First impression as I walk through the door it was clean I was greeted and asked at the end of my service. Would I give a review?

They maintain the whole place and fills it up with love, reminds you of home. I'm so grateful the crew and establishment that sits on Park Ave and Sioux street.

Edited from 5 to 4 stars - you cannot stop the dryers early if needed. I had a comforter in a dryer that malfunctioned and didn't reverse... so I waited 45 minutes to have the fringes dried to a crisp while the middle came out just as wet as it was when it came out of the washer... not well planned.

This is a very nice laundromat! It is really clean, the machines are prestine and work so well. I had super soiled laundry. No power at my house so had to come here. The clothes came out like they never got a thing on them. There is a nice restroom as well and a vending machine. They use the SpeedQueen app here so you can pay with debit/credit and add time to machines.

There are a couple cons, tho. It seemed like the washers took more time than was on the screen... I didn't time it precisely, but the machine that had my bedding definitely went overtime. So beware that may happen...

And pricing. I used to go to the laundromat years ago when I had no machines. I went to a little hole in the wall in a big city that was also clean and had older machines that worked well. So. Take that. But I'll let you know the pricing so that if you've never been you can have a heads up:

Supplies Machine - individual boxes of Tide, Gain, Downy, OxyClean, Clorox2, as well as a 2 sheet box of Bounce and plastic laundry bag - all $1.50 each.

Regular Dryer - .25 for 4 minutes
Large Dryer - 2.50 for 30 minutes and .25 for each additional 3 minutes
Industrial Dryer - 3.75 for 35 minutes and .25 for each additional 3 minutes

Aggitator Washer - 4.00 any load
Large Washer - 5.25 basic price. Add .50 for hot wash, .25 for warm wash; the following adds wash time: .25 for deluxe wash (prewash), .50 for ultra wash (prewash + extra rinse)
Small Washer - 3.25 basic price. Add .25 for warm wash, .50 for hot wash.

The washing and drying were easy and quick. Everything was clean and organized. There's multiple payment options, and there's a bathroom. Also, I wanted to thank Jennifer for helping us and everyone else out. She had a positive attitude while smiling and working hard. I'm definitely coming to this place .

Very clean and nice laundry mat , the lady that worked or works there the day I went was very nice and helpful and was constantly walking around checking that everything was clean and in order.

I’ve spent many years going to laundry mats in many cities throughout the country…this is the nicest and cleanest one I’ve ever been to! There are plenty of washers and dryers, and everything works! The attendant is extremely nice and helpful. This is laundry Heaven, in my humble opinion!

Brite Wash Laundry

This is a smallest laundromat to my experience. Prices range from $6.25 to $0.25 per machine. No card machine. Fairly clean. Parking is not so good on Sunday morning.

Although the building is kind of small, it's very affordable and clean. I went around 330 on a Sunday and it wasn't busy at all. And I could actually afford it. Definitely coming again

R & J Coin Laundry

This is the only laundromat that I will go to! It is always clean and all the machines work properly. I highly recommend this establishment!

Most of the washers are broken,  and it is VERY poorly managed.  If you have to use this location,  get there early.

Multiple washing machines have been broken for months forcing you to go to another laundromat or use the most expensive machines in the building. The holiday hours on google were incorrect and not posted at the business. The staff is nice

Most machines were in working order & appeared reasonably new. Checked inside machine prior to use. Appeared clean & was odor-free. Noted availability of top load as well as front load washers. Drink vending machine was out of order. No snack machine. ATM & coin machines present. Two or three coin games available as well as 1 television.

Not In a very good part of town.  Had numerous people ask me for money while here. Very uncomfortable setting. There are 2 other options in town that are much nicer.

This Laundromat is an absolute joke. Everytime I make the mistake of coming here, either half or more of the machines are out of order, or the coin machine doesn't work(or it just takes the bills and deposits jack). My advice to whoever is considering this place- just drive an extra mile or two in order to use an actual functioning establishment.

Half of the machines did not work plus the ones that did stole money from me. The laundromat was very dirty and the items that I washed here did not smell fresh and clean once I was done. I believe the dryers made my laundry smell like dirty dog. I will have to rewash my Landry again somewhere else. Then one of the washers I was using was leaking water out the whole time it was running. Also none of the change machines were operating to provide change for bills. Needless to say , I will not return to this wash shop  and I do not recommend it for anyone else to use it either. I took photos of the condition of this wash shop.I wish I knew how to upload the photos so everyone could see the condition it was in.

They FINALLY made it possible where you can pay for washers and dryers from an app on your phone. Only thing is: they have 8 washers with that capability, and only TWO dryers! What’s the logic in THAT??? Dumb.

