I don’t have much experience dry cleaning clothes but I took my wedding dress in to get cleaned. They told me 5 to 7 business days. That’s all they told me... 3 weeks passed no word. Called them they said my dress is not back. 4 weeks comes and they call me to pick up my dress. Cost $106. Which I feel if it’s that much they should warn you or at least quote you before drop off. I was gasped at the price. When I got home beads where I a bag that had broke off dress. They wrote on a recite .. ( beads broken and missing. Stains are permanent. ) My dress didnt even look clean. Wish I would have been warned about the price and the consequence of loosing beads. Warned that the stains might not come out. Stains I’m sure their is nothing they can do but I wish she would have told me that instead of another surprise.

Haven't been here in over 2 years came back to do some comforters I was totally impressed with all the brand new machines they have in there. Plenty of room to do lots of laundry. Love the machines that take cards too.

Place was clean, lots of spots to fold your laundry. Also if you don't have cash they take cards for some of the washer and dryers. They do have a ATM as well as snack, drinks and scratch off 😆 it's open 24 hours which I also like. I definitely will be going back

Called the nu.ber on the wall about the machine that didn't work gave info and never heard from anyone about a refund.  I'd give no stars but not an option. On February 9, 2025, we had a five foot, tempered glass tabletop spontaneously explode. Thankfully, there were no people or pets in the vicinity when this occurred so no one was injured. It sounded like a bomb went off in my home and there was broken glass all over.

Justin worked magic being able to get out to our home same day with a crew to treat our water damage. Carlos and Evan went above and beyond volunteering to go on an extra call at the end of their day. total waste of my time. DO NOT come here without cash or change. I seen card readers on other reviews....well they only take loyalty cards that you have to buy with cash or coin. Sick joke. loaded and unloaded washer twice before I left cause then I seen OH THEY HAVE A APP hahaha ha also only starts the machine with loyalty card ....which can only be bought with card or cash. if your going to try and get up to date with technology do it the right way and accept debit card or get a better app that will.

Here for a second time. Using the app is irrelevant to load because you still need cash. Was here with two others trying to get the app to connect to the machine to no avail. I finally called and first mentioned that we were struggling and that two others has just walked out … for the person on the phone to snap and say “You don’t have to be rude about it.” IRONICALLY I WAS THE ONE STILL THERE TRYING but they just lost business from two others. By me asking for help didn’t mean I was the one who needed to be called out. And as I type this another person just walked out because the app was not connecting with the machine. It’s a faulty system and I was not the one who deserved the attitude I had received.

The dryers are there biggest scam!  It is clearly posted that a quarter adds 2 additional minutes but it really only adds 1min 30sec!  I thought I was seeing things so I video recorded the time when adding quarters!

Visiting from out of town and had to wash a load or two. This place is very clean and well stocked. Washing and drying a load (including detergent) was about $6.50 in the standard-sized machines using cash/coins.

The card machine charges for you to get a laundry card, I put money in the machine to get the card and after it gave me the card it said there was an error, so I had to input the card number in the machine so it would register I had money on it, now for  the washing machine and dryer I had to swipe the card up and down several times to get it started, what a joke! What's up with your half carts. My clean laundry falls on floor cause your half carts! What a joke!!!!

I got a quote back in April while they were doing my neighbors house, for carpet, ducts, and dryer vent which was 650.00. And the work they had done at the neighbors was the same. My now new neighbor has been having problems with his dryer, and had someone out to look at it and they pulled a pile of stuff out of the dryer vent. John was amazing.  Contacted me immediately.  Scheduled sooner than expected.  Showed up exactly on time.  Walked through the house with me to see the actual square footage.  Hit his bid spot on.  Pre treated all my pet “spots”, then used a special tool to obliterate them all, even the ones I thought to be permanent.  Took 8 year old builder grade white carpet from please replace me to hey this is like new.  Buyers will be as impressed as we are no doubt.  Call Ecogreen and you will find your zen.

After being quoted at $100 less to clean a couch than a competitor, I went with Ecogreen and was extremely impressed at the service I received. I bought a used couch that was heavily discounted because of the stains, and figured I'd give a professional cleaning a shot. Within an hour, my couch looked brand new with even the deepest set stains removed. I would absolutely recommend Ecogreen and have no hesitations about hiring them again if the need arises.

These guys were awesome. Easy to schedule, and once the initial cleaning dried, and 98% of the stains came out, we asked if they could come back and they did so happily and got the rest of them out.  Highly professional, timely and affordable. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I thought I would give Ecogreen a chance.  I had one set of stairs and a high traffic area that needed some “deep” cleaning.  Although the employee tried - the result was disappointing.  I did not see much change at all.  I could have and have done a better job myself.........BTW all employees should wear face masks and follow covid19 guidelines - this employee did not.

Our carpets were sooooo filthy! Lots of piddle spots by our small Yorkie from when we first brought her home and didn't realize the number she was doing all over our house. Spot cleaning and our Kirby couldn't take care of it so I found Northwest Carpet Cleaners online and specifically went with them because of their excellent reviews. I compared prices with a few other local carpet cleaners despite having used Northwest twice and Northwest remains a tad below their local competitors in price. We were able to easily schedule the cleaning on a date that worked for us. NWCC  kept us updated by text and email.  A day before they arrive they will ask you to have high traffic areas vacuumed, fragile and breakable items removed from furniture to be moved and to remove any smaller items such as end tables and lamps.  If you do have any problems physically with moving any furniture-they will take care of that.  Personally, I like to move all our furniture off the carpet prior to a carpet cleaner coming as it makes it more efficient and I can better spot the areas that need it. I was alerted by text when Mike was on his way.  I reviewed the areas that needed more attention and Mike was able to get the job done in about 1.5 hours.  He cleaned 3 rooms, 19 stairs and 2 hallways. See before and after photos of our living room-a high traffic area.  Mike did a great job!

It was an "ok" experience with my very old Heriz rug. I usually research things, and thought I'd asked the right questions. The price for cleaning was too reasonable, and I should've realized it. There's also no address on their website.
I picked up my rug today, and unwrapped it. It looks "OK." Theres still a great deal of dust coming off of the rug, just from lifting it out of the brown paper; and more dog hair left on it than I expected.  I'm questioning the method used to proccess the rug.
Also, way too many texts and phone calls about dropping off and picking up.
I think that Northwest Carpet Cleaners doesn't have the expertise for such old, knotted wool rugs. And, yes- I did tell them exactly the type of rug it is.

Dan and Jon are great.  From the scheduling, to the detailed explanation of what they will do on the day of cleaning.  Their prices are fair and they are very friendly and professional.  I would definitely use Northwest Carpet Cleaners again in the future.
