I came here to wash my 25 lbs king-sized weighted blanket and it washed well in the small washing machine along with the large dryer, just prepare some quarters! The machines are definitely industrial grade compared to my apartment’s appliances. There’s a waiting area with children’s toys that can seat large families and groups. There’s good food options nearby too.

First of all the atmosphere is very nice. Everyone is friendly mind their business the place is clean and the young lady that works in there. She goes out of her way to help everyone and I really want to thank her. I was there today January 26, 2025. The young lady has blonde hair, beautiful spirit, friendly. I was struggling with the washers getting my card loaded and she went out of her way to help me and I just wanna thank her.👸🏼✨🙏🏾✨🌺🍃🌺🍃✨

A very unwelcoming atmosphere, terrible customer service. The woman working at the front desk didn't speak English well at all. She had a very bad attitude and refused to help with anything and kept joking with there friends and ignoring myself and my mother. I would never come back here ever

Did a drop off  service for wash and fold and I was surprised how fast the service was my clothes was neatly folded and smelling fresh would definitely recommend here.

They told me one price and when i went to pick up my clothes they over charged me and didnt wanted to give me belongings for the price they had told me so they over charge me 30$ more than what they told me it was going to be. Now my question is if i didnt had that other 30 dollars they were going to keep my things and not give it back like the lady said .

I have been a Clean Smart customer for about four years now. Over the years, there have been issues where items were returned to me damaged; however, I fully understand that human error is a thing. I have extended grace for the most part; however, the last straw was recently when my Jacquemus blouse was returned to me with a missing adornment.

Like many women can likely relate, it is rare that I wear my dry cleaned items as soon as they are picked up. In my case, it is common that my dry cleaned clothes will remain in the plastic garment covers for several weeks before I even uncover them and return them to my closet. As such, about three weeks after I picked up my dry cleaning, I decided to wear the Jacquemus blouse and noticed the adornment was gone. I contacted Clean Smart immediately. Kevin, the young guy that works at the front desk, was initially supportive in that he insisted that he would have the owner contact me and that the owner would be willing to rectify the situation. It has been almost two weeks and (1) I have not been contacted by the owner, and (2) my blouse is still damaged.

Kevin even informed me that the owner reviewed the camera and didn’t see any footage that confirmed that the blouse was damaged. I wish I made this up.

As a business that agrees to clean an array of garments, the least that is expected is for the associates to handle those garments with care. If and when an associate damages a garment, Clean Smart should automatically be deemed liable. This is baseline customer service.

Like others have stated, engaging with the front desk staff is typically off-putting. I understand having a bad day, but this is a customer-facing business. Overall, I would highly suggest taking an assessment of your business practices.

Items that were returned to me damaged:
- The Attico cargo pants (one of the button gussets were missing once I picked up the pants)
- Denim shirt (button was completely ripped from the fabric)
- Tench coat (button missing from coat; they found another and replaced it)
- Jacquemus blouse (gold metal tassel was displaced)

Best service, not only for the impeccable cleaning but also for the outstanding personal attention. After extensive research to find a place capable of cleaning my VERY dirty wedding dress, made of delicate silk that I thought was impossible to restore, they left it looking brand new! I wish I had a picture of how dirty it was after the party—it was a disaster—but they brought it back to life so beautifully. Highly recommend!

This used to be a great place but the prices are ridiculous.  They charged me $17 for a casual dress and said the prices just went up.  Find another place if you can.

I brought my hubbys long coat for dry cleaning last Thursday and they charged me $10. I was thinking they must do an exceptional job, but that was not the case. The coat still had lint balls and looked unclean.

