First time using this place, I have always used the one in butler.
I’m disappointed and disgusted in the lack of hygiene and basic maintenance of cleaning the washing machines.
I used 2 washers yesterday and 2 dryers.
I noticed when I was pulling my clothes out to place them into a dryer, they smelt like dirty laundry grey water and my clothes still had dirt on them.
I placed them into the dryer, but even after a 40min dry on hot my clothes all smell like a dirty laundry.
Disappointed in myself for not going to the same place I have gone without any trouble and clothes coming out looking clean and smelling fresh.
I hope the owner makes the most out of my $20 and buys themselves a good set of gloves and gives the place and all the machines a solid clean!

BYO soap. BYO 4x $1 coins and BYO change if using machines after hours as there is none available and no mention of this either. Card/EFTPOS facilities are available, but not all machines take both. Washing machine was Dirty and soap dispenser was packed with old hard softener :/ They don't really wash the clothes too well and despite putting it on the correct cycle some clothing was still Dirty and needs too be rewashed.

Not very experienced here the owner isn’t considerate and doesn’t even call you after they destroy a garment .
Go to another dry cleaner . They aren’t really cleaning your cloths .  My cloths were still dirty and they put a hole in the sleeve of my husband jacket .
Ladies that work there are lovely but the owner is up to something when he collects it and takes it away. I will leave and try another dry cleaners even know I have to travel further, it’s worth it when they charge $20 for one thing  .

Husband took in my wedding dress to be dry cleaned, was told they would call us back with the price, lady said it was $150 plus extra 20 per layer and would speak to owner to confirm price first. Next day received the call from owner stating it would be $400!! Husband went in and collected as we were taking it elsewhere, he asked how she came up with the price, she counted layers and price came to $270, then she said price would actually be $320 husband wasn't sure why she added more on! Took it to dry cleaners in mindarie and they done it for 255. I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs. Very dishonest.

AVOID. There’s better nearby. Sadly no contact number in shop, so when you waste $1 coins on a machine that flashes an error sign (NO CREDIT CARD OR COIN CHANGE, what place doesn’t have this??) you can’t get in touch with anyone for help.
I went to another venue 5mins away and got everything done faster and more efficiently.

Bought our own liquid detergent. The card operated machines were easy to operate. It only took 30 min to wash and 30 min to dry. There were plenty of washers and dryers available. They all appeared clean. Spoke to another woman using the facility and she travelled from her local laundromat to this one because it was cleaner .

They have really big washers and dryers, which are perfect for your big doonas.
You pay with your card so don't have to worry about cash.
Store is always clean and helpful staff always offer me a complimentary bottle of water on these hot days.
I take my headphones and have a relax while I listen to an audiobook while I wait.

From amazing customer service on the phone to make dropping off my suit as easy as possible. To the work around of the price to make the cost as little as possible. To the pick up options I had to get my suit after hours.

This was an extra 15 min drive compared to the nearer dry cleaners I had, but I would go back in a heart beat for any of my dry cleaning needs. Amazing business!

I took a brand new dress in (tags still attached which for some reason Koko’s removed??) as it had 3 very small marks on it and I was attending a wedding. I got it back to find they couldn’t remove one of the marks which was a
Small black one which was fine, however whatever has been sprayed to remove stains has been visibly left on the dress and now I have to wear the dress to a wedding in worse condition that when I took it in. The three small marks weren’t that bad, but the water/steam/spray marks are super obvious. Not very impressed at all. One star because he did give me 50% of my money back and a second star because I feel bad leaving just one. It would have been really helpful to receive some advice on how to remove the residue instead of just telling me “it can never come out worse from a dry cleaner” when it clearly did and I was extremely stressed needing it the next day.

Very bad service.
Dry cleaning shrunk my polo shirt to a ridiculous size. The owner was extremely rude and said he wasn't responsible because he didn't measure the shirt before cleaning. ALL HE CAN DO IS TOLD ME TO REPORT HIM 😕. I really dont understand how he can run the business like that.
Now i know why the business has a lot of 1 star review.

Disappointing.. dropped me cleaning off, came back a week later which was after we initially agreed and wasn't ready. Had to come again they were closed and third time they just said.. oh sorry.. Not my fault.

Absolutely appalling service here, they ruined my dress and cooked small stains into it that as ‘professionals’ you would have known could have been removed easily with cold water. I will never use this business again and would advise others to steer very clear!!!

Received a lecture here today from a female employee. When I collected my items I was told that they had been counted incorrectly and so I owed EVEN MORE money. She intimated it was my error when in fact they'd counted the items, not me. I mentioned that I felt I'd already paid them enough money considering I'd already paid them $20 to iron (not clean) a cotton shift dress. Managed to get a small discount but her poor attitude and the fact that she didn't accept the error was theirs doesn't make up for it. I suggest she has a nap and receives some customer  service training.

And here's where you're wrong again. I requested the shirts be pressed only, not laundered so in fact you've overcharged me. It's not that i can't afford it, it's that I don't expect to be barked at when the error is yours. You barked at the poor guy working there as I was approaching the counter so can see that this is your usual demeanour. Get some business training.
