This company stain clothing. They charge to do a specialist clean that does not clean or fix the issue. I fact there were more marks after cleaning than before. At no point do they tell you the item may not clean. They refused to refund or take accountability for the issue. When they finally took my call a man yelled down the phone, I was told what do you want me to do about it and he hung up on me. Images taken when unwrapped at home after collection.