I usually never have a problem whenever I come to wash my clothes here but tonight I only needed to dry my clothes...there was a bald headed Caucasian man there who was very rude talking about last load is at 8:15pm and the laundromat is full of people washing and drying their clothes and I pulled up at 8:35pm but I only needed to use the dryer for 15 minutes and I would have been done and out the door.  He needs to be fired because all he's worried about is going home. Hell y'all don't close until 9pm. If you're that worried about getting home then maybe you chose the wrong job. Next time, I'm walking in regardless to dry my clothes whether he likes it or not. Because technically you can't refuse service to a paying customer unless you are closed for business and its after 9pm.

Fast Stop Laundromat

The laundromat is very clean and there wasn't anyone else in there so it was quiet, but the dryers aren't very good. They do not dry the clothes well, my clothes were still damp and I refused to KEEP putting money in the machine. It was getting very costly to dry a few clothes.

This place has really gone downhill. Half of the machines don't work. The ones that do don't work properly. There's no attendant on duty like they're used to be. You have to go next door to the vape shop to get help. And it's definitely not as clean as it used to be either.

Staying in the area for a few months with our camper and needed a spot to take care of laundry.  This one looked the nicest of the bunch.  The parking lot is REALLY tricky to get in and out of and find a decent sized parking spot; especially for our truck.  A lot of traffic for the vape store next door.  I parked in back after the first time but the doors to get in and out the back of the building stick and are really hard to open with your hands full.  The staff is there sometimes although when they are they see to hang in the office or on their cell phones; haven’t seen them ever cleaning the machines or bldg but were helpful enough when I inquired about things.  Their card system is somewhat odd.  I tried to stick to the machines that still took quarters although one time I went the atm was down and couldn’t get any cash out to do laundry.  But the fee is nice and low at $.99.  The wash machines all seemed to work decently - except for the middle, larger unit up front doesn’t spin out the best (never been anyone there to tell) but the dryers seemed good.  The facility and machines were pretty good as far as cleanliness. The layout is VERY tight and the folding tables in the back are quite smashed in close to each other.   Far too small of space for a laundry mat.  Feels like the machines were crammed in.   They do have a lot of nice, newer rolling basket though.  It worked in a pinch because there for some reason aren’t many laundromats around & all seem teeny and in strip malls.

UPDATE: used this place a few more time but last week after being trapped while doing our laundry, and having to listen to a gentleman customer go on for two hours on a very load and very racist tangent, all the while monopolizing the time of the girl that was there and supposed to be working (which she didn’t - was sitting in a chair the entire time commenting along with him) we have chose not to come back here.  This younger girl there never seems to work when we’ve been there before - whereas the more “seasoned” employees there are always busy doing something.  Also had noticed that not all of our pods were rinsing off of the clothing.  Haven’t ever had that happen but guessing the water levels are set low for the machines.?  We ended up going to the new laundromat that just opened just around the corner from Harley Davidson the last few times because we found it to be a nicer facility and was the same distance for us.

Half of the machines are down for maintenance. It is hot in here not really what it used to be.  Some wash machines will not drain out all the water like they should or else they just don’t even cut on after you put your money in them.

People who go here have little to no laundry etiquette and only 4 larger washers so go when there's no one's there. They got a bunch of broken washers and some that won't take your quarters. Most of the dryers work well

DOTHAN DRY CLEANER

I went by one day and they were at lunch with a sign that said "will return" but didn't say when. I rushed to get there before 5 the next day. I arrived at 4:55. The lady opened the locked door and said she just closed. It's a shame. I liked going there but this makes me want to switch.

STAY AWAY!!!

Took a high quality, very well known name brand black colored dress shirt in for dry cleaning after the first time I wore it. When I got it back there were disgusting white streaks all over it, it was covered in fuzz, and the best part was that there was a broken button from someone else’s clothing that fell into the shirt pocket and was pressed into it. Yes, they pressed the shirt with half of a broken button in the shirt pocket and melted the button into the shirt. I returned the shirt to them and the lady behind the counter apologized and stated that she would have to send it to her boss for review. A week later I went back to see if they fixed the shirt and was told they did. When I went to look at the shirt I noticed the seam on the left side was ripped apart from under the arm to the bottom of the shirt. Again the lady behind the counter apologized and said she had seen 4 others like this in the past week. She said she had to talk to her boss about replacement. After one week of me calling to see if there was an update I finally got an answer. I was told I could come pick up my shirt and they would not do anything for me. When I called and asked to speak to the boss (Deepa) I got someone else on the phone initially pretending to be her and then claiming he was her partner. I was promised a call back that same afternoon that even though he was her partner, he could not replace my shirt without talking to her first. He never returned my call as promised and refused to give me his name. This business is a total sham. This was not my first time having problems with them. Total lack of care for customers product and refuse to make things right when they mess up. I had dropped off the clothes at their remote location (Dothan Dry Cleaner) on main st in Dothan. However, the clothes are sent over to their parent location on Westgate (Penny Profit).