This was my first time ever getting something dry cleaned and didn’t know what to expect but from stepping inside the store to dropping off my coat, I had a very seamless experience! I used Omni Cleaners for the first time two days ago. Extremely professional. I dropped off on Monday and my suit was ready Teusday night. It was perfect. Also, extremely affordable. I was a first time customer so my bill was around 9 dollars. When I got home I checked my email and I received a 20 percent off coupon for my next visit. Do not get your items tailored here. My experience was terrible. I have a Ralph Lauren Polo jacket that I wanted tailored. I wanted the sleeves to be brought up. Sadly the quality of the work is subpar. They initially put in two stitches in each arm of the jacket. 2. So incredibly disappointing This kind of jacket required a hidden stitch going all the way around meeting the knit of the jacket and the lining. It required the buttons to also be moved up because of where the cut was done. The buttons were seemingly placed evenly on one side and on the other side they just decided they no longer gave a damn. Although I don't trust the quality of the stitching and will be taking it somewhere else to get repaired and redone. She did actually try to stitch through the entire arm of course it was no longer a hidden stitch and the stitches she did started coming on done on the way home. True initially the jacket had holes for the buttons which would have been hidden because of the cut being done. . Someone decided to remove the protective stitching around an existing buttonhole that would be hidden due to where the cut would be made however they removed the stitching around it and left a frayed hole The seamstress seems to be more concerned with eating her lunch and actually doing her job she initially tried to convince me that it would be fine if we just ironed out the arms why weren't they ironed out in the first place it taken to get cleaned, but I digress. If you're just taking really basic items to get cleaned in a pinch, I recommend that for shirts/pants fine but if you want jackets or coats to get clean here take them elsewhere I also left two wool coats that honestly look like they need a lint roller run through them. I guess they smell better. I did take some mens shirts because I needed them cleaned. However after that transaction I will likely not be coming back.

Let me start off by saying that this not the dry cleaner's that I usually use.  (The boiler was out at the one I use on a regular basis and could not guarantee that my stuff would be out in time for my trip.) The young lady that checked my stuff in yesterday was very pleasant.  A little more pricey than what I'm used to but oh well,  we do what we must.  The lady that checked on my clothes today was very rude.  There was no one there when I got there,  so there was no line.  As I was wrapping up a conversation with my husband over the phone,  she started tapping the counter saying she needs my phone number very rudely.  I paused my conversation and gave it to her.  She stated that my clothes were not ready.  To which I responded that they were supposed to be ready today.  I pulled my receipt and she snatched it out of my hand and went to the back only to find that my stuff WAS in fact ready.  Thank goodness the young lady that helped me yesterday came from the back to complete our transaction.  I will not be going back.  Her attitude repulsed me. As a paying customer,  attitudes are not acceptable.

Very unprofessional. Will be taking my business elsewhere (regularly have $90-100 in cleaning every 2 weeks or so.). Travel often for work (75%) so I’m always diligent about getting clothes cleaned. Go to pick up at 5:55pm and they are closed. Call and no answer. Will never understand why people are so lazy. Plenty of other cleaners around so I’ll be trying others out.

Great service.  Came here for an alteration to my pants and they got it done fast and the results were great.  I had to come back because I didn’t get the hem up long enough and that’s totally on me.  The owner stepped in the second time and brought out a ruler and recommended a higher hem up than what I was asking for after I explained the style.

Thanks for stepping in!  The second time was perfect, and I gladly paid for my mistake.  The seamstress is really nice too.  I came to pick up during their lunch and when I said I’ll come back later she said no worries and grabbed my clothes for me.

This place is amazing!! I brought in a white suede coat with old stains on it and they did miracle work on it. All of the stains were out and it looked good as new. The owners are also really friendly!

I’ve had an amazing experience with Tide Cleaners. Their pickup and drop-off process is fast and seamless, and the drop station system feels completely safe and convenient. They communicate clearly every step of the way, and my clothes always come back spotless and well cared for.

One thing I really appreciate is the attention to detail. If I leave something small like a pin or tuxedo buttons, they always make sure it’s returned. After my first cleaning, they gave me a personalized orange Tide bag with my name and address clearly labeled, which makes drop-offs easy just leave the bag at the station in my building and trust that everything is handled.

I am beyond frustrated and utterly disgusted with the service I received at this dry cleaner/tailor. As an occasional customer who uses their services for ironing shirts, pants, and suits, I expected a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. What I encountered was an unbelievably rude and unhelpful individual who made it clear they have no respect for their customers.

My ordeal began when I called to inquire about shortening a pair of joggers and was quoted $12. However, upon arriving at the store, the woman at the front desk immediately set a hostile tone. I simply asked her to match the length of my joggers to another pair I had with me, a request that seems perfectly reasonable for a tailor. Her response was an abrupt refusal, insisting I try them on for her to take measurements. She even had the audacity to question why I wasn't wearing tennis shoes, as if that were a prerequisite for a simple alteration!

Reluctantly, I tried on the joggers, she took the measurements, and then informed me it would take a week to complete. A week for a jogger shortening that takes less than 30 minutes to do! Then came the final insult: the price jumped from the quoted $12 to "around $15." When I playfully asked for a discount, as a returning customer, she actually laughed in my face and sneered, "Why would I give you a discount? You're not even a regular customer!"

