Two shirts were not clean (for the first time in over 5 years as a regular customer); When we asked to clean it again, we were told that the contamination could not have come from the laundry! and please provide proof that the shirts were actually handed in there!!
Even though the laundry slip was still attached and the shirts were on the hanger as I had picked them up.

We took our mattress cover and a topper to the dry cleaners and picked them up today. The results are impressive; the items look like new. The price for this service is reasonable given current conditions and energy prices.

I gave my jacket there to dry, unfortunately the entire zipper was torn off so I had to buy a new jacket, which was an expensive branded jacket. worth 200 euros. It's a shame that no liability is accepted.

We wanted to have a carpet (worth about €20) cleaned. We were told to pay a deposit of €20 and "if" it costs more, they will call and let us know if we still want it cleaned. Since no one had contacted me after 2 weeks, I went there today. I now had to pay €33!!!! count!
So that's how you get ripped off. For that price I could have tried to clean the carpet 20 times at the laundromat myself.
