Terrible experience! I have two brand new high quality max mara pants need alterations for the length. The quality of the work they did shocked me: the length was wrong, and the hems are very narrow and not straight! Avoid this low quality place if you don’t want to ruin your garments! Don’t know why they got good reviews which was the reason I chose this shop, never come back again! Absolutely awful quality!

60+ years ago, my Scottish grandmother gave me a kilt from her home country.  It was in my mom’s attic for years and was finally found after she passed recently.  It had some small moth holes that needed repair and a good cleaning.  The wonderful seamstress at Plaza was able to patch up the holes so they are no longer noticeable and the cleaning restored it beautifully and the kilt will now be passed on to my granddaughter.  I can’t thank them enough for the care they gave to this family treasure.

I can't argue that the quality of the work wasn't good, because the garments were clean and neatly pressed. My issue was with the counter help.
I was there several weeks ago and I thought the person behind the counter was rude and told her so. I didn't raise my voice but did express my opinion. When I paid with cash(I had to run across the street to get the money since they don't take cards)she took the $10 change crumpled it up and threw on the counter. REALLY?
Now, I need some dry cleaning done again. So, no matter how good the quality, I won't be back. I'll go to Middlesex

I have been a customer of Plaza Cleaners for over 20 years.  Friendly people, great service, reasonable prices.  I use their home delivery which is great, and also their alteration shop. Love it!

Excellent, prompt service. The clothing is  packaged and fastened professionally.  Freshly pressed with clean creases always delivered when I bring in my work shirts for cleaning. Great work!