At that point, I was absolutely fed up. Her demeanor was so incredibly rude, dismissive, and frankly, offensive, that I refused to continue with her "service." I told her to give me my pants back and walked out.

This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The woman working there is rude, mean, and clearly has no idea how to interact with people. I will never set foot in this store again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. In fact, I will actively share my horrendous experience with everyone I know to ensure they avoid this establishment at all costs. You've lost a customer, and I hope others read this and take their business elsewhere.

Mrs. Soung did a great job on the tailored work we needed.  The staff always greets you with a smile.  We are always pleased with our dry cleaning and they continue to deliver quality services.  We are grateful they are here!

They don’t know how to iron properly—my shirts and pants came back with double crease lines. I was shocked when I opened the packages after they were cleaned. Very disappointed.

I just dropped off my clothes and I didn't like the lady's energy at the counter. I felt like I was being interrogated about my clothes. Then my receipt was handed to me without any dialogue. I had to ask when my clothes will be ready. Remember there are lots of cleaners everywhere.

I dropped off my clothes and when I came to pick them up, they had accidentally mixed up.my order with someone else's.  As a result they gave my clothes to another customer.  They didn't have the customers phone number, so I waited nearly 3 weeks to finally get my clothes.  And when I did, there no apology, discount or anything.  This is the third incident I have had with them. Either they have misplaced my clothes or they mess up where I have to pay twice because they didn't keep a record of me paying the first time.  And I am forced to pay, otherwise I can't get my clothes.  They are so disorganized and so unprofessional.  The only I kept coming back was because it is so close to my house.  But I will no longer be doing business with them.  The convince isn't worth the headache

I truly miss the long standing employees (Younger Hispanic Miguel and female) that were here before because they understood customer service. There is a new Hispanic guy working now. He is CLEARLY unhappy because he curses every minute in Spanish and he looks rather frustrated. I have been a customer for over a decade. I even drive from a completely different part of town since I moved in 2019. I think it's time I find a new dry cleaners.

I have been bringing my clothes here for a long time. They do a fine job at a very good, reasonable price. Specialty services are available upon request. The staff tends to do a good job of being thoughtful and personable. I am surprised at how they take care of my clothes!

New customer of A1 cleaners but happy so far.  Pricing is reasonable and is disclosed up front.  If you’re not sure how much something will be show them the garments in question and ask.
Had to rework one item and did so with no issues.  Second time was a charm.
Wish they offered an option for delivery when you had less than 10 items.  Would gladly pay.   Their current delivery option is free if you have more than 10 garments but completely unavailable if you have 9 or less.  I’d propose you offer options for delivery of as few as 1 garment and then just price accordingly.

Called first to see if they did down comforter washes and they confirmed they do. Dropped this off and was in and out. Added a form of payment through the text they’ll send and paid for the item! Got there and just picked it up and walked right on out! Happy with the service, everyone was friendly and answering any questions, also like how quick I was helped!

15 pieces (some were two piece outfits of very easy to clean fabric) would have usually cost me 150-170 at my normal cleaners. I decided to try this one because it’s in my back yard. They sent the text that the clothes were ready and the total was $190. High, but ok. I pick up the clothes and now the total jumps to 227.16 because of “taxes and fees”. Never again. This place is ridiculous.

I’ve worked with several cleaning companies over the years, and none have come close to the level of professionalism, detail, and consistency delivered by this team. Having been moved back to the Houston area for about a year now. I was looking for a reliable, quality service cleaners. & I have found exactly what I was looking for with Prism Cleaners. Prices are more than fair, with great quality of work every time. With a very fast turnaround time. Fany is always so nice & more than helpful when I come to drop off and pick up. Would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality cleaners!

I took my shirt in to be altered and they ruined it. I had a shirt with a mandarin collar and asked them to remove the top button, and open the collar up by folding the material in and sewing the fabric at an angle where the button use to be. The lady helping me marked the shirt and said when they sewed it they would fold the fabric in. When I went to pick my shirt up they had completely removed the collar. the lady was extremely rude and combative and basically told me too bad. When I insisted she refunded me the $25 cost to alter the shirt (not the cost to replace the shirt) she told me couldn't refund me because she needed a password. I picked up my shirt on Thursday and she told me I would have to come back Monday when the Manager would be there to give her the password. I don't think  she expected me to come back Monday because when I showed up this morning she looked extremely annoyed I was there and when I asked for the Manager she told me she was the manager and gave me my refund in cash.

