I just spent almost two weeks getting the runaround from another cleaner that couldn't decide if they knew how to properly crease uniforms according to military standards. Thankfully Meris Cleaners saved the day. George was friendly and helpful over the phone and even more so in person. He was even able to differentiate between the different requirements by various branches. It's great to see somebody take pride in their work. I'm pretty sure we just found our new dry cleaners.

2 days before I was to be in a wedding I realized that my dress had numerous water spots from a wrinkle releaser spray I had used. I called Meris Cleaners in a panic Thursday morning, he got my dress in immediately and was done by Friday at 2pm for the Saturday wedding! The dress looked amazing 👏 was flawless and wrinkle free!!!! Thank you for the excellent service, highly recommend!

Had two pairs of Sorel boots re-heeled here last month. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend their services. The price I paid (around $30/pair) was more than worth it compared to buying two brand new pair of leather boots! It took about a week, which was what they quoted me. Will absolutely go here again.

I've had 2 choices to do laundry. I have always come here because it has been reasonably priced and relatively clean. You have done some very nice upgrades and that made me happy. That is until you really jacked up the prices! My other choice is now more reasonably priced and much bigger. Farewell.

This is my 2nd time coming since I seen they did some new things around here. Better vending machines which is a plus! But also need to update that laundry soap dispenser they got there. I’m not sure if I seen a baby roach here today came here around 7, and kinda freaked me out hopefully they see this and fix that issue right away. I can't afford to be wasting my time here anymore much less my money. Some dryers work well, some especially the one in the photo doesn't. Timing of cycles are all over the place. One quarter is supposed to give 10 min. Nope, 7 to 7.5 minutes. Nothing is consistent time, temp or cycle here. When I first started coming here, it seemed okay, but now it's not. One washer took and extra quarter. Several dryers stole my quarters.

My niece needed to use the bathroom for personal use and needed my daughter and my other niece to bring her something to help. Then a lady knocked on the door asking them to get out the bathroom so my niece told them they were almost done. and would be out in a minute, but they continue to constantly bang on the door. Until a grown man bang on the door, almost breaking through the door that’s when they open the door and left. The man was arguing with them on their way out and then told a fellow pier that my niece and daughters hit him And was doing drugs in the bathroom. Funny how women can’t even do their business anymore. This is trifling and y’all need to get y’all act together.😐

I very rarely need to use a laundrymat but recently I had a dryer at our home quit on us we replaced it with a new one. So fast forward after taking our clothes here to wash during the drying process our clothes were burnt so badly ( in dryer #45 ) that some were even starting to melt. I called to inform the management and was told by the manager of the laundrymat he would have the owner call me about this issue. Fast forward again the owner nor the manager ever called me back. After giving them 8 days to reach out to me. I called (both emergency numbers) listed more then once each with no answer. So the final attempt to talk to the owner, or manager I left a voicemail stating if I had not heard back within 48 hours I would be sueing them for the damages and to my shock  ( total sarcasm ) no calls were returned to try and settle this in a peaceful manor. So as I had let them know I would be doing I'm sueing then for the damages. Don't take your chances with a crooked bussiness owner who will do this to their customers.

I’ve been doing my laundry here for over a year now. I get there early and it’s always clean. The lady who cleans is always very nice. I highly recommend!

The Change machine and half of the dryers are Out of Order yet have no signs (except 1) telling anyone. The attendant that was cleaning had to tell me. Looks like the working dryers are brand new however.

Update: Several of the newer dryers are out of order, some not marked and you end up losing quarters because of it

I will go over the positives 1st.  Free wifi, clean bathroom and wasnt crowded.
However the rest of the facility was pretty nasty.  Only 3 large capacity washers, and very old.  I suppose they worked well enough although they didnt soon out very well.  Clothes were still pretty wet when they got finished.  4 or 5 of the dryer's were out of order.  One lady lost over $1 in 2 different dryers while I was there.  She put her money in, but they wouldn't start.  The timer was counting down, but when she would hit the start button, nothing would happen.  I'm not sure how much longer we will be in the area, but I doubt I will go back.

The attendants are never around unless it's to kick you out at closing and not a minute later. They are inhumane and careless. Good luck finding a dryer that works although the washers are new. For once in 15 years

I love how tech savvy the place is. You literally have 3 options on how to pay. Card/tap, cash, or QR code. Each machine is numbered , each station has a sign and cleanliness is a 10 for sur. Even the restroom was clean.

Location has an ATM onsite which literally makes it a one stop shop. The prices are pretty decent over all similar to others I’ve seen , though this location has the convenience, and cleanliness I’m looking for. Did I mention the snacks.

Pretty thoughtful in drinks. Energy drinks for the early birds or even late night people.  Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was pleasant to speak to plus had a little helper along the way.

