I was very happy with how friendly and efficient everyone here was. It's hard to strike the right balance between being talkative and overdoing it. I had to get a suit cleaned and didn't leave myself much time, but the clerk took my suit to the back right away, explaining that a van was leaving in a few minutes. This enabled them to have the suit ready the next day despite my dropping it off at about 2pm. The price was very good - $13 - and they did a great job.

I recently dropped off my son's pants, shirts and sports jacket for cleaning and pressing at their Lake Geneva location.  The person working was pleasant and helpful.   The laundry was back by that afternoon fresh and ready to go at a very good value.   I highly recommend Michael Todd's for your cleaning needs.

Half my dress shirts came back with this weird blue slime on it. Others were dustier/dirtier than when I dropped them off. They didn’t offer any recourse, blamed me for making it dirty as I inspected them in my car. Pants were OK ; packaging and timeliness were OK. I couldn’t follow up because I had to catch a plane. Would not recommend.

I brought my husbands brand new suit that he'd only worn to our wedding in to have cleaned we checked it before we sent it to make sure it didn't have any rips and it was all in great condition. When I went in to pick it up I was in a hurry and had never had clothes done there before so I just ran in and picked up the 3 peice suit that was all wrapped up. I figured my husband wouldn't wear it for a few weeks so I wanted to leave it all in the plastic. We just opened it up and found a large rip in the pants! I called the store and talked to the manager and she said it was my fault I didn't check it over when I picked it up and there was nothing she would do for me! She said it wasn't there fault. Last time I checked suit pants hanging inside a suit and plastic bag in a closet don't rip themselves! Whoever was cleaning it and ripped it obviously didn't want to take responsibility for it. And their customer service is some of the WORST I've ever worked with. Don't go there for anything! Find a different cleaner!

Called to find out if they did alterations, needed a bridesmaid dress taken out and hemmed. Wanted to keep the money in the area.  The women who answered the phone was very rude and complained that what I was asking was a lot of work. Ok so the answer would be NO, well no they would do alterations she said but once again that was a lot of work, I didn’t ask you how much nor asked for you to do it for free, Question is a yes or no. So in the end No they really don’t do alterations. Do your self a favor don’t waste your time, Go Elsewhere. I know where not to go to get the dress dry cleaned after the wedding too.

Alterations are good, but front desk staff is so unpleasant. The ticket says my dress was ready on June 17th, first time I received notice it was ready was on July 3rd and the woman on the phone was very rude. I asked how much it was and she said $60, go there to pay and it was over $120.

Brought my uniform dresses in to get hemmed, was told to come back in two weeks ( without any specific date). I went back exactly 14 days later, was told that my dresses weren’t even touched. And the lady behind counter was not nice at all, hopefully it’s not because I’m Asian.

Amazing experience! Talk about customer service! I mixed up the place where my suit was for a big event I was going to Saturday night. I looked the place up and it closed at 5 so I arrived at 4pm on Saturday to pick up the suit that was altered and clean. After about 10 minutes of looking for the suit I realized o was at the wrong place the whole time. I panicked when I realized i was supposed to be at Dutch maid cleaners and it closed at noon! I was able to get a hold of the amazing owner of Dutch maid cleaners and started telling her how embarrassed I was but how important it was to get this suit (our event started in 2 hours). Without even a little bit of hesitation the owner completely understood and told me to meet her there in 10 min and she would get it for me. Now I have no idea what I’m the world I would have done because we are in the middle of moving and had NO replacement for him to wear! I am still shocked and so great full for the amazing customer service the owner herself offered me. As if she didn’t have anything better to do on a Saturday night than accommodate the mistake I had made! Not only did she go above and beyond to help me but he was absolutely thrilled with the way the suit turned out! (Which he is extremely picky!) I just want everyone to know this place does incredible work and the owner deserves all the business in the area! You can tell she is a genuine and caring person who knows how to treat her customers! Thank you again so much for your extremely rare and incredible service! So grateful! We ended up having an amazing night!

For the wait of a week they hemmed up the pant legs on my scrubs. They fit way better now. Didn't pay an arm an leg either. Their building sticks out so it is hard to miss. Will use them again for alterations needed.

Great Cleaners, Honest People…………..Last week I brought a bunch of shirts in for cleaning. As usual I had checked all the pockets for any remaining things before leaving them there. I picked them up a few days later, and upon hanging them up at home I saw that there was a zip lock bag pinned to the shirts, and inside was $6.00 that apparently was inside one of the shirt pockets that I left for cleaning, I will continue bring my cleaning to them because they certainly do a good job on my clothing, but more important to me is that they are also very honest people.

Coin Laundry

I liked to go here more often to wash my clothes, but lately it's been very dirty, the washing machines are not available (or the coins get stuck), the dryers are a disaster, only 6(8) work, but two turn off after 30 seconds, and only the coins are lost, because there is no one you can ask for help or a refund, it is frustrating to be waiting for others to finish drying and if there are no other people waiting, then you can put your clothes to dry, with the possibility that the dryer does not work, and it is only a waste of time and money,,.  Well, since there are 18 dryers, only 6 (8) work and even then they do not dry well.  .. the large dryer that this one doesn't work well either, it takes 6 minutes per quarter and doesn't dry.  Well, there is no one responsible there!  how sad.

Nice quiet. Only thing is half the dryers are out of order. $.25 for 10 minutes on dryers. $4.75 for medium washers.

New dryers finally 🙌  and new flooring and new soda machine. Now if your not Boogie.This is the best in Walworth County now.

At least a quarter of the machines were out of order. One of the mechanics malfunctioned, and I couldn't get my clothes out. There's no emergency /help number to call. Luckily the dry cleaner nextdoor had the owner info, and eventually got my items back. On the positive side,  it was clean.

Rude I was on phone they talk while I was the phone very rude people laundry floor always got garbage on the floor do not recommend, every time come in there I picked up mess , do not recommend please go other laundromat be better then this joke of a place.
