Best Cleaners is my go to for all of their services. I especially like their tailoring services and Fong in Glastonbury is the best seamstress I have ever met. I have given Best Cleaners a tremendous amount of business through the years, and I wish you shared coupons with your regular customers more often. I will not be back.

I was told when dropping off that there would be notes made, for a worker to do detail work on a pants suit I brought in. It sincerely looked as if they just put the clear bag over my item and made me pay $60 for nothing.

I even asked if they could credit my account or fix the issue. They said no to the credit and also said they can’t make any promises that anything would change even if a worker took it and worked diligently on it.

Quickest $60  I ever lost with any company and no one to hold responsible but myself for trying this place.

Now, I have no pants suit ready for a big event I am hosting tomorrow. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.

If you guys didn’t remove an apple juice stain from a pale pink suit only means one thing, you didn’t clean it. Of course I don’t want to send it back to be disappointed a second time. I will find a non commercialized place that values customers.

I took a long dress that needed to be hemmed to Best  Cleanrrs. Everyone there was amazing. The seemstress was so nice and extremely knowledgeable!!

The pants I brought in to have shortened were sewn beautifully and the length is perfect. The pants were even ironed before I picked them up, which was a nice surprise. I’m very pleased with my experience.

I’ve been coming here for the last couple years for my dry cleaning needs. Recently I brought them some linen pants I destroyed in the washing machine by accident..They were able to fix my mistake! The pants now look brand new.

I’m convinced they can fix and clean anything.
