I have altered the sleeve of a jacket. It came out well. Came to know they do repair tore jeans. Need to try that too.

Absolute disgrace. The staff is extremely rude and condescending, and when I asked them why they were so unfriendly, they told me to get out of here and never come back. I really don't recommend anyone to have their clothes or anything else cleaned there! Absolute disgrace.

Beware of fraud!! We dropped off 2 mattress covers there and asked them to be washed. We had to wait 1 week for it. Cost just under 100 euros.
When we picked them up they were sealed in plastic. The blow hit us at home. The covers had NOT been washed and smelled very musty.
Since German communication is almost impossible, we went to a laundromat and operated an 18kg machine ourselves. Costs including drying 18 euros. And lo and behold - everything was super clean. Thanks for ripping off.