I hate having to even give them 1 star just to post a review. They’ve ruined my clothing and my husband’s clothing, and neither of us have the time to describe it. Just don’t go here if you care about your clothing.

Stay away from this cleaners with any of your fine or cherished clothes . They have ruined two sweaters of mine in past year and refuse to accept any responsibility . The staff is friendly when you drop off but rude when you complain. I am still waiting for a call back from owner —- over one week. Staff will not provide his direct contact information. Indication of how they don’t care! Be forewarned !

Brought my dress here to be cleaned. When I picked up my dress 3 days later it had a hole on the sleeve and the wire inside was sticking out of the dress. When I pointed this out the lady managed to repair the wire but sadly all that could be done about the hole is stitching it up which didn't really resolve my issue because it's still noticeable and now instead of just a hole in my dress I have a stitched up hole in my dress which is just as ugly. Won't be able to wear this dress and most importantly there was zero customer service or resolution to my damaged dress other than a simple "sorry about that." Won't be back

This lady turned a size 18  pants suit with long sleeve jacket into a cute outfit !! she cut the sleeves and made the pants into shorts I post weight so I wear a size 12 now … cute birthday ensemble… it was AMAZING thank you so much ☺️

This was my 2nd time using this cleaners as my 1st interaction was with another woman employee who was very nice a few months back.   I must say, it was not a pleasant one as I dropped off 7 dresses total this past Saturday and 2 were formal with a few minor stains.  Needless to say, check your items before you PAY and Leave!  Stains were not removed will have to wait another 2 days to pickup dresses needed for Friday Quince.. Owner was very rude and I was surprised because she was there when I dropped off on Saturday observing that woman employee I mentioned earlier but honestly I won't be back after I pickup on Thursday as she kept tapping the card reader for me to pay in full. I said, I will pay for the other 2 when the job is complete and stains are removed, she then adjusted the total but only because I told her it was fair for me to pay then.  I even told her it was rude of her to tap on the card reader especially while I'm inspecting the dresses/their work.

First, of all I would like to say that mostly everyone's reviews are correct Ms. Lucille is a nice friendly lady, but the prices are absolutely OUTRAGEOUS PERIOD!!!  I had 4 dresses and one pants suit cleaned last week and I picked them up this past Saturday the 22nd and my bill was $90.08 which is by far completely RIDICULOUS for 6/7 items.  I truly thought she was kidding but she wasn't!!!  I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!  That is why I'm leaving this review!  I just could not believe that a bill from the cleaners of all places was that much for only 6 items, 4 dresses and a pants suit! Highway robbery!!!!

If you go here you have to think ahead and understand things take time. I loved my experience I needed my daughters sleep suit fixed with a new zipper. I damaged it by accident, I was impressed with the outside of  the place and the inside. The lady was nice to attend me and called to ask if they could because it’s a long zipper. She even asked for the same color I just wanted it fixed. I thought that was a great attention to detail. Thank you very much. The only reason I stated the very first comment was because some people expect it to be done the exact same day with any sewing or alteration, or even dry cleaning. It’s a process everything in life takes time so if you were not patient, not understanding I highly do not recommend this for you, but anyone that takes the time reads and understands, I’d really highly recommend this place definitely taking my business there again. I tried another closer to my home. They didn’t even answer the phone love this place. They answer when I call also. Attached are photos of what they did for us.

Decently priced dry cleaners with alterations available. One pants dry clean was $3, hemming up the pants was $10. The staff is okay in customer service but they tend to have a dry personality which takes away from the customer service vibe. Plenty of parking is available on the side and rear of the building.

I was worried at first cause I saw comments regarding the staff. But once I got there I'm pretty sure it was just the people being impatient. The staff looked like they were very busy running around.

Absolutely disappointed. I brought in 4 dresses and 1 blouse and was charged a shocking $91.26—with no breakdown of charges or explanation for the high cost. These same dresses have been cleaned before at much more reasonable prices elsewhere. I only switched cleaners because I moved, but this was clear price gouging.  2 stars for the clean clothes, the same level of clean that has been received elsewhere.  Nothing special at all.

To make matters worse, they advertise a 50% off discount for first-time customers—which they conveniently never mentioned, despite the fact that I told them it was my first visit, they entered my info into the system, and even texted me. I later saw other reviews from people with the same complaint.

