Poor customer service, didn't clean my clothing well- unable to remove spots after two cleans and made no effort to tell me they hadn't been successful. Insanely overpriced and slow service. I would not recommend

The Sit and Spin is a family opened business in Bennington.  They have a variety of different sized machines to accommodate all of your laundry needs. I found the owners to be very helpful as this was my first time there. They explained what each machine was capable of and approximately how much it would cost to do my laundry.  They made change and assisted me when I had questions. I would choose to do my laundry here again if needed.

What a nice place. The owners are on site. They were extremely nice and helpful. I I It was so clean and no fears of having my clothes ruined. I will never return to the main Street laundry! Thank you sit n spin!🙂

My husband and I were traveling through the area on a recent ski trip and needed to wash our ski clothes so we found this place. It was super clean, cutely decorated, and the lady working was very friendly. It seems very well taken care of. Cash/coins only for the washer and dryers and we bought a tide pod for $1.

Decent place to do laundry. This is the original first location. I typically go to the other one. Nice nonetheless.

I had to come here because the basement door at my apartment was frozen over. The machines smell like mildew, and the fact that the washers cost $9 per load is ridiculous. Price gouging people who already can't afford/don't have the room for a washer is just disgusting. In what world does the water/electricity used in 1 load enough that you need to charge $9 to make a profit? That and the fact that there is nobody on site to help. Inflation hasn't gone up that much. DO NOT GO HERE. Edit: Also, if someone complains about the prices, the owner either comments on the review and tells the person that their prices keep them "competitive" or to get a loyalty card. For laundry? Come on now, that's ridiculous and you know it.

It was kinda dirty inside, all the garbage cans were full. All the customers were met were friendly.

A great place to do your laundry. We had a problem with a few of the dryers and the owner was right on top of it in refund the money that we lost in a gift card plus a little bit more great customer recovery.

DISGUSTING!  I went there this past Sunday the place was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days.  Garbage can was overflowing, the floors were dirty and the machines smelled like mildew. I’ll never go back there again! Wish I had taken more pictures!

Wow. The people of Bennington are being robbed. 6 bucks for a wash and NO soap in the dispensers.

Thought I was buying soap and I was buying stain removal, a very generous couple gave me a tide pod.

Machines are clean but this place is ridiculously expensive.

$9 for a wash is crazy
The dryer says $.50 for 5 mins. Put in $2.50 it only gave me 21 mins

The hours on the door and website are wrong. I was told they close at 10p.m. but then told the doors lock from the outside at 6p.m. which means my clothes would be locked inside if I accidentally shut the door until the next day or if there was somebody else sitting in the laundry mat. It's a bit unprofessional.  I was asked to change my review but I didn't not get to wash my laundry because I live 1 hour from the laundry mat and a employee cleaning told me the wrong information so I left and went back home. So no I will not change my review
