The facility is clean and efficient but there is an issue with the large dryers. When you choose a time frame the card reader says each 75 cents is only good for 2 minutes but when u finalize the purchase it gives you 4 minutes. Which is great but now I’m over charged for time I do not need. The associate says it’s been looked into and there is nothing they can do to fix the card readers and numerous people have complained but they still have no sign up indicating this…

I have a home in the area with a laundry room, but have had to use this facility many times due to kitchen rehab and construction in my home. I have had several pleasant experiences there except for today. The lady who is usually there during the day twice grabbed a large cart away from me abruptly. Before she was running out the door for the night she pulled the last cart into the office and said no you can’t use this because I am leaving and shut the office door right in my face! This was not only inappropriate, but very unprofessional, not to mention rude and mean. We will NEVER go back again!!

Thank you to management/owner for your response! In the past I have enjoyed how clean the facility is and how fast the machines work. We would like to come back, just not while the lady who treated me so horribly is there!! 😩

It's clean, air conditioned, the machines work good, and it's open 24/7. I don't think there's much more you could ask for.

Haven't been at a laundromat for centuries but was visiting and needed to wash some laundry. Laundromat is located a block from Dollar Tree just in case you need detergent. The business is kept nice and clean.

So I'm in here doing my laundry right now the place is a dump there's trash everywhere all over the ground trash cans are full bathrooms are locked you have no carts to move your clothes from the washer to the dryers there's not a person working here like I said the place looks like a dump I would highly recommend going somewhere else obviously these people don't care to keep their facility clean and have the bathrooms open carts for the customers seems like all they care about is the money it's going in their pockets
