy. Miles doesn’t work at the laundromat, he orchestrates it. Each machine hums in tune like part of a cosmic symphony, and somehow he’s the conductor making the whole thing run smoother than the universe expanding.

If laundromats had Michelin stars, Miles would own them all.

I really like the cashless aspect. No need to bring in a ton of quarters. The gentleman working was constantly cleaning the machines which is a nice change from other laundromats.

I went in not knowing how things operated.  I met 3 wonderful women who each took their time explaining how the program works.  Very nice and understanding with all the questions I asked.  The place was clean, the prices to do laundry, well saved me a small fortune.  I'll be headed back.

Traveler just passing through. This place has new looking Speedy Queen silver side load washers. Same with dryers. There is plenty of space. The Attendent showed me how to use the app to pay.  My clothes got clean! The only problem for me was that it was warm in there. AC was on because I felt a little of it in the bathroom.  But I couldn't hang out in there all day!
Puzzling, though, they had both glass front doors open in the middle of summer!
If I'm in the area again, I don't have a problem returning.

This is an amazing laundry facility; on one side, they have commercials, and the other side is the customer area. The staff is friendly, though they probably laughed at me for asking them if it was a laundry mat and if I could do my laundry there. Very clean facility, washers and dryers work better than I am use to, and the prices are fair. If I need to wash again, I will definitely return.

This is the best laundromat in town because of JAY, the attendant on duty.  He not only taught me how to use the laundry card system but he also put my clothing in the washers for me and did the settings.  He helped everybody on this busy Sunday.  I sure hope he's getting paid a very good salary because he is worth his weight in gold!!

Very clean.  Large selection of machines, all working.  Attendant on duty who was very friendly and helpful.  Machines use prepaid card that you can load with cash or card, no charge for prepaid card!  Vending machines use the same prepaid card so you can get snacks, drinks, and laundry supplies with you extra money, also funds don't expire. Air-conditioned, very comfortable inside.  Get FREE drying time with every wash load!   This will def be my go to laundromat in Springfield from now on.

Jay on Hedley greeted me at the door and assisted me with whatever I  needed. He kept a smile on his face and very polite. I would definitely use them again .

I used to brag about this place to everyone. I appreciate the new equipment. The price is way to high.....$2.90 for a 2 load washer is crazy when your old machines held 3 to 4 loads and only cost $1.75. Big problem.....very hard to use. I had to help 3 customers before I even got to start my laundry. The change machine/card system is very confusing for the older crowd that is always here on Sunday mornings. I will not be returning due to the high prices and confusing equipment. So not worth the 25 minute drive from out of town anymore!!

Good laundromat but they need more of the laundry carts. Customers think they can claim the carts and unwilling to share even though they aren't using it at the moment.

It's laundry their is nothing good about it.  The business is fine will upgrade to 5 stars if they share their WiFi password.

INCREDIBLE place! I had my wedding dress altered here and she did a fantastic, detailed, quick job. Walk-ins accepted! You can tell she is very experienced and knows what she’s doing. My dress was ready for pick-up in 1 week and it fit amazing. She was very professional and clear in her communication, and the work was stunning. I’m so happy I took my dress here :)

Work not done correctly. Brought in to sew holes in shirt seams and when received was sewn but still had small opening visible .

Very rude. Trying to have a zipper fixed on a sweater. When I showed her the garment and asked her if she could fix it. She said no shook her head and walked away. If she can't fix it she can't fix it. I understand that. But I had some follow-up questions. Can you recommend anyone? Is it even repairable or am I wasting my time? But she had no time for me. There were no other customers in the building and she just disappeared behind a wall.

I just got my wedding dress and it needs a few minor alterations, mainly adding a bustle. We called her in the morning to ask if it was something she could do and she said yes, come in any time. We came in that afternoon and she was rude, snippy, and short from the start. She did not treat my dress with care, forcefully pulling on the straps and almost ripping pins in and out of the fabric. She pinned a bustle in the most awkward spot, right in the middle of my butt, and it looked terrible. I told her I thought it was supposed to be up higher and she snapped at me, "don't tell me what you think just tell me what to do." Then, another customer came in needing a prom dress alteration. She made me step aside and wait, wearing my pinned-up wedding dress while she helped the other customer. They apologized for interrupting, and we said oh no worries it's not your fault! Finally, she got back to me and I asked her if the bustle needed to have 5 points or if we could get away with 3. She huffed, started pulling out all of the pins, and told us "I don't have time for this, leave and go somewhere else." We were shocked and astonished, but in hindsight, I'm so glad I didn't leave my wedding dress there with her! I would not have trusted her to take the time to do the work well and with care after the experience we had with her.

We scheduled whole house carpet and tile/grout cleaning. They were able to get spots out of our carpet that had been there for awhile and clean up our grout and tile. Our carpet looks so much better and has new life. Overall a great experience. We will be using them again and recommend them.

I set up a time to get my carpets cleaned today at 11am. I moved all my furniture in my dining room and living room in preparation. Made plans to get my elderly parents out of the house for the day. By 12pm, I was worried so I called and texted them. Did not hear anything back. By 12:30 I had given up and called another place. Luckily the other cleaners were able to come out last minute.
Maybe there was an emergency but at least a text saying they weren’t coming would have been nice.

They cleaned our tile kitchen floors and carpet in living room/hallways and everything looks beautiful! The staff were professional and hard working. Will use again in the future!

Driver almost hit my truck and trailer today. Gave me attitude like I was the problem. Came around block to park to see the same individual driving almost 40 mph in reverse. This guy was unhinged. I called the company. No one answered or returned my call. Clearly they don't care about this incident. I can't emphasize how unprofessional that experience was.

I had ServPro come out and clean up some flooding in my basement.  The guys were fantastic!  They got here asap and they were in and out with a job well done!  Professional and courteous.
