Dirtiest laundromat I’ve ever been in. Pictures looked better but deceiving. We went to Winn-Dixie for hand wipes so we could wash down The handles, tiles missing from floor, bathroom should be a hazmat report! Afraid to Use tables but managed. No soap dispenser. No attendant. No soap or towels in bathroom. Whoever owns this should be ashamed. Disgusting. Only good thing was large capacity washers so we could get out of there faster! Cost me a mint but had to get out!

Always been a mainstay for keeping our laundry clean. The triple and double loader machines are invaluable. Bulky items, like comforters, beach towels, and rugs are ideally suited to be washed in these heavy duty washers. Very large loads can easily be accommodated, too. Love the washers & dryers. Love the atmosphere & all of the shops/stores, in the High Springs Plaza.

Dirtiest laundry I have ever been. Front door fell on a person on a wheelchair while I was there. Bring your own supplies, including soap and toilet paper if you need to use the Facilities.
On the positive side, coin changers, washers and dryers did all work. Wash costs between $2.00-$3.50 and dry is .25 cents for 6 minutes. Skip anything other than high temp and plan on 30 minutes to dry.

It's a great place during the cooler temperatures. But during the warm temperatures we go to an air-conditioned place..

If I could give this Laundry Mat a ZERO STAR I WOULD. BATHROOM WAS HORRENDOUS AND NO HAND SOAP. NO ATTENDANTS. NO PHONE NUMBER TO REPORT TO.

Filthy. Overpriced. Wouldn’t let my dog use this toilet. Looks like this every week. Even when the owner is here “cleaning” (I’ve honestly only ever seen her move laundry carts around and sit in her car smoking and blasting her music out back).  No WiFi or tv as advertised on windows. She just left up signs from 2 owners ago. Hours aren’t posted anywhere (it’s 24 hr if you need to know). No laundry supplies for sale. Counters are covered with months worth of dust. Usually very warm inside. Only gave one star because that was the lowest option. Unfortunately there’s no other laundry facilities anywhere near here. So forced to use this one.

$400 John Elliott shirt ruined and the place will not respond because obviously  they followed 100% the dry cleaning instructions on the shirt.   It was in great condition when it was left at this location and returned to me trashed. They even blamed the manufacturer. It was the shirt's fault! It was the second time I dry cleaned it (the first time at a different location of course.) I'm not saying that a few clothes will be returned as they should, I am saying be prepared to lose your clothes and for them NOT to respond to you because they will never ever be at fault. You have been warned. Be aware of this place. Perfect and easy business model to cash in if you are never responsible for damages because people are going to trust in your word? What this business is has a term but I will leave it up to your discretion.

I have taken my cleaning … men’s and women’s clothes, leather goods, quilts, bedspreads to Quslity Cleaners for the past 10 years. I’ve always been satisfied with their work, it’s always ready on time and I have always been treated in a friendly and respectful manner. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. Never a smile or a “hello” or “thank you”… ALWAYS come in weekly with same blouses for “press only with starch” and today was charged $4+ extra and when I asked why such a difference, she said I didn’t say press only (I definitely did)… then she says to me “it’s only $4 more”… I said it’s the principal and will be going elsewhere…

I brought 7 short sleeved shirts in for wash and press, usually around $5 to 6 dollars per shirt. When I picked them up she said they required hand ironing due to the fabric content and charged me $76.27 for 7 shirts then gave me $5 off for a new customer. If they had called with the new price I would have washed and pressed them myself but no call.

We are new to the area and I only paid $6 per for the same shirts previously. There are plenty of cleaners nearby, so be sure to ask for a price upfront. A phone call would have saved them a customer, but I will not be returning here to be ripped off again.

Quality cleaners will damage your clothe and won't do anything about it!!!

I brought an expensive leather jacket to get it "professionally cleaned" and when I picked it up I noticed that it was not the same color and the leather looked dry.

I decided to go back to speak with the manager to see what could be done. When I arrived one employee kindly told me that the manager would call me to see how we could make it right.

Never received a call in 3 weeks so I ended up going to the store to see what was the deal. Because I realize that accidents happen, I went with all the respect and just asked for my jacket and what was going to be the solution for their mistake. Then the store manager treated me like garbage and had a horrible attitude. she said all she could do was to give me a store credit!

That's when I started to get nervous and kindly asked her to lower her voice and to stop with the bad attitude and explained that a store credit would not help since I would never use their services again.

To my surprise she started to yell even louder.

So please! Don't ever leave your clothe in hands of these mediocre people.They would never take ownership of their mistakes, instead they will treat you like garbage!! I guess this business treat people like they see themselves, like TRASH! They literally look like TRASH!

They are expensive, careless, irresponsible, rude and low class people!

This dry cleaner is phenomenal! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I took in a silk and fully beaded vintage dress that had 30 years of dust from my closet on it. One of the owners, John, called me on the phone to discuss cleaning options. He is clearly an expert who is committed to doing a terrific job! John took the time to discuss the procedures that he thought would most safely clean the dress. I would highly recommend this dry cleaner and plan to take all of my clothes that need dry cleaning to them in the future!

I’m so impressed with this service and I highly recommend this location to everyone I know. They were able to remove adhesive from the inside of a women’s blazer without harming the fabric. CSRs are always friendly, patient, and helpful. Garments are always cleaned within a reasonable amount of time.

