First time using this laundromat. When it was time to use the dryer, 30 minutes for two dryers, when I went back to press start, it seems that one dryer has a whole hour to it. When I called customer service, he said he couldn’t help and that I should have followed the instructions. Now the instructions aren’t clear, it doesn’t say that if you don’t press start each time you start a new dryer your credit will be added to the first dryer. He said he couldn’t help, that he will lose money in this transaction, after advising him that I am losing time  he said he will refund this time but I still haven’t received my refund. I had to put all washing including towels and sheets into 1 dryer and wait an HOUR when it could have been only 30 minutes.  Ugh!

Pretty shit experience selected laundry laundry powder and got scammed. Couldn’t even select it onto a washing machine. Definitely going back to Redbank Plains cause they are The goat

Always go here. Have to pay and start one machine at a time because if you try to activate all machines at once, all the time will apply to one single machine only.
This is our go-to laundromat.

Convenient location, however it can get very busy. There is no sink and no comfortable chairs or benches.

Plenty of space but not enough washing machine and or dryer, one couch (uncomfortable) and a long bench (brown) vending machine out of order (who knows how long) only one bigger washing machine available.
Floor has seen better days, not given enough attention.
Compared to other laundry facilities, this one is a little due for renovations.
The only new thing I can identify are the security camera's
Spoke to the owner about a machine with coin issues, the owner rectified the issue immediately and came down to sort it out. Great service 👍 just needs a reno
