Called them up at 10am this morning in a rush to have my suit dry-cleaned by 1pm the same day for a funeral. The ladies in the shop made space for me and got it done before 1230pm. Awesome service, couldn't recommend enough.

The worst experience. Dropped off my dress to have a stain removed and I picked it up and the top half was all falling apart and I was told to have it fixed out of my own money! I don’t even know if my dress will be the same after this. They did not tell me that this could happen before I agreed to have the stain removed, and claimed that it happens all the time to “wedding dresses”. My dress was an expensive dress from a good label and had been dry cleaned before where this did not happen. Extremely disappointed and so angry!!! I am just lucky my event was not for immediately after pickup!!!

We only need drycleaning once a year, but we always use Dezzy's. They do a lovely job and we always feel comfortable leaving our special clothes with them.