Random fees, zero transparency, and no respect for new customers. First time. Last time.

I dropped off a dress shirt with a small food stain and mentioned it to the employee at the counter. I asked if I could point it out for the cleaner, but they told me not to worry—they’d inspect the shirts and spot the stains themselves. I didn’t want to press the issue, so I left it at that.

This morning, on my way to work, I looked down and noticed the stain was still there. It’s a small dot, but it’s right along the front center of the shirt—basically in line with the buttons—so it’s hard to miss. What’s even more frustrating is that it probably won’t come out now, since the cleaning and drying process likely set the stain in further. It could’ve been an easy fix if they had actually checked like they said they would.

They did help remove a stain on a white dress shirt around the neck line which is why I didn’t leave one star.

Never mind—I just saw that they offer 50% off to new customers. I was a new customer and didn’t receive any information about that offer so I’m making my review one star.

Positives: Staff were all very nice, clothes are clean, no damage to items.  And they offer 50% off your whole order for first time customers, so it was well worth it to give them a try.
However, I had 2 significant issues. First, I was told each dress would be $15 (minus the 50% off for first time customers). However, they added extra fees to each item for lining and material type (ALL materials - not just silk or wool) and charged a separate 4.50 for a belt that was part of the dress. Those fees should have been disclosed at drop off. Secondly, the app never updated to say my items were ready (staff admitted this was an error). When I called I was told my items were ready and confirmed they were at the Chimney Rock location which was my requested pick up location. When I arrived the clothes were not there and I was told they were at the West Gray location. I then drove to the West Gray location and was initially told they weren't there either. I insisted they check - and items were located - just not in the system. Thus it took 8 days and an hour of driving to get my dry cleaning. When I complained about the issues, they did take some money off which I greatly appreciated. This is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.
Note that ALL cleaning occurs at the Chimney Rock location - so it doesn't really matter which Omni cleaners you drop off at.

Very disappointed. I was charged $2.00 environmental fee on a pants alteration! Not dry cleaning but an alteration. Second, the clothes were a day late thus causing me to make 2 trips (you would think they would at least comp one piece of dry cleaning). Also, they don’t give you a price for a suit but charge you separately for coat and pants ($17.24 plus $2 more because it had a small amount of linen in it.). Very expensive! I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I drop off at west Gray location. Service was spectacular when Kim was working there. I understand things change. My complaint isn’t about service, the new lady there is pleasant. My issue is the pricing. They have gotten so unreasonably priced. Fortunately living the middle of the city I can find another qualified dry cleaners that doesn’t want to well… take me to the cleaners.

Clutch city laundry is a very clean and very well maintained laundry on Westheimer. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Maylin walked me through every steps as this was first time. There is a waiting area when your clothes are washed with nice music played. There are machine with different load size and prices differs based on the machine you use, but all are reasonable.

Hidden Gem on a bit of an obscure corner Just walked into sparkly clean laundry greeted by the lovely Maylian and offered me either the self wash or wash and fold service. As I was traveling I just self served. Machines were very easy to use and having forgotten powder I was able to get some for just a dollar. Plenty of space on the folding tables. Really glad I found this place

First time here .Customer Service was great. Amy is the best ! Ask for Amy she will provide the best assistance. Washers was very large considering their price. Dryers worked amazing . Whole place was beyond clean and organized. They have a comfortable lounge area where you can watch TV and sit in a comfortable rocking chair. There are also charging ports and chairs . No need for quarters . Fast , easy and quick laundry.

