I'll never use this cleaners ever again. I have never been in an establishment where the employee has her child  running around spraying you when you walk in the door  with cleaning supplies and the Mother behind the counter just laughs and thinks it funny. The mother that works there runs around with no shoes in and the little girl runs around pulling on all the clothes that are hung waiting for customers to pick upnthere clean clothes not sure if your clothes are clean or not but i witness while i was there her playing hide and seek in the clothes whike pulling and tugging the as she runs in and out of them. I guess the owers are ok with this but i wasnt impressed whatsoever and will not return. The lady working the counter talks 100 miles a min i didnt understand a word she said. Not sure if that was normal for her but i was like WOW.  Her husband was hanging around up there and very very rude standing in between the clothes as well.  Im guessing that was the mother inlaw that walked in while I was leaving out she was raising Cain about something not sure what it was because I left. I'm guessing  it's a family owned business I'm not sure. But from what i  seen I was totally not impressed by the Establishment and will not be back.  The place was very dirty. It smelled moldy.

A lot of attitude. Rude. The only friendly one was the white girl. The rest act like they don't want your business. I'll probably try some place in Star City or Warren. They might actually want me to come back.

Comet Cleaners

On 02/21/2023 my husband took our clothes to Comet cleaners and in those clothes, I had a solid white, new dress, never worn, to have it steamed to remove the wrinkles. This dress was for an event on 02/23/2023 so I went to pick up the dress on 02/22/2023, the dress was peach and not white anymore.  So, I took the dress with me and talked with the manger on 02/22/2023 who stated the dress will be recleaned, so my husband returned the dress on 02/24/2023.  On 03/02/2023 I went to pick up the dress, the dress was still not white, but the zipper was solid white. How can the zipper be white, and the dress was not? I talked with the manger again on 03/06/2023 who advised me the owner is a lawyer who only comes in maybe twice a week and not sure when he will be in to look at the dress. How you change a white dress to peach and then attempt to turn it back white and the zipper is solid white?
I advised her my husband always bring his suits and shirts there and we are good customers so why do I have to go through this just to reimburse me for a $99.00 dress?
Just pay for the damages and move on. This is the second time I've had problems with them, time for me to seek out a new cleaner.
Not Happy with services!!

My pants were fine. My tie was fine but my shirt wasn't pressed to well but I just had to deal with it. Clothes were ready on time. The tie cost roughly twice what the shirt did so I won't be bringing that back but overall it was ok. Atleast they were open. I went to 2 other places before Comet and they weren't open when they should have been.

A little more expensive but definitely worth it. Clean laundromat very neat and nice.

very over priced, laundry detergent machine took my money, not once but twice. cost me 8.50 to wash a comforter and 3.00 to dry for 20 min. i can say that only 20 min did dry that big comforter. in all with the money i lost it coast me around 20.00 to wash a comforter. i sure am glad i have a washer and dryer at home. the place was filthy trash on the floor. i was in there for about a hour and not one other person ever showed up to do there laundry, now i know why. wont be going back here. my advise unless your rich don't go to this laundry mat it will cost you a fortune. $monticello71655

Bessy's Suds is an excellent coin laundry with plenty of machines relative to the demand.  The owners and maintenance staff are friendly and available if customers need assistance. The laundromat is cleaned daily and is safe and well-lit. Most customers are respectful and there are never loiterers in the area. I'm thankful for a nice coin laundry on this side of town and will continue to recommend Bessy's Suds.

Spent $10 to wash and about another $10 to dry only for my clothes to look AND smell like they had NEVER been washed. My husband's work clothes were still just as dirty as when I put them in and smelled like his shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The new remodel really opened it up, the work looks shisty though. Dryers are $3.00 Washers $7-9 So way too Expensive . Floors are usually wet from leaky washers.