I’ve been here about 4 or 5 times now. My white dress work shirts have always came back looking good. This time I had my orange work polo dry cleaned too. My polo had a black stain across the back that was not there when I brought it in. I tried getting it out and not successful. I don’t understand 🤔I brought this in to be cleaned not have stains added to it. Don’t know if I’m coming back here. Not the first time this has happened.

Very disappointing. As I’m getting my husbands clothes ready for church in the morning and I pull this out of the dry cleaning bag to hang up I’m asking myself what exactly did I pay for? Clearly this wasn’t laundered. Wrinkles in the clothes and stains all over. Plus the lint. This is unacceptable to wear to church. Just unbelievable. I recommend searching elsewhere for a dry cleaner in Gainesville. There’s plenty to choose from, none of which have returned suits in this condition.

I have been a customer of rips cleaners for some years now. But in the last few months the service has declined. In august, I took a pair of white shorts to be cleaned and pressed. When I returned to pick them up they still had wrinkles in them almost worse than it was when I took them there. I complained and asked that they redo my shorts. When I returned to pick them up they were the exact same. I said then I would not be going back. Well, I made a liar out myself. I took 4 items to rips a few weeks ago. The lady at the register rang my clothing up incorrectly ($94), she said she corrected it and provided me a ticket of $32 and some change. I went in today and was told my dry cleaning was $43.36. I explained to the lady that my total was $32 when I drop my clothes off, however I had misplaced the receipt. She actually had a copy of the original ticket that showed $32 attached to her new ticket of $43.36 and told me that the lady forgot to ring up 1 of my items and redid a new ticket after I left. Not my problem! That extra item she forgot to ring up should have been on the house and I should have not been charged for it. Poor customer service. They will not have a 3rd time to disappoint me. I'm done.

We drive from High Springs about 22 miles to get our clothes done. We have been doing this for many years and just love the service and care that we have received. The turn around speed is just amazing. Their prices are very reasonable too.  We have had some trouble with keeping up with our tickets but not on their behalf. I certainly give them a very high rating.

The first time I had ever used this dry cleaner. I only had one small item to be cleaned. I had to wait till I was coming back into Gainesville as I live 20 miles away to pick up. The first time they didn't even spot the garment. They kept it to 'reclean'. I came back to pick up after 2 weeks (plenty of time to make it right). It wasn't there! I called the owner (Johnny) and he said it wasn't ready. (After 2 weeks?!!!) This was totally PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR to get back at me because he apparently didn't like it that he had to reclean it. He said it would be ready the next day. Good thing I waited a day because they deliver the garments at 4:30 in the afternoon. So I waited till the next day to pick up. When I went in the worker didn't even greet me and was completely rude. I should have followed the advice of the other bad reviews and avoided this like covid-19! They didn't charge me, but for the almost 120 miles I had to drive to finally get my item, they owe me. This outfit is completely ignorant, unprofessional, rude, and absolutely clueless of how they should treat customers. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Absolute BEST dry cleaner we’ve ever had! They are always so nice and helpful and always super quick to get our clothes ready. Chad, the owner is top notch! The true definition of great customer service. I also had my wedding dress preserved there and they did a great job. We’ve recently started using the pickup/delivery service which has been the best thing we’ve ever done! As a customer who has lots of dry cleaning for our job, this has saved us so much time and stress trying to get there which is a 45 min drive. Dream on if you want your clothes to dry... highway robbery at 25 for 3min. Clothes will cost your first born and ALL crypto to COMPLETELY DRY go to 34th Street laundry= the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! & NICEST ATTENDANTS IN TOWN.

The old owners had someone come and clean through out the day and that made a very BIG difference!!!!! Reasonable prices for the washers. It looks very trifling when homeless people are coming inside to sleep!!!! Beware of your surroundings at all times in this area!!!! Update 7/19/20 They have installed cameras and the owners keep it nice and clean and I don't see the homeless sleeping inside anymore!!! The new owners are doing a great job.!!!!

After touching a bunch of quarters to wash my clothes, I wanted to wash my hands before transferring items to the dryer. The bathrooms were locked. I saw 2 water fountains. So I went to my car and put some soap on my hands to at least wash there. Then the fountains wouldn't turn on. Instead of worrying about someone stealing a drink of water or stealing the toilet bowl, these things should be available for customers. I won't be back after this nonsense.

This business has changed ownership in the last year and I wanted to give them time to get in the swing of things before calling them out on the catastrophe that this laundromat has become. They still have wifi..open 24 hours, charging outlets for your mobile devices, HOWEVER, The friendliness, kindness, CLEANLINESS and  overall wonderful vibe this place once had-around the clock IS OFFICIALLY GONE. The difference is literally.. NIGHT AND DAY. You would think the new owners would have acknowledged AND STUDIED the LOVE, CARE AND KINDNESS the last owners showed to their customers..But nope. This business is dead in my eyes. The customers are talking about it every time I go in there.  If you go in the late evening or at night, the place is DISGUSTING..I have never seen this business, like this.  It's just a nasty, unkept, laundromat with basic attendees.  They aren't even friendly or kind to their customers AT ALL. The value of the service and equipment is no more. That's what brought ppl in to start with. You can do your laundry much cheaper and have a better experience ANYWHERE else. Avoid this business if possible..because if you knew the business & it's previous management/owner..you will be saddened at what it has become.  It's devastatingly obvious how the old owners made this place so awesome.  They were truly good people.