Highly recommend. They brought a 20 year old flower girl dress back to life! It is as stunning as it was back then and my granddaughter will be as beautiful in it as my her mother was when she wears it in her mother's wedding ❤️ They did an amazing job!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS HERE! I was out of town for work, so I had to use them. They RUINED my dress that i’m supposed to wear in four days to a wedding. And proceeded to tell me it was like this when i brought it in. “see i put this tag on it”. tag does not mean ANYTHING!

I would give a 0 if I could.  They lost one of my most expensive blouses and will not do
anything  about it.  I’ve been in multiple times.  I printed a photo of the blouse and left it with them.  The owner even said she would check the cameras to see if I came in with it.  When I called to ask about it, she said she hadn’t had time.  I have made 3 in person visits and 2 phone calls.  No resolution.

Great service, had a suit, linen blazer, two shirts and a shirt jacket done. All completed with the original look and feel. Amazing how they maintained the integrity of the design and took extra care when the pieces were completed.

Picked up 12 pieces when i noticed the main item i needed the most was severly wringle; I brought it to the attendance attention: she asked if i needed it this weekend of which I replied  'Yes, just dont charge me' of which she replied the store policy of they will redo the item for processing,
Nvm my inconvenience.   When I got the other items home ONLY 4 of the 12 were properly processed. I spent $142.00 TODAY !! Only to come home and try to steam press myself. 😡😡😡. Maybe time to find another dry cleaners..a customer for 10+ years disappointed in the service is an understatement..wish I could post the pics😡😡😐

You have lost a customer for life.  We brought in our Easter clothes on Thursday and were told they would be ready on Saturday.  ,After we left, you put up a sign saying you would close for Easter weekend.  We didn't see the sign until Saturday morning when we came to pick up our outfits for Easter Sunday.  Happy that you are celebrating, but we should have been informed.  Unexcusable!

I'm so impressed with the SOUTH PARK LAUNDROMAT! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the sparkling clean facility and ample parking. The brand new Electrolux washers and dryers are a game-changer, making it easy to get my laundry done quickly and efficiently. Plus, the staff is always available to assist, either on site or just next door at the gas station. Whether I'm a local or just passing through, this laundromat has become my go-to spot for all my laundry needs. With its convenient hours, clean restrooms, and affordable prices, it's the perfect place to get my laundry done in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Nice clean facility. Easy parking.  Even the restrooms were clean.
Very nice Electrolux washers and dryers.

Plenty of machines and tables... all spotlessly clean. Immaculate floors and bathroom. Staff either present or available at gas station next door. ATM (costs $1.50) and coin machine available.

Only issue is the bathroom is often out of order and locked and the provided chairs are very uncomfortable for someone my size.

Very clean. Great quality washers and dryers. Coin only, but has a machine that takes 1, 5, 10, and 20 dollar bills. Gas station next door sells laundry detergent if you need it.

This laundromat is brand new with all new Electrolux washers and dryers. Prices are very reasonable with the XL load washer starting at $8.00. I could fit about 3-4 regular loads in this single machine. The place itself is very clean.

Wow!  This place is nice!  New of course, so hard for it not to be lol - but just overall a really good layout and thought in the design.  We travel a lot and use a lot of laundromats because of that. But have found many, especially around this area, not very thought out as to spacing needed to maneuver when busy.   OTHERS IN AREA are way too crowded. And unfortunately, a lot of times very dirty and not greatly maintained machines.  Parking was easy in and out even for our dually truck - which is a nice change!   Nice to have a choice that is well kept in the area while we are staying here.  Prices are the same as any of the other so we have used in the area.  Looks like they have some room set aside yet to add a few more folding tables.  Nice that the ones they have are metal / more more hygienic! All machines take quarters and bill changer there. Some chairs for seating.  Gas station right next door if you need snacks/drink.  Will definitely come back!

Update:  took one star off bc the restroom has been closed now for like a month so it makes it tough bc you have to goto restroom next door at gas station (it’s clean but needs updated) plus do not love leaning out stuff behind to do so.

Reccomend this laundromat. There are tons of washers and dryers. They are all reasonable prices, they have 4 different selections of sizes and prices of washers, and 3 different sizes and prices of dryers. The dryers get super hot and dry! They are huge with reasonable prices. Will be returning to do our laundry weekly. Was going to a different location in dothan but will be coming here instead. Would recommend and will be returning. Use the app easily or change! Please do read the rules as this will make sure you have the best experience,  also not throwing your scent beads in washers or dryers as posted on the machine.

Big space. If you need to use the potty you will need to walk to the beside it if you are waiting for your laundry to be completed, as the restroom is not for customers in the laundromat. Happy laundry day! 🧺

I like this laundry mat, I'm always comfortable doing clothes here when needed.  It's never crowded to capacity, its clean, it has change machines that work, and all the washing/drying equipment works!

Well I took two really nice sleeping bags and a down jacket and I got all of them back all of the down was clumped up at the bottom and they were completely ruined do not take your dry cleaning there they own all of the dry cleaners aside from penny profit they will never get my business again along with the fact that they took 3 days longer than they told me and the told me it would take a week