12/10 would recommend

I've needed to go here a couple times while my washer is broken. The first time I went it was very busy (but machines were available) the next time I was literally the only one there. This laundromat appears newer and is very clean. Dryers are free two days a weeks so I assume it's much busier then. I really appreciate having this nice, clean laundromat with cashless options available. Laundry isn't fun on the best of days but the Burton Laundry Lounge has made this chore just a bit easier while my washer is out of commission.

Place is extremely clean, it's new. It's been a long time since I've been in a laundromat. Not sure if it's common but this place only has front loaders. Very SMALL. Someone put their laundry in and left. The machines were finished when we went in. We waited for 2 machines, washed our clothes and when we were packing up, the person returned for her wet laundry. One person left because there were no open machines. No one manning the place so rules aren't followed. Another lady put her kid in the cart for laundry, told him to sit in there so she could use another one to move her laundry from washer to dryer. It's been years, but it's still comical going to a laundromat and watching foolish behaviors.
I hope this place can last with the abuse I witnessed today.

I'll give this place a 4 star rating. Would be 4.5 stars if it wasn't so hot in here! Definitely very clean, fair prices and hot dryers. Definitely recommend!

Easy front door and parking spots, corner store next store and vending machines inside. $2 wash or 25 cent dry per so many mins for large load.
Many house flies and smells bad when you walk in like pee/gas station bathroom.

I usually go to Texas Fold’em about 10:30 - 11:00 am Wednesdays or Thursdays and have no problem with the place being too busy. They have soft water and that’s important especially for white clothes.
The big bonus for me is Tex’s Grocery which is right next door. They make great subs and I usually grab one for lunch while my laundry dries. Tex  also carries local meats and they have a great selection of cheese they get from Monroe, WI.

First time being here machines work fine but it’s little dirty floors & dryer sheets all over the floor it can be so simple if people clean after themselves it’s not hard.

Came back to this place after 10 years, same machines which should have been replaced a decade ago. Machines don't wash. Floor is filthy. I see chewed gum, wrappers, dead bugs, and what looks like cat feces from a litter box.

This is the dirtiest laundromat I've been to and we have been in Chicago for the past 10 years. Says a lot. Pics were taken 930am on a Tuesday morning.

I really don't give much credit to reviews because many can be bought and hostile from competitors. But, it seems many not far off from my experience. Not impressed with this machine. Just enough water to get things wet then flop around. Not fond of wasting my most precious resource 'time' to do things twice. Clothes no where near clean as a result. Get to dry in the dirt if you think it's clean. I will go a little bit farther and go to where I know they are decent

There was machine grease on a folding table and ruined a comforter that I set on the table.

Guy working there said sorry but didn’t even offer to reimburse for the cost of the wash, much less the cost of the comforter.

The floor is nice and new, the machines are not! Several machines had standing detergent, and bleach in the reservoirs(that tells me they are not dispensing). And one of the larger machines smelled horrible! The sink and surface was very dirty, & my daughter seen some sort of bug in the bathroom?!

SO DIRTY and smells.   It’s the closest one to the campground but I will drive as far as it takes because I will never come here again.  It is just gross and the entire place needs to be cleaned.  The seating area is old and falling apart and punched my legs.  There is only 1 large washer.  If it was clean I would give it more stars because it is no more expensive than anywhere else-but it’s nasty.

Normally don’t write reviews, but here you go… Been in this area for about three months and have been using this laundromat on the weekly, it’s not the cleanest place I’ve ever been not the nicest smelling place I’ve ever been but the laundry machines all seem to always work so I don’t have a problem with that but today it was so hot in there I promise you I will not come back until the air is fixed! let me know if you take care of that.

Since the other laundromat I visit recently closed this is the most convenient place for me to go. The cost is virtually the same however the cleanliness is lacking. Each machine looks nasty. There is dust, dirt, cobwebs, and trash everywhere. It definitely could use an upkeep in that sense. However I'm not there for that.. the machines washed and dried my clothes as they should. The drier time and heat could be better. Next time I go I'll update my review if it changes

Need to fix the dryers. And there's always a mold smell in all the washing machines. Were you put soap is always clogged so makes me feel like my clothes aren't getting washed right. Other then that is a good place..... For some reason after 2 years decided to come back some stuff got fixed like the dryers but everything else is the same, machine took $4.50 from me don't know who to contact to get it back probably will continue to go to my other laundromat after today.

I’ve tried getting a hold of the owners … thought I’d try here … PLEASE TAKE THE TRASH OUT… there are gnats everywhere , they are in the bathroom too !! the bathroom needs cleaning so bad ! I don’t mind the washers and dryers here, they aren’t the cleanest but I never have much BUT when I’m here ,,, it’d be much more pleasant if it were clean. Hire a cleaner if you have to . Why does my suit look like this? I put this suit in my closet right after it was cleaned. A year later it looks like this what is happening?

