This is the most professional and courteous staff of all of the companies that I use. The staff is delightful, especially Daphne. They go out of their way to help and answer any questions you may have. Conveniently located with plenty of parking in back. Friendly helpful staff. Four stars only because we had a mix-up with pickup time. But the owner was more than gracious and made sure to get the items delivered as quickly as possible. I recently went to the dry cleaners, and the staff was very rude. The store is dirty. It’s outdated. The floors are cracked the clothes don’t even look like they are being clean properly if you were looking for a dry cleaners in this particular area of North Miami Beach I suggest you stay far away from this one. I wouldn’t spend one penny here, even if it was the last dry cleaners in the world. They need to just close their establishment. It’s horrible. Stay away.

There is nothing friendly about this place. I went to have a skirt dry cleaned, and it was returned with holes in it from being pinned with huge safety pins. They even charged extra for the sake of the item being delicate and taking more time to clean. If they knew to charge extra for the sake of the item being delicate, there’s no reason for my skirt to be returned to me so carelessly with holes from huge safety pins being stuck into it. The manager was not helpful at all when brought to their attention the damage caused by them. I would not recommend anyone bringing anything to be cleaned or serviced by these dry cleaners.

While on a work trip I thought I damaged and stained my suit. I was hesitant to stop into the nearest dry cleaners. Long be hold, I found this gem. Friendly Dry Cleaners did the job exceptionally well! From the moment I walked into the establishment to a couple of hours later receiving a call that my garments were ready for pick up, I was at awe and truly amazed with the services provided. First of all, they lied to us about the price. When we dropped off our items, they gave us one price, but when we came to pick them up, the price had changed (it went up).

After checking the items in their salon, we saw that they hadn’t removed any of the stains and didn’t sew what they were supposed to.

I sincerely do not recommend this place. We wasted our time, ruined our mood, and lost part of our money (they only returned some of it).

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to.

The service was terrible — the receptionist stood there laughing in our faces while talking on the phone in Spanish so that we wouldn’t understand her.

This is, without question, the best dry cleaner in the Aventura area. The pricing is fair for the impeccable quality, and they are very transparent explaining that prices vary by garment depending on the complexity of the work. This is not the place if you are looking for the cheapest option, but if you value exceptional results, there is no comparison.

Every garment I have brought in has come back flawless. Even difficult, set in stains were completely removed while the fabrics remained in perfect condition. The shirt pressing is outstanding, especially the collars and cuffs, which always look brand new. The clothes never smell like harsh chemicals, as they use biodegradable, eco friendly products.

I visited their plant in Aventura and was impressed by the cleanliness, organization, and overall level of service. The staff is professional, welcoming, and bilingual in English and Spanish. Their free pickup and delivery service is reliable and extremely convenient.

Having an on site seamstress is another major plus. A Dolce & Gabbana suit was tailored down a size and fit as if it had been custom made. My Moncler jackets was cleaned and returned in a perfect condition. Carlos, the manager, goes above and beyond handling every request with care and making the experience feel truly personal.

There is no dry cleaner in Aventura that compares to this level of quality, service, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Susie's was a life (and money) saver! I took a very expensive Thom Browne suit to another dry cleaners and they left the signature white stripes dull and discolored. I took it to Sudsies and Luis was AMAZING... they fully restored the suit and spared me from having to replace this piece. All the while, Luis was incredibly communicative, sending me updates the whole time. You can see the before pictures where the white stripes are dulled and the after pictures once Sudsies restored it.
