Fair price and location, near tram stop. 2 big washers 14kg, 2 medium 10kg and 5 small 7kg, plus 6 big dryers. Has a sell machine for soap and soft but it is broken at least 2 months, since I started to use. Also  to achieve 5 stars it should remove spiders from the entrance

Edit (Dec 18th): it is the third time I came to laundry and there are a machine stopped (end cycle) with clothes inside and no other machine to use. Maybe it would be a good idea implement some kind of control for this kind of abuse. Removed a star.

Horrible customer service!
I paid 5 euros and I enabled one washing machine. However for some technical reason, it stopped working after some minutes, with an indication in screen like “contact service”.
The guy was speaking only French and he didn’t try to help. Instead he hung up.
I called again, I even tried to speak French using google translate, but he did the same.
Also, there wasn't any other option to contact (e-mail or something).
Then, unfortunatelly I tried a 2nd washing machine, but the same problem appeared.
After contacting with some people around, there was a general issue with the water pipes of the neighborhood.
So, I simply lost 10 euros.

Such stores, which literally care only for the money they get and not for the service they provide, must be closed.

NEVER NEVER NEVER GOING AGAIN WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Those people there are crazy I brought in 4 large curtains €695. This is not normal anymore. COMPLAINT FILED!!

I brought my American curtains with sun blinds in to have them cleaned, had to wait almost 3 weeks, paid €170. I want to put them back on and we find that all the rings to pull them up have melted and are breaking, so curtains are unusable. Many holes have also been burned in the sun blinds.
I was able to buy new rings, €35, which is expensive.
It was the first time and also the last time! Definitely not recommended

I feel like I'm being put on the spot... I had 3 pairs of trousers and 6 shirts washed and ironed and this cost me approximately EUR 145. cost!! That comes to approximately €16/piece.. act normal for once..!! They will never see me there again

If you like to pay too much, this is the new cleaner you are looking for. I had my suit dry cleaned here. Cost: 37.90 euros. In the Texclean in the Meensesteenweg I only pay 20 euros and the result is the same. In addition, you are not allowed to pay with a bank card in Ring Press, only cash. "I am sitting here between the banks." And if you call to ask for prices, you are simply fobbed off. "We do not give prices over the phone, we only give them to customers who are in the store here." My suit was neatly dry cleaned, that is true. But I prefer to spend my money on people who are a little less careful with their money.

Very correct new cleaning, friendly service, correct prices and clothes received back perfectly. Very satisfied!
