Place is a joke. Owners just don't care. They have 14 washers and only 5 work and one will only take dollar coins. They also have 19 dryers and only 8 work. Even the bathroom is out of order. Would give 0 stars but you have to give 1 star to leave a review.

Last time I use this laundromat!!! Half the machines are out of order. Only one big dryer and big washer working. This has become the norm for A & D. Very poorly run business.

They don’t tell you the price upfront they tell you that you will receive a text message with your total and pick up information. However when l picked up the order my dress wasn’t properly cleaned it was dirty at the bottom. When brought to their attention l was told they would try to lint roll it to clean it because there wasn’t anyone available to re-clean it today. But did offer me to bring the dress back on Monday to have it re-cleaned for free. Furthermore, when I’m charged $34.24 to clean 3 garments l expect to pick up my items in clean condition. Moreover, l had the dress cleaned to ware to a funeral today and now I’m stuck with wearing a dirty dress.

Great deal $22 for 6 pieces (3 suits) dropped at 3:45pm Wednesday and picked up 4:30pm Thursday. All spots from toddlers were gone and suits nicely pressed. Amazing place.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and dedication you showed in restoring my daughter’s bridesmaid dress. What started as a very stressful situation turned into an incredible act of professionalism, patience, and skill on your part — and I am so thankful.

I brought the dress in with what appeared to be some steam marks and a small spot, but we were also in a major time crunch as the wedding was just days away and out of state. Not only did you successfully remove those initial issues, but you also tackled an unexpected complication that arose from adhesive on the dress — a result of fashion tape I had placed and forgotten about. When you called to let me know about the new problem, I truly panicked. The dress looked like it might be ruined, and I spent a sleepless night thinking my daughter wouldn’t be able to participate in the wedding.

But then came the miracle.

The next morning, I came in to pick up the dress, bracing myself for the worst — and instead, you pulled back the plastic and revealed a dress that looked absolutely perfect. I don’t know exactly what you did, but it was remarkable. You took on a challenging situation, didn’t give up, and in the end, saved a very important moment for my daughter .

Touch of Class did a complicated cleaning and stain removal job on a bespoke cream-colored dress made with an uncommon material for which I could not provide care instructions. They removed over a dozen stains that had been there for nearly 20 years and had my dress looking like new within a week. I would happily have paid twice what they charged me for that kind of result. Customer service at this location is also wonderful; I worked with Janet at drop-off and Rainy at pick-up. Janet was able to identify the material and care protocol for my dress within seconds when I dropped it off; Rainy provided several useful suggestions for subsequent storage when I picked up the dress the following week. Both employees were extremely friendly, efficient, prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. I would recommend Touch of Class to anyone seeking dry cleaning services in the Lakeland area; I drove all the way across to town to have them clean my dress after comparing their customer reviews with those for other dry cleaning businesses and am very glad I did. 10/10 experience all around.

Adorable and great dry cleaning business in Lakeland. They’re affordable and timely- they give you a ticket telling you when you can pick up your clothing.

I’ve tried another dry cleaning place in town and they were super rude, so coming here was like breathing fresh air, such a positive experience!

They are great and have reasonable prices. the best part is they are extremely honest. I forgot I had money in one of my pockets. When I picked up the dry cleaning, there was an envelope with my money in it.