I love this place. Fast machines and great employees. Clean and super friendly environment. I feel completely safe whether I come to wash my clothes at 10am on a Sunday or 2am on a Friday night. Staff is always available at all times so if you run out of laundry detergent, dryer sheets or fabric softener, they offer small sizes to buy for fairly decent prices. Washer sizes come in 4 different sizes that range from small 1-2 loads for around $3.15, medium for 2-3loads around $5.25, large for 4-5 loads around $7.35 and extra large for 6-8 loads for around $11.95. (The large and extra large might be slightly off price but it's close to that.) Dryers come in 3 sizes, large 1-3 loads for $1.50, extra large for 4-5 loads for $2.00 and extra extra large for 6-8 loads for 2.50. the washers only take about 20-35 minutes depending on if want high, medium, low or delicate heat or you want a regular wash or want an "extra wash" and "extra rinse" for a small additional charge and. The payment system is by a card system they use with a dispensary card machine. You place your card on the machine and can load it with cash or debit card, for first time card dispense there's a small additional fee that I believe is only $3. Honestly it's the best laundry mat I've ever been to with top of the line machines that dry your clothes in one use for only about 40mins. Additional 5mins cost 25¢ but honestly just drying on medium heat will get the job done in one payment and no additional minutes added. I usually dry on medium and take my clothes out after around 25-30 mins with time still left on the machine. Kid friendly with a vending machine that offers snacks and drinks in one machine. Highly recommend this place. I've met all the staff and they're all so refreshingly friendly and helpful. Atziri, Sarah, Maylin and Yaleska are amazing! They're always the best! There's plenty of tables for folding laundry and a separate long bar type area to sit and wait for your clothes. There's also several outlets by the bar seating area so you can plug in your laptop or phone to charge if you need to. Bring your own charge cables and plugs though. Extra parking in the back with an outdoor seating area if it's busy inside and just need a breather. Also there's handicap accessible ramps in front and back. Honestly it's a great place and I highly recommend if you're in need of a laundry mat, or even if you get behind on your laundry duties and have an abundance of clothes that need washing. I've literally seen people come in with mountains of clothes they're folding up. Great time saver and a decent fair cost in my opinion. Comfortable chairs are available for waiting and they offer two televisions and a snack machine. There's a gas station next door and across street for a greater snack selection.

Update: the place has been open for about a year and I've been coming once a week this entire time. The place is still super clean and there's a few machines needing maintenance but they're normally pretty quick on repairs. Once they had a problem with the hot water heater and within an hour of me arriving and waiting, they already had it fixed up and ready to go. Honestly it's a great place. I've been to the one on dunvale and Richmond and it's kinda run down and only works on an app payment plan. I hated it. I will never go to that one again unless it's a dire emergency. Ladies, even if you have machines at home but don't have time to do laundry for hours on end on your day off, come here and spend less than two hours and have everything washed at home once. It's a time saver. Again, I've been coming a year and all the machines look brand spankin new. Sparkling stainless steel inside and no bad smells. No rust or any signs of wear and tear. It seriously is a great place. Forgot to mention that you can also drop off your laundry too for only $1 a pound. That's it! Saves time you may not have. I watch them washing clothes all day long and they're very thoughtful of others belongings and handle and fold with care. I couldn't recommend this place more. Honestly.

When I recently started going here it was nice and clean everything was fine until lately. The spanish lady in the front may have some type of disabilty but lady you still got the job so please do what you are supposed to. Is like the entire place is a whole mess, like very NASTY! Hairs on the tables, restroom smells like piss and is always paper on the floor, trashcans ALWAYS over flowing and when she pulls out the trash she just throws it outside in the front. Carts are all over the place. Floors are always dirty. Dryers don't dry no more. I have to dry TWICE ALL the time. Seats are all broken and dirty. People park in the handicap with no placard. At this point this place needs a new person! That's CLEAN!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years . Came today paid 10 in one machine was gonna go buy detergent when I realized I didn’t have a rough money went back to put 5 more in . Know the machine said 6.44 meaning the 10 didn’t deposit put it also didn’t give me my money back . The guy acted like he couldn’t help me for me to call the manger she tried saying my card rejected it that I paid with a card which I didn’t because here it shows cash transactions . But here I am ranting because it could’ve all been an easy fix instead I gotta have an attitude and show yall how it says cash transactions. This be my last time here .

Since management has transitioned, Willie has maintained the cleanliness of the center, which is super important when cleaning our clothes, to have a clean environment. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Very rude people who work here. I was doing my laundry & I was still using the cart to hold my laundry basket & the employee moved it. I was sitting at the table & the same employee who moved my basket out of the cart holder was cleaning the tables right by me when I was sitting down. I’m not mad that he was cleaning the tables but at least wait until I’m no longer sitting down. I like this place but y’all need to do better with y’all customer service.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for a little bit now and it’s always a great experience. The place is super clean, the machines work great, and there’s plenty of space so you’re not bumping into people. I also appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff is. This Speed Queen Laundromat on 59 and Little York is the best. It’s always clean and I have never seen a machine out of order there. What is most impressive is Ms. Erica  who works there. She is super helpful, professional and such a hard worker. Every time I go there she is working on customer’s drop offs and makes sure to also take care of incoming customers at the same time. What I especially liked about VARA Laundry Service is the fact that they offer a pick up and delivery service, at no additional cost. Pricing is in line with other companies, but that detail set them apart. I had 4 -53”x84” drapes dry cleaned and was very pleased with the results. Not having to get out in traffic was great for me. Well I’ve been to a few wash and folds and was always disappointed in the results. The way I do my laundry is particular because I want to keep my clothes looking nice and new. So when I gave my laundry to VARA laundry I was expecting the same mediocre results, but to my surprise they came back phenomenal everything was organized wrapped in plastic shrink wrap and ready to be put into my chest of drawers. I have been using them ever since. Very clean, the woman who works here is always cleaning. Very affordable to do your laundry, $2.50 for the washer and $0.25 for the dryer depending on how many minutes you want to dry. I always get nervous about laundry places in the area but I really love this one. Everything is clean, the woman is very nice, affordable, and not crowded at all even on a Saturday afternoon! Will definitely be coming back.

