My $5 coins got stacked up in the dryer so I rang up and they said “text me your address, contact number, email address and phone number and we’ll check it out and drop off your money to your address” I provided them my info as instructed but no one has done anything about it.

Clean and convenient. You don't need to supply washing powder if you're using the washing machines. Dryers are very busy on Sunday night. It does cost an extra dollar more than the one on Kuger parade.

I've never seen this place horribly messy. Occasionally a few bits of lint, or paper on the ground, but nothing to make me question it's maintenance. Actually, more often I've shown up as the cleaner is present servicing the facilities and she's been very polite.
Decent price for the dryers (I use the tap & pay, $5 for 30mins).
I'm not certain on prices for the washing machines, but I do recall that they were also a decent price when I used them, and they supply the washing detergent in the cycle.

The facility is great, clean, tidy and good pricing with various payment options. I had a bit of a hard time with customers being inconsiderate. After waiting a little while I took the next available machines and my laundry was done in an hour and a bit. Great location and ample parking for the time I visited.

Clean and tidy. Good selection of washing machine sizes. Love the free detergent. Dryers are reasonably priced. To note, while all machines do accept $1 and $2 coins and card tap, the token dispenser only accepts notes or card tap, so don't bring your silver.
