It’s amazing to see the transformation into a state of the art laundromat. The best commercial machines and no more quarters. The card reader system is awesome. From small machines to HUGE machines, there is something for everyone. It’s nice to get laundry done fast with no wasted time or money. I can’t wait to try the wash and fold service!  It should make rental properties much easier. Great work Team Racoon!

This laundromat has been completely redone: it is now a bright, clean, and convenient place to get your washing done.  Modern touches have been added: good wifi; pay with an app or a prepaid laundry card (obtainable from a machine); and a website to get current status of machine availability and time to complete.

The owners are pleasant and friendly and very willing to help new customers get set up.

Washer prices are similar to other places in the area.  Dryer prices are just a bit higher ($0.25 for 5 min, with a minimum of $1 to start).  That $1 minimum to start is fine, but if you have a load come out damp you can't just pay for another 5 or 10 minutes, which is a little bit frustrating.  (So it's best to check the load before it finishes, and add time in 5min increments if needed.)

Washer counts: 4 small (20lb); 7 medium (30lb); 4 large (60lb).  It seems that the small ones are busier, but that might just be  dependent on time & day.

Dryer counts: 14 medium (30lb); 4 large (75lb).  Dryer availability is unlikely to be a problem (since the wash comes first).
