I needed a quick cleaning, no way around it! A dress took at least two weeks to arrive!
My partner was late with his shirt for our wedding, and our best man forgot part of his suit even though he'd assured them he'd get it on time! Received it one hour before the wedding!!
I think it's time to change service providers! Not up to scratch at all!!
