Amazing service and outstanding result! Took an online ball dress purchase to BullCreek Looksmart. They gave care and attention to getting a good fit, used clever chalk technology to get the right length and then made sure I tried it on before taking home when finished. It was a complicated dress, with lining and outer layers, and they turned it around within a few days, and steam pressed it for me too! The dress is to attend the Breast Cancer fundraiser ball.

I had a wonderful experience at Looksmart Alterations in Bull Creek! The woman that’s served me was very friendly and very helpful as I had not had any alterations done in the past. The whole process felt comfortable and welcoming. She took up two pairs of jeans within the hour so was very quick and efficient without compromising on quality. I was impressed by how smooth and easy the entire experience was. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, friendly, and professional alterations!

When it comes to creative solutions and looking after precious fabrics, the team at LookSmart Bullcreek have been meticulous and thoughtful. They carefully crafted my specialty, hand embroidered fabric into cushion covers,  finding the best placement of the feature motif whilst retaining as much excess material as possible for future use.  They had great ideas and advice on possibilities. I was nervous, but have complete trust in their abilities. My covers were well worth the $ - Thank you!

Great service! I arrived at 4pm Friday afternoon to get a pair of pants tailored and was expecting to get them back the following day. I popped in to get my nails fixed and was lucky enough to have my pants finished once my nails were done! Lovely ladies and great work😊