Gabby (Staff) was absolutely amazing! This was my first time at this establishment and honestly, I haven’t been to the laundromat in years. She helped me put money on my card. She also explained to me how the machines operate. While I was there, Gabby was constantly moving. She was cleaning sorting helping everyone very friendly very polite.
This laundromat was spot free. The dryers are amazing and they offer smaller and bigger machines to wash your loads.

I love that it is 24 hrs, they have washers and dryers from the smallest load to the largest capacity for my entire house of laundry!! 😊 I’ve never seen machines so large both washer and dryer!!! It’s clean inside and out. The staff is always pleasant and always there to help kindly, especially Joey! He offered help to everyone in the building with kindness and a smile. He was patient and knew what to do with a problem I faced. Fast to react even when I didn’t know I had an issue. Keep him around he has a great attitude and provides a comfortable, welcoming space for clients. Thank you so much for I will return❣️

Very clean, nice atmosphere, easy to use machines! A little pricey as far as laundromats go (almost $10?! For a washing machine?!), and the AC has a hard time competing with the Houston summer heat. But overall, would come back.

I started coming to this laundry mat almost 5 years ago. Although thr prices have increased it is a great washing and drying environment. It is clean and the staff is very friendly.

Today I came in for their back to school wash day. They provided free washers, all sizes. Their goal was to ensure students went back to school with clean clothes. I love it! Such a great community outreach event.

Was over charged asked the lady to void and re charge said new system does not know how. Kept saying was on vacation and the other person (when the clothes were dropped off and entered into the system) has been messing up she should not have to fix. Asked for owner to call me it has been a week no call. She agreed we were overcharged. Check your charges!! Have been going there for years. Very disappointed

My husband had a jacket that was filthy and covered in dog hair. When I dropped it off, the lady at the counter was upfront and honest, saying they might not be able to remove all the dog hair. I immediately appreciated their transparency. She also let me know it might take an extra day to complete. No problem!

To my surprise, I received tracking updates right after leaving. Even better, the jacket was ready a full day earlier than expected. When I picked it up, I was amazed. Not a single speck of dog hair remained, and the jacket looked incredible. They truly worked a miracle!

I have to start by saying I am so surprised to see the negative reviews for this place.
I have been going in there for about a year now and I only go to wash large comforters and blankets.    This place is so clean (as you can see in my pictures). I really don’t care if it is expensive which I’m not sure, because the other places I’ve been to are so gross that I would not even wash my clothes for free so it is fair to say I have not compared prices.
Every washer / dryer in here is very clean, you don’t see any residue of soap or softener in the units.  Even the doors are kept clean. The whole place overall is very well kept.    You can pay with a card or get coins from the front desk.
(Yes, there are a couple of machines that are down but that’s normal, they have them marked as down).

This is the worst dry cleaner I’ve ever been to!!! I went last week in the evening to drop off my clothes. Some older gentlemen who were at the counter struggled for like 20 minutes trying to using the computer. Eventually he wrote down my clothing items and my phone number and said it would be ready Tuesday night. I come back Tuesday a younger man at the counter told me that my order is not ready yet and to come back tomorrow. I come back a couple days later, because I’m a very busy person a woman (who might be the manager) told me the older man at the counter on the first night does not know how to use the computer! She told me to come tomorrow, that frustrated me!!! I’ve never been to a dry cleaner that is so slow with checking in my items and having them done! I’ve never had to go back and forth only to be told “come back tomorrow”. This was poor customer service. I will never do business with this place again. I paid way too much here $11, for three shirts!! They are much better dry cleaner than this one in Katy. Please avoid this business, they are slow and they will disappoint you!