I had used this cleaner for years, but the last two years I don't know what's changed. First I took a jacket to be cleaned and it was returned to me torn. Didn't think too much about it. I could fix it and accidents do happen. Then I took 2 different jackets in and did not get told anything was wrong with them.   2 weeks later I go to wear the one and all the applique and stones that where on it are gone! Fast forward a few more weeks and I open up the bag the second coat is in and the button is torn off leaving a huge snag! By this point I'm just done. 3 coats damaged and the two no one said anything to me about them being damaged.

Very nice people that work there , I took my coat there to be fixed it has a rip in it it just cost $5.00

The card system was indeed frustrating. The washer did not do a good job of washing my comforter, the dryer took way too long, and it was quite expensive. I decided that I would not be returning, despite the convenient location. I will say that it was by far the worst laundromat experience I have ever had.

Well first off you have to you have a card and load money onto it. The machines do not take change, the big washers are a rip off cause they dont really clean your clothes and they are expensive. The little white washers are ok still expensive and the dryers take forever to dry your clothes! And there is no attendant after 11 am! Worst experience ever!

It's clean but you have to buy a card to use the machines. They also have the bathrooms locked which is very inconvenient when you are spending multiple hours here. Also it says there's an attendant from 7 to 11 am and there was not anyone other than people doing laundry. The chairs and kids table were dirty as well.

The card system sucks and the bathroom is locked no attendant to help after 11 am.  The card thing took my 5 dollars I called the number he said someone was coming and they never came.. called the number again. Was told if I cant wait or Don't like it I can go somewhere..I said I will  i just want my 5$ he said I had to comeback tomorrow 😤

If I could give a negative 10 I would.  Granted I have not had to use a laundromat in over 35 years but I have a master’s degree and it should NOT take half an hour to figure out this card system. It’s a complete rip off. You put in $5 and only get $3 credit. Plus after putting 8 cards in at $5 a piece finally figured out the machines won’t take multiple cards.  Most frustrating experience I’ve had in ages! No one answers the “Emergency” number and no voicemail!!!!! I see the owner asking for suggestions on how to explain the cards better, here you go, GET RID OF THEM! PEOPLE ARE LEAVING BECAUSE OF THEM. They’re problematic, make the experience of being there miserable, and leaves customers broke and feeling robbed. Clean? Yes.  Worth it? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I still have to take $60 worth of $3/piece cards back for a full return. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED because I’m diligent with leaving good reviews but this place is a 100% FAIL!

Google hours are incorrect. It stated they were open until 6pm. Showed up at 1:57pm to pick up dry cleaning today (1/2/26). The lady said they were closed at 2:00pm and to read the sign on the door. Needless to say didn’t get my dry cleaning because they were “closed” 3 minutes early. How am I supposed to know your hours if they are only physically posted on the door and I haven’t been there in 2 weeks?

Great customer service, and my blazer was ready for pickup sooner than expected. The deep stains I was unsure of coming out completely were totally gone.

The manager at this location is very unprofessional. I dropped off a dress on Friday to get five stitches. The rep in store called the manager and asked would she be able to make the repair, The manager advised that she would have it done in a Hr and would call
Me when ready. I went ahead and prepaid since she asked me to and I also highly expressed to the store rep that I needed it completed by Tuesday at 4pm the latest. The store rep which is really nice by the way , stated that manager would be able to do it and will have it done by that date and time. On Tuesday @1:30pm I call the store, and the rep advises me that the dress is not done and they would need until the next day to complete it. I advise that is not feasible and I would come pick the dress up and would like a refund. The rep proceeds to explain that my dress is not available for pickup at that moment and I would have to wait an hour for the manager to drop it off. I did receive my UN-repaired dress and a refund, but would of be nice if the manager wouldn’t have committed to something she didn’t have the time for and I could took my dress elsewhere to get repaired…this review is solely based on the inconvenience…I HIGHLY SUGGEST save your time go elsewhere 👍

I had a pretty bad experience at this location. I brought my army service uniform in to have it cleaned. When I came back to pick it up the rank patches on my coat sleeves we shriveled up. I have had this uniform dry cleaned many times and never had a problem before. When I asked the person that was working what happened she got extremely defensive and said that they didn’t f***ing do anything wrong. And that I still had to pay for the ticket.   Obviously I never went back.

Used this place many times with a few issues over the years that made me wonder if I should find a different place. Now it's 20 minutes past open time And I'm sitting in the parking lot. Absolutely unprofessional and I'll be finding another dry cleaners