Lady who was working the front had me Zelle her $2 because a very sweet lady offered for me to use her machine. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, she just said I needed to pay her. She said she's seen this before but yet there's no signs posted and she was very abrasive when speaking. I 100% don't mind paying the machine or the lady who offered me to use hers but I definitely don't trust the woman in the front. Absolutely won't be coming back purely because of her. Which is a shame because the place itself was really nice.

The place was clean and most machines in working orders. The reason for only three (3) stars: 1) the washing machines don't spin dry so the closed was very wet and heavy; 2) the dryers are set for 30 minutes and don't provide the option for less time so when I had a few towels still not dried 30 minutes was a going to be too much and unnecessary. Therefore, if I have no other option, I will consider this place; however not on my top choices.

We needed a laundromat with our power being out for several days due to the tornados in cypress. We were able to get washers and dryers right away, our clothes were cleaned thoroughly and dried within a reasonable time! This was a very nice place and we would definitely recommend.

First time at OXXO Cleaners. The staff are nice and friendly. However, $41 and my clothes are still wrinkled.

The best service I have ever had with ironing. I hate ironing and this company knows how to treat your clothes. Gentle and with care. I will only use OXXO for all my needs.

Actually I don’t need to say anything, you can understand from the photos but thank you million times. I only wore this skirt once, after taking it out i put my black leather pants on it and it turned into the first photo. But they did magic and it’s like its first day. Also they are soooo nice, soooo cheerful. Thankfully they are so close to my work, only place i will go for my clothes since today.

I had a suit dry cleaned here and they burned two holes in the armpit area. I brought it back to show them and they claimed it was moth holes when there are clearly singe marks around the damage. I also inspected the suit before dropping it and there was no damage. I will never use them again and strongly suggest the same for anyone who values your clothing.

Paid $5.00 to dry clean a Nike t-shirt I literally wore once, and my Nike ✅ came off as soon as I took it out the bag. Guy in front of me had literally 5 bottom down shirts and only paid $17.00. I won’t be returning.

I dropped my wedding dress off on the 17. I asked ten times if it would be ready for my wedding on the 23. The owner assured me it would be done by 5 on the 22. I came at that time and it was not done. I called an hour later and the girl couldn’t find it. The owner was telling me to come back the next day, THE DAY OF MY WEDDING. After going twice and being lied to and still having no dress, I wasn’t going to trust them to be able to find it the next day. I went back and said I wasn’t leaving without my dress. Got it back unfinished.

I recently visited this cleaners, first to have my comforters dry cleaned. The service and quality of the cleaning was outstanding. I returned to have my work suits dry cleaned and was impressed again by the quality and service. This is now my dry cleaners. I will never go anywhere else.

I was told to come back Friday after 5pm so i sent my child to pick up my clothes. 1 item. They sent my child back home to tell me "the ticket says Saturday." I called up there and the Hispanic girl gave me the run around so I had to go up there in person. My dress smells worse than what it did when i dropped it off. It smells like outside. I t always smelt clean before i dropped it off. Then the woman wanted to tell me "you don't have anything bad to say about this place." If you didn't want anything bad to be said about your business, you would have minded it better.

I have been driving from Galveston Island to the San Felipe Twin Oaks Cleaners for 15+years because they were exceptional. Yesterday I picked up my cleaning and two of my silk shirts are completely ruined. They no longer have their silky shimmer, the pockets are completely stretched out of shape, snagged all over and wrinkled pressed into one of the shirts. The Vince shirt is brand new, expensive and only worn twice. I am no longer a customer.

They were actually able to remove the stain in my clothing. Efficient communication channels and fast service (as soon as you enter, staff dont ignore your presence). Weird smell when you walk in though. Downside is the steep price plus the fact that the rate for cleaning Hermes is more than other brands. Not sure why that would be the case.

I went to this location with my sister on 11/23/24 around 3 in the afternoon, as soon as we pulled up I could see it was a nice Laundromat. 24 hours is awesome I must say because people have different works schedules so this is so convenient. It was very clean even though it was a lot of people it was very clean. The washers was nice and the dryers worked great. I had some thick things to dry and thought I'd need more then 30 mins but everything was dry and that's a plus. Keep up the good work. I hope they have this establishment over in central Houston area like the SW because I'll be moving over that way soon
